    Jake’s is great! We’ve used them from small things like servicing equipment seasonally all the way up to installing new furnaces and AC units. They’re quickly responsive, great at communication and explaining the issues and giving suggestions and offering solutions without just trying to make you spend tons of money. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been great.

    The work the technicians did was great, there seems to be issues with scheduling and the folks who price the services for you. I was scheduled for a deep cleaning of my mini split in garage but technicians showed upto service house furnace. Delayed the project as it took a while to straighten out. This happened on a plumbing apt as well. But they do excellent work!

    Jake’s was very responsive, on time and the technicians were top notch. They cleaned my drier vent and serviced my AC/furnace in the same appointment! The overall value was very good and they even stepped me through each process to make sure I understood what they were doing. Their professionalism and attention to detail has elevated them in my book far beyond any other contractor I have dealt with in a long time. Thank you Jake’s you now have a new lifelong customer.

    Same as our first service call, everything and everyone were amazing! Fast next day service, great communication with the friendliest staff around and true service, problem solving, and solution. Got the AC up and running at a great price. We couldn’t be happier with Jake’s!

    Update: Jakes has stayed on top of the hvac problems weve had, to the extent of installing a new replacement system with even greater capabilities at no cost. Currently the system could not be working better! Fingers crossed the hot season will not create any issues.I am currently very disappointed with the ongoing struggle to get the system working properly and the challenge every time I need to reach someone for our commercial service support. Im currently out of country and they have been having a hard time getting in contact with the right person to take care of this and simultaneously Im afraid Im going to have an outrageous utility bill for the first month as the unit seems to have run non-stop since the last time Chris was out. There needs to be a direct line for commercial users as rhe impact is too great on tenants. Im beginning to question my decisions on this unit for our building renovation on Broad St.

    The company that sold and installed our new HVAC system a few years ago, abruptly decided they could no longer schedule maintenance calls in Greenfield. We tried another local company that was very difficult to schedule for service. I called Jake’s yesterday and they had a cancellation, so they could come today. The tech, Jake, was professional, personable, completed the work in a short time and let us know of other services/programs that were available, the followed up with an email. Thanks, Jake! Today, after a power surge, our furnace quit working.I called for service and Austen came out and diagnosed the issue and got us going on time to get our house warmed up for a holiday party. You guys are the best! Thanks so very much!

    Cant say enough good things about this company. They do excellent work. We have used them to basically replumb our home, put in a HVAC system and duct work as our home never had any. They are extremely affordable with no hidden costs and you know exactly what the cost is before they do the work. Jakes can help you get financing if needed. Try if you must to find a better company but sincerely doubt that you will.

    Jakes was very responsive and professional. I called late on a Friday night and they had someone out the next day. We were quoted a system and ready for install on Tuesday. They got us set up with a temporary solution until our new system could be installed. The installation was more complicated than anticipated (attic install), and so it took an extra day. But everything was completed before we got back from vacation. Even the minor issue we came back to was resolved within 24 hours. Jakes has earned a forever customer.
