I’m a repeat customer. My recent need was for a gas leak that was red tagged cause the gas company couldn’t find the leak and said I need to call a plumber.I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The employee called before coming out, he made sure he understood the problem so he could come prepared with tools and parts needed as we are in the country. Once he got there, he was so nice and very professional. We walked through what the gas guy had done to check for the leak and he went over it again. He very quickly located the problem, took video, and fixed it. He “yes ma’am” ed me and was very thorough.I would recommend Andy’s Plumbing always my first choice!

Have had to use them twice for two big jobs and the price and the professionalism have been first class. They just replaces the hot water lines throughout our house, other companies quoted some outrageous prices. Andys gave us a significantly lower price and our hot water pressure to our house has never been this good. They are my go to company for my plumbing needs.

Wow! Very responsive, knowledgeable, and POLITE!! We wanted 2 outside faucets replaced with frost-free faucets. Called ahead, were here promptly, got right to work, kept us in the know as to what was going on, finished the job with professionalism and politeness! Would definitely recommend!!!

Can’t say enough great things about Andy’s plumbing. We woke up Christmas Eve morning to find that our plumbing was backed up into the shower/sink. We had family coming in less than 2 hours. Needless to say, we were in panic mode. We have used Andy in the past but thought that there’s no way we would get someone to come out. To our surprise Andy showed up within 30 minutes. Within an hour we were up and running. To add to the story, Andy didn’t even charge any additional fees for emergency, Christmas Eve, etc. Highly recommend Andy, we won’t use anyone else.

We called Andy at 7:45 pm when we realized the sewer was clogged and backing up. By 8:45 he had come and gone and we were back in business. Andy was quick to respond, quick to come out and took care of it in short order.

These pe6know how to run a service business!I was impressed by the service. Called with a drain issue and was told they would try to make it that afternoon and they would call and let me know. They called that afternoon and said they would be there in 20 min6. Two service professionals showed up and fixed the drain and rest a leaky toilet. They took great care to protect the work area and cleaned up after themselves. The owner should be proud of these 2.The price was very fair and I highly recommend.

Call at 8:13 in morning they were booked for day told me they would come out that afternoon 15 minutes later a tech called me said they were going to come in ten minutes to look at the leak they showed on time had to turn water off let the river underneath drain and be back in afternoon around 2:00 they call let me know they would be there in ten minutes showed on time and fixed the leak price fair so I will use in future

We needed to replace the mainline from the water meter to the house at my mothers house in Palestine. Finding a good plumber that doesnt take advantage of retired persons or people who lack any knowledge of basic plumbing is hard these days. Andys Plumbing is one of the good guys in home services.They gave her a fair price, did outstanding work and followed up with the citys inspector. They back filled, cleaned up and restored the property better than they found it. They were incredibly polite to my mother also. I cant thank them enough. They saved me a trip to Palestine to confirm the work was being done correctly.I wish I could find an Andys Plumbing in Houston. Call them. They wont disappoint you.

I recently contracted Andys Plumbing to remove an old shower - tub combo and build a low step full shower in its place. I couldnt be more pleased with the process from start to finish. The removal was quick and efficient. They cleaned up the mess to insure the rest of the bathroom was still usable. I was kept well informed as the steps of the process were progressing. The end product was clean, beautiful and well beyond my expectations. I could have been more pleased with the new low step tile shower. Everyone who worked on the project was professional and courteous. The clean up at every step was phenomenal. I will be using Andys Plumbing for future projects without hesitation.
