I cannot brag on Alex Hall enough. He had helped us out in a pinch when we had a large unexpected pipe to our septic system fail. He showed up that day and took care of replacing the pipe even though it was in the crawl space of our home. His pricing was very fair. Flash forward one year and he showed up and helped out again. He is well mannered, respectful and knows his job. I will continue to use him and send others his name and number.

Professionalism, honesty, integrity and dependability - all of these adjectives describe Alex Hall and his team at Integrated Plumbing Solutions. We were in a direct situation with a failing septic system. Alex came out immediately, assessed the situation and offered a resolution. He halted other projects and put us at the top of the list to get this issue resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend Integrated Plumbing Solutions and will definitely be using them for future repairs.

So...we had a thing happen. Weve lived in our home 14 months. Sporadic, noxious odor of gas. Called the gas company. They fixed a small leak in our fireplace. Still smelling gas. Called the gas company. They fixed a bad valve on our LP tank in the yard. Still smelling gas. Jeff found Integrated Plumbing Solutions. Alex Hall came and repaired a coupling on a pipe in our garage that feeds our tankless water heater. Still smelling gas. I called Alex at IPS. He responded immediately and came back to our home with Ericka Gardner. He found the proverbial hornets nest and made us his priority for the next 24 hours. Today, Im thankful for their expertise, ethics, responsiveness and guidance. This mess is far from over. McCracken County Plumbing Inspector got involved. I cant believe one of you didnt die from carbon monoxide poisoning was spoken by three experts. Realtor was unaware because it wasnt disclosed. Home Inspector signed off that the unit was good. Seller is a contractor in McCracken Co. and was very proud of his work building this home in 2018. The tankless water heater has an approval sticker from a Master Plumber. McCracken Co. doesnt have a permit on record or any knowledge of this installation. Is there an attorney willing to take this on? Needless to say, Integrated Plumbing Solutions (IPS), Alex and William stepped in and stepped up to tear out the old and properly install a new unit. This one is gonna be fun; its personal 😎

I cannot say enough good things about IPS. They came to our home and gave us an estimate for the work we needed that was very fair for the tasks. Alex and Chris came out and did the work, they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions and explained everything they were doing for us. They went above and beyond and we will absolutely recommend their services and use them again as needed. I wish I could give them 10’s across the board!
