We called to see about having our water heater replaced and they were able to come the very next day. Everyone I dealt with here, from the guys that did the work, the gentleman who signed off on the inspection, and the lady that took my phone call, have all been very kind and professional. They installed our new water heater and hauled away the old one for us. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a plumber! Fair prices and quality work!

A bad water leak turned into a great experience thanks to the wonderful and friendly staff at Ballard Plumbing. They got to my home quickly and did an amazing job. Even cleaned up the mess afterwards. No fuss, no muss! Hope I dont have anymore water leaks for a long time but if I have any plumbing jobs in the future I will always call Ballard Plumbing. Everyone from the office staff to the plumbers are friendly and efficient. Thanks everyone!

They are very professional, dependable and they do what they say. The girls in the office are extremely helpful, always courteous and answer any questions about the jobs they have contracted. Showed up ahead of schedule. We had no water because of an outdoor hydrant that busted over 2 feet below the surface. Larry came early, capped off the busted pipe in such a way that we can reinstall another hydrant easily, and even came in and helped me turn the water heater back on and check the faucets. He also gave me great advice on how to keep a future hydrant from breaking again! Larry was friendly, professional, and efficient! Highly recommend!!

I needed a sewer line dug up, roots removed, and sewer line replaced. BPS came out, on time, and got the job done with minimal damage to the ground around the work site. They were very responsive getting me a quote, getting a time scheduled, and answering questions after the job was done. I will definitely use them again.

Weve used Ballard on three different occasions and they are always smart, professional, friendly, and honest. I trust them with my home and they are so easy to work with. They will tell you exactly whats going on and even play with the dogs who bother them while theyre trying to work! I only wish they did everything: heating and air, painting, the works -- Id call them every time!
