This is a way overdue review for one outstanding small business. David, owner of Penna Electric, is himself just that. He and his crew have twice gone our of their way to do the best job possible. We learned of PE through our daughter whose home addition had the good fortune being sub-contracted for electrical by PE. That reference led to work done initially in mid 2022 and again late last year. The honesty here was as promoted by the referral.We could have easily been told to do more outlet or even panel wise in preparing for two new basement pumps. The work completed within code was completed swiftly by very caring workers. Follow-up call were quickly responded to and there have been no issues, callbacks, etc. Go for it!

Penna did. small jobs and a big job for us when we finished our basement. No detail is overlooked, and he doesn’t cut corners. There were things I would never have thought of, but David did. I’ve never worked with someone so considerate and fair. Simply the best!

I had David and crew out to install a new subpanel in our attached garage and rough in the service disconnect for a new mini split a/c unit. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with. David was fantastic in putting a plan together to make it happen. He even managed to devise a plan to run the new panel that would not require the disturbance of cabinetry we had recently installed. As someone who has done some DIY electrical work, I really appreciate how clean and orderly they made everything look. I would not hesitate to have them out for other projects in the future. Penna Electric was fantastic to work with! David came highly recommended and it’s easy to see why after working with him on our complete basement construction project and panel upgrade.From our first planning meeting through final inspection, David was an excellent communicator, was very diligent, and did great work. He offered great ideas/solutions, talked me through different options, and just made the entire process easy! And since I am not a professional and was acting as General Contractor, that was very much needed. Not only does he do great work, he’s super friendly and had a great attitude the whole time. Honestly not sure I ever saw him without a smile.David and his team were awesome at scheduling the work and completing it within the window of time we needed. David did a great job at installing three ceiling light fixtures in our home, two of which needed scaffolding they were so high up. I originally told him two fixtures and at the last minute I added another and he had no issues adjusting to what we needed done. Job was done in a professional and timely manner. Awesome work!

The word awesome is thrown around fairly casually these days, but I will say that David truly is awesome. He worked with me on a residential property service entrance upgrade, conversion of a main panel to a subpanel, and EV charger install on an older home. He treated me as a stakeholder versus just a customer, taking into account my thoughts and requirements for the project (which were somewhat complicated by the age of the property and existing condition of the electrical service). I highly recommend David for all of your electrical needs!

David actually answered my phone call and set up a time quickly to come give an estimate which was a great price. He was able to get out in a timely manner to complete our work him and his crew did a great job. Very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. David was very informative on every question I had. We still need some work done that I have to hold off on but I will not go anywhere else. I would wait for his company to do the work, I trust they are knowledgeable and will do the job right. Hands down overall great company! Very pleased customer!!
