    Google reviewPartipilo Customs Decks did an incredible job with our new deck from start to finish. Dianne was on top of things from start to finish. They got done with our project in a week and a half. They communicate well between myself and my wife. With only 3 workers, they just put their heads down and got to work. We live in a townhouse, so we were restricted a bit by HOA rules. However, Partipilo Custom Decks were able to work around that with no issues. Neighbors were very impressed with their work ethic and quality of work they performed. Dan even promised to come back and install the solar light post at the end of the job even though they are booked for other jobs. My wife and I give this company a stamp of approval. If you are planning on updating your decks, these guys will definitely take care of you. Stress free.

    Partipilo Custom Decks deserves a higher rating than just five stars! From the initial meeting with Dan through the entire process, they proved to be an efficient, friendly and professional family business. The estimate was more than fair, the start date was quicker than expected, communication was excellent, and the project was completed within the timeline given. Dan and his team arrived regularly, worked hard daily and left the work area clean and safe. The best part, the finished deck is absolutely gorgeous. The focus on design and precision was amazing, resulting in a final product that is a work of art! Dan and his team are highly recommended as true craftsmen in the art of Deck Building. GREAT JOB!

    We scouted several decking companies to complete our project and landed with Dan at Partipilo Custom Decks. Dan & Staff were completely professional, well-informed, available to listen and design according to your wants for new deck. From working with with the city to get permits and to get this project moving, no easy task in these unusual times!. Dan ensured everyday communication with us on status of work. They were very careful in cleaning up end of day so that our yard could be used for regular purposes. Thanks to the hard working Dan & staff our project was completed in the time agreed upon, with great results. We highly recommend this quality business staffed with great people for any decking needs. We are very happy with the outcome.

    Did a great job. Deck looks great, did a really good job repairing rot uncovered after demoing the old deck. We got 3 quotes and went with Dan because we liked that he does most the work himself. Glad we went with him - very happy.

    If you are looking for a quality deck, this is the company you want. They did all the leg work from getting permits to final inspection. The craftsmanship is impeccable. My wife and I just love the look of the new deck. Dianne runs the front desk and is a pleasant and charming person to work with. Dan the owner was very good at showing us the products available and helping us choose the right materials. Dan, Alexander and Steve are very capable at their work and also very pleasant. When they finished the new deck looked like it had always been there and really add beauty to the house. They totally cleaned up before they left. Again we would recommend them if you want something you will be proud to show off.

    I would highly recommend using Partipilo Custom Decks! Dan was very helpful when trying to decide on what we wanted for our pergola. We were very impressed with the teams craftsmanship and the final product turned out better than we could have expected. They worked quickly but put a lot of care into it. We were also pleasantly surprised with how neat and tidy they left the site each night, allowing us to use our patio as they worked. Dianne was very helpful for office matters - very responsive and provided updates along the way. Overall, a very good experience with them and will highly recommend to friends.

    Absolutely beautiful custom building done by this company. Their customer service is very responsive and let me know what was happening every step of the way. Danny and Steven built a stunning deck around our pool and cleaned up after themselves everyday, you’d never know a company was working because they left my backyard spotless after each work day. I will recommend them to everyone looking to have any work done. Overall great company to work with.

    Working with Dan in the design and construction of our new deck has been a great experience. From the start he was prompt to come out and give me an estimate, and the communication was great from that point on. He gave me the best quote and worked with me to make sure my deck was designed exactly how my wife and I wanted. He and his worker were there when they said they would be and constantly provided updates on the job. The craftsmanship of the deck is excellent. One of the boards started to warp about a week after the job was completed, but as soon as Dan heard that he was back out to replace the entire board and stand by his work. This is a great company that I would highly recommend for any deck project.

    We had a paver patio and a small deck installed by Dan and.Co.about a month ago. From start to finish everything was done professionally and smoothly. The work they did was beautiful.     I recently moved in to a new home and the deck was in pretty bad shape. I got a couple of quotes from some deck builders and their prices were insane. Dan was recommended to me by a friend, so I had him provide me a quote as well. His prices were very reasonable, so I decided to work with him, and Im glad that I did!Dan and his team did a great job! They kept a super clean job site, communicated with me daily on their progress and what theyd be working on, and my new deck looks fantastic.     Want to thank Dan for an excellent job on my replacement deck.Very much an echo of all the reviews.Dan is very polite, a great demeanor for working with the public.He is very prompt, exactly on time each day.He has great pride in his work and the reputation of his company -and Dan is smart to know each job is of great importance to the homeowner and in turn becomes his company’s reputation.One very important point, I was most impressed with Dan’s concern for the lack of ‘structural integrity’ on my deck’s original design, which made the railing less secure. Dan improved the original design to really anchor the railing; none of the other companies that bid even mentioned the potential design flaw.Dan is, as most have commented, hard working, fair in pricing, very self contained, and was very careful to be sure the site was cleaned up at the end of everyday - no nails in the driveway or near my neighbors either.If you need a deck or fence, you will not be disappointed if you reach out to Dan at Partipilo Deck and Fence.

    It was absolutely a pleasure working with Dan and Dianne on our new backyard deck project. We were hesitant at first on proceeding with a rather large project, but choosing Partipilo Deck and Fence was our best decision. Dan went out of his way to answer all our questions no matter how detailed they were and kept us in the loop on a daily basis. He even did some unrelated backyard drainage/sloping work for us. Their response time was fantastic and really made us feel comfortable throughout the process. We, as others have stated, highly recommend them for any project and are very pleased with the finished product.

    I cannot say enough about Dan And Diane Partipilio and the service provided during the building of my 1100sq ft deck in the midst of winter!     I was looking for a deck builder for almost 2 years before finding Partipilo. The companies I consulted before were price gouging for very little square footage. Dianne was always prompt with responses and helpful with understanding every step. Dan was very professional and provided us with a deck that exceeded our expectations.     I have only the absolute most positive things to say about Dan and Partipillo Deck Company.We first met Dan in early April after he returned our request to meet in regard to replacing our rotting cedar deck railing. It was a large project, involving three stories and replacing with aluminum railings. Dan was always prompt, polite, honest and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made great efforts to work within our budget. Even bringing on two occasions samples of the railings we had interest in installing.It was a long process, but as fall was coming to a close we thought there was no way he could get this done before the end of the season. We were fine with that as we wouldn’t be using our deck until the following spring.Low and behold, in December , there came Dan and Bill to start on the railing. After the permits were secured they worked tirelessly, in cold and snow to complete the job. It looks absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be more pleased with the job in ALL regards.I highly recommend Partipillo Deck and Fence and know that you will be as pleased as we are.

    Dan installed gates on the sides of our house and installed a basketball hoop for us. He came immediately when we called for an estimate. He was very friendly and easy to talk to! He kept us updated on the entire process of getting the gates in stock as well as the status on the permits that were needed. We are very happy with his work and cant wait until he completes another project for us.

    I cant thank Partipilo Custom Decks enough for building my dream Trex deck last spring. Its my favorite thing about my house. They did such an amazing job! We did our homework before hiring Dan, got a bunch of quotes but Dan just made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Hes just a straight forward, honest guy.Dan worked with me on the design and suggested, since we were going to be buying 20 ft Trex boards anyway, that we just try to maximize the length of the materials that we bought. That was the best suggestion ever! Yes...I will take more deck, please.The craftsmanship is stellar! We get so many compliments on this deck from friends, family and neighbors. Its just beautiful! The whole process, from start to finish was amazing. Dan and his team where very communicative and professional. I recommend them to everyone!

    We called Dan last spring to give us a quote and some design ideas for a deck we wanted built. Dan was very prompt on his quote ( very reasonable) and had several options we could pick from. We had no idea what we wanted and he gave us some great suggestions so he could build us the perfect deck. The knowledge Dan has about building decks blew us away. Even the city inspector said his plans were the best he has ever seen! Once we picked a deisgn we wanted, the consturction started. Dan was very professional and showed up on time each day. At the end of every day, he always makde sure everything he used, cut, sawed etc was picked up and put away. That was very important to us because we have little kids and dogs and didnt want them to get hurt. On a side note, we have a three year old who was very intrested in the workers and Dan went above and beyond to show my son what he was doing. It meant the world to him!! After three days, our beautiful deck was built and we coudnt have asked for anything better. Weve spent our entire summer on our new deck. I would recommend Partipilo Construction to anyone!! !

    After meeting with several other contractors, we hired Partipilo Custom Decks to replace a very old deck attached to our house. The decision to hire them instead of the other contractors was based on several key elements: knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and quality.When Dan Partipilo came out for the estimate, he demonstrated his knowledge of building decks and informed us about new building code requirements that a new build needed to have even though we were replacing the existing deck virtually like-for-like. Several other contractors we had meet with were not as knowledgeable and did not point out some of the key issues with our build like Dan. Additionally, some of them mentioned unorthodox methods for certain parts of the build that did not make sense to do or seem up to code.After coming out for the estimate, Dan quickly followed up with a proposal (in electronic document format) for our job which was itemized to show what work would occur and what materials would be used. Several contractors only supplied a hand written proposal that was not itemized which did not make us feel comfortable with the work and materials to be provided.The followup with Partipilo Custom Decks on the proposal and other questions we had was fantastic! Both Dan and Dianne (office manager), were very quick to respond to our inquiries. We felt that they were definitely working hard to make sure the work was done to meet our expectations. From the start of the project, we were provided (without any prompting) all of the information we should know; Dianne even sent us an FAQ that addressed a lot of questions which were likely to come up from start to finish. They were also tremendous during the permit and inspection process by keeping us informed at all stages.The completed deck looks great and brought back the beauty of the property which was lost for so many years. The quality of the workmanship is apparent; we feel that Partipilo Custom Decks was definitely the right choice for our project, and we would use them again.
