We needed our 1910 house repainted and, if have an old house, you know that means that our paint tested positive for lead which makes everything harder. We got quotes from several spots and not only was SFW one of the most affordable, but they were a one-stop-shop when it came to all the tasks that had to be done. With other companies, their bid included prep/paint but wed be on our own to find a service to do repairs which just felt like a headache to need to coordinate. With SFW, they could handle the end-to-end project and, again, do all of it at a price point that was comparable to those who could only offer prep and paint. Delightful.Jay was our point person from Day 1 and he was incredibly thorough and responsive. I dont think I ever waited more than 24 hours for a response to a single text or email. He has a long roster of skilled folks working within SFW so scheduling was an absolute breeze. We had people at the house within a week of signing the contract and didnt lose a single day between the different teams (prep team, repair team, paint team, etc.). Because they were so good at what they do, we even added in a mini-project of installing wood slats to our entryway which looks awesome.Once the job was completed, there were multiple walkthroughs to make sure that nothing was missed -- down to the smallest detail. If I noticed something, I could text and someone was out either the same day or the next day to take care of a tiny touch-up and Jay always received the request with an Absolutely - well get that fixed! response rather than an eye roll or frustration. Jay even came back a few months later when the rain started to make sure that none of the paint had bubbled or peeled before the winter weather could get behind it and damage the house (spoiler: there wasnt a single flaw to touch up).Overall, Im grateful we found SFW and Jay. Painting a house is expensive and time-consuming but, with SFW, everything was easy. Honestly, the hardest part was picking a color (Seaworthy, SW-7620) which speaks to the ease of partnership. -

We have a 3 story townhouse. We hired SFW to paint it and could not be more pleased. Our south wall is challenging because its a huge, long stretch. It looks fantastic as does the rest. There was very good attention to detail and the crew was super accommodating. Jay was fantastic to work with as well and made sure our colors (which are unique) were matched perfectly. Everyone that we interfaced with was always stressing that they wanted us to be completely 100% satisfied every step of the way. We are. Thanks Jay & SFW!! -

SFW Painting did a great job on exterior painting. It was a complicated job given the existing very deteriorated paint job in which a significant amount of prep was needed. They made sure they touched up tricky spots that needed addressed due to the poor condition of the existing paint and followed up unprompted for a warranty-covered check in after several months. -
