Called a few electricians for a small job at my house adding an outdoor outlet to an existing circuit. Joe responded right away and, showed up on time for the quote. He got me on his schedule very quickly and, once again, showed up right on time. He got the job done quickly and the result looks great. Super professional and great communication. Ill definitely come back to Platinum for any future work and I would highly recommend.

Joe was very responsive from the point I originally reached out to him via the website. An appointment was quickly scheduled and Joe arrived on time. He was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and made the necessary repair (replaced a GFI outlet). I though I received good value from Joe and will use Platinum Electric for any future electrical needs.

He was super helpful and quick to answer any questions I had about different lighting both indoor and outdoor and also outlets in the bathroom. Pricing was very reasonable and he helped make some awesome recommendations. Will be using him in the future and will be recommending him to my friends and family.

During our kitchen remodel, we got bids for a panel upgrade with several companies. Joe was quick to respond, what he quoted we paid for and his price was great! Out of all the contractors we worked with during this time, Joe was the only one we had zero issues with. His word was always true, what he said, he did. All the proper permits were pulled and he even handled all the stuff with SMUD changing the power lines and raising the wires. It never seemed like he was trying to get more out of us. Can I just say having Platinum Electric Joey Fisher come assess my electricity has been THE best thing I have done for my home in a long time. After taking over the maintenance for my parents aging home meant getting things up to par. For the past 10-15 years we have had non-operable outlets in 3 out of 4 bedrooms. Thinking cost would be an issue, it had been put off. I finally called Platinum Electric for an inspection. The inspection fee was affordable and modest for the work and knowledge that was received. He even fixed the problem area and gave recommendations of future work needed. He was very professional and safe. I highly recommend Platinum Electric.

We have personally used Joe for several needs we have had for electrical repairs/install. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, has fair pricing, and does excellent work. On one home of ours he replaced a panel and Installed all new electrical in a kitchen remodel. He has also helped us with lighting strategies, installing canned lights, pendant lights, and bedroom light fixtures. He does such a great job I gladly recommend him to my real estate clients. Simply put, Joe is great at what he does!
