This is the second time Ive had to call an electrician for a semi-emergency. The first time I called Mr Sparky, I got quick, effective service. Naturally, this time I called them again. The electrician did some trouble-shooting, diagnosed the problem, and quickly fixed it. Additionally, he was friendly, and kept us informed as he worked. I really cant recommend Mr Sparky highly enough! They have earned my trust and loyalty.

Derrik and his apprentice did a fantastic job. They worked non stop from 9:30am to 6:30/7 pm. This job was no small crumbs and they made sure everything worked, looked great and was top quality. We are very happy and appreciate their hard work and dedication to top notch quality. Very kind gentleman i might add. Even though they ran into issues there was no cussing or attitudes or anything unprofessional at all. This was a 15k job and they made it worth every penny. We were hesitant to pay 15k for everything but in looking at the work they did, the quality, the labor, the professional behavior, its worth it. Mr. Sparky we are very impressed and appreciative of the work that was done. I cant remember the name of the apprentice but both him and Derrik deserve major kuddos.

Alex came to do an inspection. He was so sweet, informative, and spent time with our many questions. He helped put all of the bikes back up on the hooks, and helped put the garage back in order after repairing our electrical box. His customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend him!

Austin was excellent. He did an assessment, determined that my issue was the chandelier, not the wiring. It’s two days before Thanksgiving and I was desperate. I ran out to buy a new chandelier, called back and Austin was here within two hours to install it. He was thorough, efficient, personable and professional. I would definitely recommend.

I used Mr Sparky to rewire my 70 year old ranch a few years back. I just had them come back to install two hanging lights and a ceiling fan. Austin my technician was professional, efficient, and very dog friendly. I highly recommend Mr Sparky and Austin for that peace of mind that they’ve got you covered.

We had problems with our electrical, our box was super old. Matthew, our amazing electrician, fixed it right up. Professional, extremely nice and was not bothered by my dogs barking and even helped when I thought one side of our wall wasnt working, come to find it was my serge protector and he stayed a little longer to make sure it was all fixed. We love Matthew and will be asking for him. :)

Daniel was very courteous Hes a great guy except when it comes to accountability, the whole company is just out to sell you a plan versus fix what you need done or call them for. Everything was wired wrong and communicated wrong. My meat freezers were wired to the garage light switch, I never received anything on price online, in writing or period. Just hurry up sogn this credit report, tablets dying at 2% Now no one at the company will call back, take accountability or anything else. This has been going on since October. No regard for the customer, just another greedy company stepping on the working class.

I needed an estimate for insurance purposes & Austin came out to give me that estimate. From the time I answered my door until the time he sat down & reviewed everything with me, he was kind, courteous, professional, & easy to understand. He explained all of his findings & left me with the estimate I had requested along with several other estimates. I would recommend Mister Sparky for your electrical needs. Mr Sparky (Austin) arrived in the morning as promised. Did a quick review of what we wanted him to do. Then he did a quick visual of the electrical box, exposed wiring, checked the GFI plugs and the outside meter. He made some suggestions based on his review. Some of the items could wait until we could afford to have them done. He then worked on specific issues we were having and completed them the same day. We have used Mr Sparky in the past and will again.

He then told me that if it was alright with me he would do a whole house inspection. In informed me that was necessary if we had issues we were unaware of that needed repairing. He had a presentation that visualized all steps necessary and equipment needed to make necessary correction. I was very pleased with the corrective steps being showed.He informed me that if he found other problems with wiring that could cause electrical issues he would be able to make repairs to them on this callAfter completing the evaluation process, he documented three methods of making repairs with a cost analysis for each of the three resolutions.His presentation was detailed and clarified how to fix our problems and the cost of the repair.During my professional life I was aSales Executive. Austins presentation of the work required to make our home electrically safe was one of the best presentations I have ever seen. What stood out to me was his ability to dictate value added recommendations in a manner even an old war veteran could understand.We do not make it a habit to allow repairmen to go, un-escorted, throughout our home. Austin, became the first repairman we allowed to proceed throughout our home without my wife or myself escorting him.His work was professional, precise, and done without cluttering up any place in our home.His courtesy, skill, professionalism, and respect of our home was well above reproach.A five star rating chart did not do justice to Austins worth!Isaiah Reliford

We were in a bad spot, after calling 2 dozen electricians, mister sparky were the first ones out. They were extremely thorough and informative and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. I shopped around and there were a couple that were about the same price. And maybe 1 or 2 that were slightly cheaper, but nowhere is thorough. And when youre dealing with something like electricity, your families safety and the integrity of your home should come first. Electricity is by far the most dangerous thing in your house. You dont wanna go with whoever, you want to go with the best and the most thorough and professional, and thats why I would recommend Mr sparky

Bradley came out and installed a new panel and I can not express how clean his work is on that panel. All the lines to every breaker looks like it was done better than a machine!Today I had a bigger project of replacing a whole meter setup that came off the house. Brad came out and remembered me well and done the estimate. I had them come in and redo practically my whole electric system, all told it cost $13,000 which i felt was a reasonable price for the amount of skilled labor involved. The process was painless and they were in and out within 48 hours with an overnight gap during which they made sure to restore power, the power was never off long enough for any of the food in the fridge to be impacted. Mathew walked me through every step of the process, and the whole thing was completely painless.Good electrical work always costs a pretty penny and you should be aware of that up front, but theyre very transparent about their pricing and theyll give you a quote before any significant work begins, i was charged no additional fees even though they did end up going above and beyond the work we had originally planned, so if youve got the money theyll definitely give you fair shake and honest labor in exchange for it. And thats all you can really ask for.I consider myself a satisified customer.
