We had THE BEST experience with Jason Wright Electric. Our job started small but quickly grew into a bigger unique project with a customized electrical panel, four new dedicated lines, a new ground rod and more. By the time it was over, we had worked with multiple employees at the company, including the owner, and every person provided outstanding service. As a custom project, Mr. Wright got involved to sort through the details of our job. He was quick to respond to questions and provided thoughtful feedback and suggestions along the way. He is truly passionate about his work, as evidenced by the time and effort he took to understand our electrical needs in order to provide the best options for our project. The administrative staff were second-to-none. Each was friendly, helpful and dedicated to completing our project with the best possible outcome. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I recently had a Tesla Wall Charger installed by a different licensed electrician. I was not satisfied with the finished product. I called Jason Electric to help and they came out the next day. They exceeded all my expectations. I only wish that I called them to originally install EV Charger. I will go to them for all my electrical needs. The attention to detail and care given by Jason Electric deserves a 5+ star rating. Don’t hesitate to use their services.

I have used Jason Wright multiple times. As always, John and his team members were very professional and did an excellent job. This was for rewiring of my almost 100 year old home. No small feat dealing with plaster walls, wallpaper and old knob and tube wiring.I appreciate John and his caring and concern and consider him a friend.Update! Once again, Jason Wright Electric came through with excellent service last week. One of my smoke detectors malfunctioned, and they sent out John right away to correct the situation. First, thank you Jennifer for your courteousnes at scheduling these needed repairs. We had a unknown short in an extended portion of circuitry that would throw the circuit breaker to a portion of home once the outside lighting switch was turned on. We were fortunate to move up on schedule by being patient on the waiting list. Also had one additional exterior outlet that needed to be upgraded to GFI on side of house. Alex listened to my troubleshooting explanation of issues, evaluated house main power circuit box, and sequentially diagnosed outlets/switch/wiring. He provided detailed optional work scopes to choose from prior to any commencement of physical activities. Alex was friendly, trustworthy, carefully instructional to Code related issues; and professional in his approach to detailing the manner of final repairs. Ive tended to be my own DIY handyman when it comes to cost considerations, but there practically comes a time for essential servicing of troublesome electrical issues that one needs to rely upon the professionals. Problems resolved- thank you for your timeliness and thoughtful recommendations. I know who I will call for any repeat electrical work. Take care.

I wanted to add a soffit outlet for a security camera and add a basement outlet for a modem. John arrived on time and was very courteous the whole time. He provided estimates of my items and also recommended a panel surge protector. We agreed on primary items and he finished the job in a few hours. He explained everything during the installation. I called and talked to the scheduler who was very friendly and outgoing. I made an appointment even though the scheduler warned me they were pushed out for 2-3 weeks, but I could get on a cancellation list or possibly be squeezed in. A day or two later I got a call saying they could have someone out if I was available. They sent John out who was super friendly and easy to talk to. He checked out my issues and I felt like he was super knowledgeable about everything. We had one issue that we couldn’t solve right off the bat after looking at various ways to fix it, so we agreed to fix what we knew we needed to fix and then we would come back to the other issue. After John replaced what we agreed on he had one more idea of what the other issue could be and sure enough, it seemed completely random to me, but it worked. I would definitely use these guys again for any electrical issues.

From the phone call with the company to the visit from John this company was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. From a brief inspection of our breaker box to disconnecting our hardwired oven so we could get a outlet installed for a new one and even looking at an issue with our lights in our living room and giving us a quote for new smoke detectors, John really made us feel well taken care of and made sure that the hassle of having to call an electrician didn’t end up being that big of a hassle after all. We definitely plan on using Jason Wright Electric for all of our future electrical needs.

Called Jason Wright and spoke with Jennifer, heard great things about the company from a good friend but didnt know what to expect. From the start she was super helpful, kind and ensured that they could get someone over to help. She sent a guy over promptly and he was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure the he could install the new outlet without damaging any preexisting drywall or trim work. He was very clean, neat and very efficient. Great work, great people and ultimately an awesome experience. I highly recommend these folks, they are the best!

I have used Jason Wright for 3 different projects in 3 different houses. Each time they have done an outstanding job, sending polite, professional electricians. The people who answer their phones provide customer service that is on a high level you just dont encounter often. Jennifer remembers details about me from call to call (even though those calls may be a few years apart) and is a joy to speak with! Most recently, I called with a little SOS because my A/V guy needed a different kind of plug than what I had them install. I called at 4pm one day and they sent Brandon at 7:30 the next morning to get it switched before the A/V guy and Google Fiber arrived. Even though I didnt tell him I needed this certain kind of plug when he did the initial installation, they didnt even charge me for sending him a second time to switch out the plug. This is a rare and special company and I will ALWAYS use Jason Wright Electric when I need an electrician and highly recommend you do too!

This was our second time using Jason Wright Electric and I have to say I couldnt be more pleased. John and Ron did great work, but its more than that. The office staff are pleasant and fun, the workers always prompt, clean and care about your project and home. We had 5 can lights installed in existing ceilings and Ron took special care to avoid any ceiling or wall damage, something that can be very difficult. John went above and beyond installing a complex crystal chandelier, showing an amazing amount of skill and .patience and leaving us with a true show piece. A great company with employees with superior attitudes and skill, I fully recommend them.

I had a great experience with John from Jason Wright Electric this week. Yes they do charge money to have a professional certified electrician diagnose the safety and security of your panels, breakers outlets, etc. (I dont know why Patrick C. thinks thats odd/disrespectful that a business charges money?...) I was having issues with some outlets not working and occasionally getting shocked in my bathroom. From the very beginning John was very upfront with setting expectations, he performed the electrical inspection, and also gave me a price to fix my electrical problems. I selected the option I thought was best and he was able to do all of the work that afternoon. My outlets work and nobody gets shocked in the bathroom anymore! Very happy with the service, John was professional, very courteous, Id use JWE again and recommend as well!

From installing an electrical outlet 24 foot off the floor using an almost non-existent attic connection to the fan, light and additional outlet and switch installations, these guys were TERRIFIC. We had three estimates. One free estimate was really questionable as there was no comprehensive written job description and I am sure it would have ended up costing us more. One free estimate , was so busy they couldnt get back to us within 5 days and involved a lot of wall damage options. Finally there was the $49 estimate from Jason Wright. The estimate included a full examination of our electrical system along with recommendations and explanations. A very detailed walk thru of the project and items that were to be completed IN PRIORITY order. A reasonable price for the 6 + hours of work. John and assistant were excellent. When they were done with the work everything was just as we required and there was absolutely no evidence they were even in our home -- except for the new and exciting lighting. These guys are great!

There may be other electricians who are cheaper, but there are none who are more professional, polite and responsive. Recently contacted Jason Wright Electric to troubleshoot electrical circuit issues following a lightning strike to our home. Two of his electricians (John and Sam) came out the next day and did a great job fixing everything at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend their services!

Their website says that they care about their customers and thats not just a tag line. That is truly the way Jason runs the company. From Jennifer in the office, who is super friendly and is great at her job, to Glen, Ron and John who were the electricians, they all excel at customer service. Very professional. John went above and beyond to make sure he answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. Scheduling worked with us to get us in asap despite being extremely booked for the week with the corona ban eased. Everyone was fantastic and surprising the cost was economical. I would have thought for the 5 star service we were getting there would be a five star cost but the cost was reasonable, will definitely call this company in the future when we need any work done.

I called into Jason Electric after I had two local electricians who 1.) didn’t even bother to return my call and 2.) gave me a tentative appointment and then never communicated back. I feel terrible because I’ve completely forgotten the names, but the lady I spoke to on the phone was so friendly and helpful and made me feel like an old friend! I told her my problem was starting to make me nervous, and she said they’d try to work me in before the end of the year. I wasn’t thrilled, but she was so nice so I figured I’d just hope they’d work me in. She had mentioned they were really busy. Well to my surprise she called me later that afternoon with someone able to come in 30 minutes! The gentleman was so very friendly, and even told me he moved my trash can up to my house for me! He was friendly and helpful the entire time. He took great care of me and gave me peace of mind again! And their visit charge was half of what the other guys was! I was so blown away! I’d refer them to anyone! Great job guys!

Unfortunately, non-emergency appointments are booked out many weeks but they are well worth the wait. They are not the least expensive electricians in town, but they stand behind their work, meet their estimates, and fix the problem(s). We highly recommend!
