Technician was very nice and for all i know he knew what he was doing. However, i spent 295 bucks to be in the exact same spot as i was when he got there. Garage door wont open, washer/dryer are in operable, range doesnt turn on. Was told the thermostat is bad, but its less than 2 years old. I dont leave one star reviews. But if i was that type, this would be the time i would do so. Again, technician was nice a professional. Im frustrated that i spent 295 bucks for no discernable improvement.

Bickimer completed a previous job so I called them back to my current electrical issue but also called AbMay as I have a service contract with AbMay. ABMay’s earliest was in 7 days. Gary with Bickimer was out in no less than 4hours. Now I know that isn’t always the case as they have more than enough work, but it was amazing to have the lights back on within hours. He fixed the issue, was thoughtful, professional and that makes them 2 for 2 on the projects they have helped us with. When in electrical trouble call Bickimer. I had an outlet that burned up in the middle of the day. I found Bickimer through Google and when I called Mike the owner answered. He was extremely helpful in troubleshooting the issue over the phone and helping me ensure the outlet was turned off at the panel. He guaranteed someone would be out the following day to see what went wrong and fix the issue. They showed up on time and gave me a very fair deal. Ive since referred three neighbors to Bickimer in the last 4 weeks, all of which have used them and have been very pleased. Highly recommended!

We had a tricky issue that the first guy made a really thorough, game effort to fix ... but Murphys law struck, and the problem didnt reveal itself while he was here -- only to rear again the next day. So, the owner, Mike, came out personally to investigate further, found the issue and didnt charge any extra for his time. As a business owner myself, I know the strength of character it takes to do that sort of thing and it speaks very well to who they are as a business. HIGHLY recommended.

Jeremy the electrician who did the work was great. He answered any question i could think of, and he was always concerned with doing the job the correct way.The office person(s) on the other hand was terrible. When i first called i was told it was a 1 maybe 2 day job. It actually required 4 visits to complete the list of things.Communication was lacking, i wouldnt recieve updates of when the electrician would return correctly. He told me that he would return Tuesday, after taking the day off from work, I found out the person scheduling didnt have him returning until Thursday.So overall the quality was great, but the scheduling jobs when the first isnt complete was terrible.

I was selling my house and it was in serious need of some updates. We got our inspection report back saying i needed a new electrical panel. I called Bickimer Electric after reading their reviews. They did not disappoint. They were able to get me an estimate fast. They were very good at explaining the whole process to me. They helped me understand how long it was going to take and how long my power was going to be out. I basically had to get a new panel and a new meter because it was so outdated and not up to code. They scheduled everything with the city and kcpl. I just had to let them in the door! They sent two technicians who were very very nice and professional. They were able to get everything done for me in one day. Everything went smoothly with no hiccups! I was SHOCKED with how well it went. I will definately be using them in the future!

Because he did not stop for anything, we were without power for the shortest time possible on a cold day. Thank you!As it turns out, the main breaker was rusted and corroded. Please have your panel inspected by a qualified electrician, like Bickimer. Your breaker panel is a very important safety devise that is often forgotten.
