    I had an emergency on a holiday weekend. When I called they were so nice and I was able to schedule a technician visit the next day. They sent Bryan who was great. He diagnosed the problem, took care of the problem and helped me come up with a game plan to avoid the problem in the future. From beginning to end everyone I worked with were very professional, knowledgeable and very nice. Highly recommend.

    I have rental properties. Speed is of the essence when I have a sewerage problem. My toilet was backed up creating a property wide problem. Chris came out within the 4 hour time frame given. He was pleasant and worked hard in a small space to get the job done. He was upfront with pricing for my issue. He completed the job and even cleaned up afterwards. He checked out the extent of my problems and left me with estimates and suggestions.

    After a sump pump failure that led to the flooding of our basement, roto-rooter was the only company out of three different companies to not put us on a waiting list and actually come clean and fix everything. They did an amazing job and were very informative about everything they were doing every step of the way. For military members they work with your insurance such as USAA and give good discounts. I would highly recommend them!

    There were two Plumbers from Roto Rooter, Mr. Rich and Mr. Tay. They were both very curteous and professional. They investigated the scope of work that needed to be corrected and gave me a fair estimate for the job.     Awesome! A few easy, pleasant minutes on the phone and I had a same day appointment with a 2 hour window, but he showed up in 30 minutes. Wow! When does that ever happen? Kyree was amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. He didnt even bat an eye when he was caught outside in a downpour. He fixed my horrendous plumbing problem without any bs and gave me pointers on future preventative maintenance. I highly recommend this company... be sure to ask for Kyree... hes phenomenal!

    As a new homeowner I learned my first lesson. Call Roto-Rooter first! I had a serious pipe clog. Being in the house for only a couple days I was freaking out. It was referred to me to call Roto-Rooter for they have the right snakes to deal with these issues. Now when Mr. (John Sterling)? I dunno he said yankees announcer but not Michael Kay. When he showed up he said a few things that put me at ease. Sure enough he got the snake through past the point into the house and then I heard the clog get loose and water rush through the pipes. After running hot water and flushing the toilets a few times he took me outside to show me the water running in the pipes. Now my house is old and one day may need pipes to be repaired but not today. I thank him for his honesty and professionalism and caring for the customer. Thank you again Roto-Rooter. The price was right also.

    Victor was kind, courteous, and professional. His work was excellent and quick. The communication from dispatch was sparse and not super helpful, but the actual service we received once he arrived was great, and we know the timeframe being off was not the technicians fault in the least. Days get busy. Recommend to dispatch to call customers regarding lateness before the scheduled time has passed rather than 30-45 minutes after. I will definitely use them again, regardless.

    The rotor rooter rep that helped me was Bryan. He came right on time, which surprised me since most company’s have you waiting a few hours or even next day. However he arrived within an hour. He was very polite and friendly but professional. He seemed to be experienced, he walked me through the process and the pricing. The only bad thing I have to say is how expensive rotor rooter can be, compared to other companies; but I believe you get what you pay for. Which is a quick service with experts who care about their customers.

    When my locker room bathrooms backed up at my health club,Roto-Rooter came to the rescue with 5 star service!!! Their customer service team immediately took my call and dispatched a tech super fast. My tech Rich was awesome at explaining the issue and showing me the clogs that he was going to repair. I highly recommend calling Roto-Rooter for your emergency situations. I am pretty hard to please and this company had me confident and reassured in the entire process.

    The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because the dispatchers were telling me different answers as to why my tech hadnt arrived in the time slot they were supposed to. A rep came out to take a look at 9:30am and said the tech will be there before 1pm but they never showed. Starting at 1:30pm I had to call multiple times but got no help. On one of those calls I was told that I didnt have an appt until 9pm and no rep had been to our house that morning. My husband and I definitely did not hallucinate and imagine the gentleman we spoke to. When a tech finally arrived, it was 3:45pm. Thankfully Al was quick and professional and I can finally use my plumbing again. Before calling this company I had two plumbers from 2 different companies promise me theyd come out and never did so by the time Roto Rooter arrived, I was already 3 days without running water. This is why Im aggravated that I received miscommunication from Roto Rooter off the bat.

    We had the unfortunate experience of having our sewer line break, and had our basement flooded with what should have been going into the sewer. We called the folks from Roto-Rooter and then helped get it cleaned and fixed as fast as possible. The Clean-up was all done in 2-3 days, and done perfectly. The repair was a long and difficult process, but Frank (tech #3286), the first tech to come out to assess our situation, helped us through it all. It was a very stressful situation to be in, but Frank and the rest of the people at Roto-Rooter were very helpful to us in getting through it. I would recommend them highly!

When he realized it was the Sun Pump, he immediately called our go to, Roto-Rooter company.The Service Technician - Aldennys Avila showed up promptly as scheduled and wearing his PPE mask. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do!     Superb customer service, assessment of the issue and repairs. There was immediate follow up with additional team members before leaving the home. For example, an appointment was scheduled for restoration team lead to come out to the home to assess the any further damages, which was completed on the same date of service for the unclogged drain and a scheduled appointment for cameras to be installed was made fo the very next day.The ability to communicate effectively with people who are dealing with a very stressful situation is not easy task . Al handled this situation as a true professional and did not talk about payment until the very end which I appreciate. It wasn’t about the money but honestly about the service.     Great experience with the Jersey team in late July, 2024! Last Monday I called them after discovering that a sewer main blockage was outside the house, and my snake couldn’t get through. Our OCNJ home’s cast iron sewer pipe from the 1930s failed snaking, but cleared with jettting technology, video showed the pipe was ruined, with a 10+ foot linear crack , multiple breaks with visible roots: it required replacement from crawlspace to curb. By Wednesday afternoon, 2 days after my call, their master plumber fitted new PVC from crawlspace to outside where the excavation team was able to run 24 feet or so of high density Polyethylene “100 year” 4” pipe along the entire underground track of the old pipe WITHZoUT excavation using the latest hydraulic pull-through technology that both pulls new pipe through while destroying the failed pipe, sparing us $10k in bulldozing, and prevented any damage or dig up of the staircase, walkway, and sidewalk directly over the old line, with only a 2’x3’ cut in the curbside sidewalk to reconnect to city line! The well staffed team are all long term pros and a pleasure to work with. Our unit is a two-owner condo Sharing that line, (and cost), pricing was fair, and work was expertly completed without delay, cleanup thorough, so that the upstairs Saturday incoming rental was not affected. Our experience was flawless and we highly recommend the South Jersey Roto-Rooter pros! Their work is guaranteed, and we greatly appreciated the clear explanations, options, recommendations, advance price guarantee, and the fact that they do NOT have a “visit charge” that all of their local competitors including Drain Doctor and ZoomDrain asked (at $150 to $199 just to take a look, as if their businesses can ever be carried out without a trip to your home!)
