About five years ago, Drain Doctor cleared roots out of our main septic drain pipe in Dennisville. We needed the pipe cleaned out again this week. We called Drain Doctor and were able to get an appointment right away. The technician, Caleb, was prompt, efficient, and personable. He quickly figured out which part of the pipe was clogged and removed the roots and clog. After he assured himself that the pipe was flowing freely, he checked the entire system to be sure that there were no other problems. He even suggested a product that we could use to keep our system operating properly. We will call them again when the roots get back into the pipes and highly recommend Drain Doctor to anyone needing drain clean-out.

If your having issues with your plumbing do yourself a favor, and give the guys at Drain Doctor a call. When I had plumbing issues and water backing up into my sink I went through several other plumbing companies to try to diagnose the issue, all of which were slow to respond and very uninformative. It was a completely different experience far and beyond the other companies when I dealt with James and his guys at Drain Doctor. It was very apparent from the beginning of the visit how knowledgeable and professional these guys are. WIthin 24 hours of my call Drain Doctor was on site, and they Diagnosed the the issue within minutes. When it came to the repair they gave me a fair and honest quote for the work that was much more reasonable than anyone else I had dealt with. When they came to complete the repair to my sewage line they were careful to be as invasive as possible to my yard, which was astonishing given the difficulty of the repair at hand. WIthin hours my drain line was fixed, and they even replanted a tree that was in the area they needed to dig. Save yourself time and hastle and make Drain Doctor your first call, I know I will.

I live in a complex of 6 houses and was having sewer issues. Plumbers were called as well as the City Water and Sewer workers. Sewer issues were still occurring. Finally, I contacted The Drain Doctor. To my surprise, they were at my house within an hour, and 45 minutes later, the common sewer line of the complex, was clear. James, who I found out was the owner, was very professional, very knowledgeable, and explained everything. Thank you for such prompt service to a situation that could have been worse.

Jim and his crew arrived ON SCHEDULE and dug up the front yard to replace my sewer line without destroying the flower beds. The did almost surgical excavation and installed PVC pipe for a permanent fix to the 57 year old drain issues that was clogged by roots and had collapsed. When they had finished the job they spread top soil that they brought and raked the surface level, swept the street, cleaned up the debris and did a better than excellent job leaving the area ready for grass seed. All the work was performed in one day and that included digging under the sidewalk without disturbing it. The price was extremely fair and the quality of work was beyond expectations. I absolutely highly recommend Drain Doctor for all the sewer issues any homeowner could encounter.
