    My master bathroom toilet needed replacement after a botched DIY repair attempt on my part. I called the office around 3 pm and spoke to a very nice lady who fit me into the schedule for the next afternoon. Daniel called beforehand and showed up a few minutes later. Within an hour my new Western toilet was installed and working flawlessly. There was no mess left behind. And the price was very reasonable. This is the first time I used Plumb-Rite and wont hesitate to use them again.

    Highly recommend Plumb Rite. Toilet backed up at rental property do to a break in the line. Quick to respond, polite and personable. Came out late to meet me at the job site to ensure it got resolved. Danial was fantastic! He really takes pride in what he does and it shows. He identified the issue quickly and immediately corrected it. I have alway had great experiences and prices reasonable.

    Service call was fast and thorough. Technician Justin was knowledgeable, polite and got the job done. Offered some good advice to avoid future occurrences. We were extremely satisfied and will recommend you to others.Aug 2020A service call brought Dennis, who was very knowledgeable about the brand of hardware in my bath. He did the repair quickly and was very thorough. Everything worked great and was very clean when he left. Highly recommend this firm and their workers. Nice people too.

    I called Plumb Rite Plumbing and spoke with Lee on first call. He came out within 24 hours (in the evening after a fullDay) and replaced an old hot water heater with a new water heater that had an excellent warranty. Price was very fair and it saved a rental next week. I can’t say enough about Lee and this company. 5 stars all the way in all categories.

    Have called Plumb Rite twice for a service visit and both were a great experience. Beginning with the receptionist, she is friendly, professional AND knowledgable about my needs. The tech Justin also came out for both visits. Justin knows what hes doing and does a quick, clean job. Plumb Rite has proven to be dependable, affordable and knowledgable for all my plumbing issues. Highly recommended!

    I had originally called another plumbing company to come out and possibly jet our septic line suspecting a minor clog. The gentleman that showed up was very inappropriate with his words and behavior and wanted to charge OVER $700 to simply jet the line. Needless to say, he was told to leave. After googling some other companies I came across Plumb Rite. I am extremely pleased with the services provided. I was initially told a plumber wouldnt be able to get to me until late this afternoon but my phone rang before I was even out of bed. Justin, the gentleman who was assigned to my call, was ready to come then. Not only did he IMMEDIATELY spot the issue (sagging line) upon his arrival, he was very proactive in making sure that after fixing the sag, that was going to resolve the issue. He ran a camera down the line and still ran the jet as well. Sure enough, he found a cap that had been left off previously by the last plumber (at least a year ago) and an entire root system was growing in the line. Justin was awesome and knows his stuff. I was also charged SIGNIFICANTLY less than what the other plumber was trying to charge. I would highly recommend this company and I will be calling them for any future services.

    Im horrible with names so I will get them Monday and edit this review. Just like others have said, terrific experience from first phone call to end of service. The receptionist was pleasant to speak with, and both plumbers were as well. Problem was identified, and hot water heater was replaced in an extremely professional manner. Highly reccomend this business.

    Very good service ... they were swamped that day ... the repair man deserves a medal that was the 5th water he had put in that day , by himself ...     We had sewer blockage in the lateral from the cleanout to the sewer. I called Plumb Rite and they came out the same day. Lee had the odds against him, the cleanout was a 3 pipe and a T connection instead of a 45 degree connection with a 4 pipe to the lateral. This did stop Lee, he adjusted to the situation and shortly cleared the blockage and the small roots that were part of the problem. I really appreciated Lees professionalism, I now know I can count on Plumb Rite Plumbing, Inc of Ocean Isle, NC to get the job accomplished quickly and efficiently.

    I highly recommend these guys. They came really quick cause my house was backed up. The guys were friendly and respectful . they fixed it quickly and even cleaned my tub and shower for me. Nice to know if I need a plumber I can call and get great service. I dont think the price was too high for calling on a rush job

    I had a water line break and had to shut off the water. They responded promptly. The repair couldn’t be completed on their 1st trip. A second trip was required the next day and showed up promptly the second day also. I appreciate their service.
