    Heat pump quit working 2 days before Xmas. Contacted a competitor of A+ because they were local, they still have not responded. Called A+ and they were here within hours.     The maintenance guy came out because it the heat was not working. He checked out my system and my system was working well. He didnt charge me, but I did get a maintenance plan from them. Which will be well worth it. They were amazing my heat is working wonderfully. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They didnt even charge an extra charge for coming out on the weekend. 🧡🧡

    Dwight was on time and did a great job. He cleaned and checked our current system. He gave us many options on the issues find with our AC and we were able to pick the right remedies that fit our budget. I highly recommend A+ and will continue to work with them in the future.Follow up - The UV system that I ordered was installed today by Joshua. Just one day turnaround for my new installation. I was very impressed by the fast service. He was able to get my UV system and a duct rerun done very quickly. All of the people that I interacted with at A+ were super professional and friendly. We were very impressed.

    Recommend! Lionel came out on a Saturday. After talking briefly about the issue I was having with my heat, he found the problem, explained it to me, and had it fixed in no time. Professional & knowledgeable! I’m glad I called.

    Called as a new customer on a Saturday and the technician arrived earlier than expected (with prior notice) and he took care of the A/C issues promptly and efficiently. Very fairly priced and I even signed up for annual maintenance. Highly recommend A+ and A+ is a good rating for them as well. Ethan was excellent!

    Both gentlemen that came to do routine maintenance on my unit were very professional and informative. I was aware of a possible issue and after they completed inspection I decided to replace the eleven year old unit. Chip replaced the old fuse box as it had been pulled away from the wall and added insulation to the lines outside.     This company was professional from start to finish. I am so glad I trusted A+ Heating & Cooling to install my new HVAC system. I called them for a free estimate after my old unit went out in the 90-degree heat. They were able to get to the property and provide the estimate within 24 hours of my call. (Speed was important to me since it was too dang hot... hard to sleep, live, and function properly when its fumid inside your house, you know.) Brenton really knew his stuff and took his time explaining my options and answering my questions.They were also prompt in getting the parts needed and completing the installation. 5 hours of them working and my new system was up and running. They also explained how to use the new thermostats and sync them up to my phone. Just excellent all around - they did not leave me with any unanswered questions and they always showed up on time. I appreciate their passion for their work and their confidence. It really makes a difference when you are spending the big $ for an upgrade like this. A+ gets an A+ for their professionalism and transparency!

Tyrece Ramare was exceptional. He is a master electrician and experienced in performing electrical services. He recommended services that need addressing and submitted an estimate for correcting all issues, which was reasonable. I expect to follow-through with the recommendations. The company was recommended by Duke Energy and responded promptly to the service request, sending Tyrece the same day- who was working in Wilmington on another call. I highly recommend this company if electrical services are needed. JCM

They got everything wrapped up seven hours later.     We recently had a generator outlet installed due to the somewhat frequent outages we experience during tropical storms and hurricanes. Loosing food and staring at walls isnt exactly fun for anyone. A+ gave us a great deal on their services and we couldnt be happier.     Our A/C unit went out on a Sunday, called A+ and a tech was there within 2 hours. The service call fee for a Sunday was very reasonable. A new unit price was negotiated and installed, as promised, within 48 hours. This was all done with me being in VA while my son and his family was in Sunset Beach.

    I called because I had a minor problem. With technician arrived within the window of the schedule. After a thorough examination of all parts, it was determined that a valve was bad.     I was very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the first three employees of A+ that I talked to or met, Kathy, Dwight, and Nick, in my quest to replace our 18 year old downstairs heat pump HVAC system. I was also happy that their goto HVAC brand is Lennox, whose technology has been so reliable for us here near the NC coast. They also offer great choices on their payment terms.Their installation team did a clean, efficient, professional job, and the system has worked well for 6 months, with what seems to be lower electric bills and no follow-up service required since the first day.I just had my first service call with A+, not on the new system, but on our 18-year old upstairs Lennox heat pump system. Gavin and Jesus responded the very next day, and I was very happy with their friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism.I continue to be impressed with the company and look forward to working with A+ going forward.Technicians AJ and Chad both provided quality services checking out our electrical and HVAC systems today.

    Had a electrical issue I found at 4 in afternoon in kitchen so no refrigerator etc. They did send someone right away. He was great in finding the problem fast and fixing it problem. Answer all my questions. Helped me out on price a little. It was overall great first experience and the fact it was after 5 and he showed up and fixed it. Priced was a little higher then I expected even after he adjusted it a little but with the fast response and after hours and how the office people were great I would do it again. But if it wasnt after hours and emergency to save all my food I may have tried someone else because of price. Overall I would recommend them and use them again. They were truly professional in always from start to finish and I do understand when you find a company like that you do pay for it. Keep up the great service.

    I was hosting a gathering of neighborhood ladies and shortly before there arrival I noticed it was warm in my house. Checked the thermostat and realized my air conditioner.was not functioning. A friend had used A+ and was satisfied. I called then and left a message and then called at 8 am the next morning. By 2:00 that afternoon Ethan was there to assess the system and he and Lucas explained the damage of my old system and recommended a complete new system. That was a Friday and by Monday morning at 9 am a2 installers arrived and worked all day to replace my antiquated one. All A+ service men were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up the area! I would definitely recommend A+ Heating and Cooling!!
