What an AWESOME LOCAL Business! CZ Plumbing helped me out 2x in one day! After having Tile work done in our master shower, the shower head would not stop pouring water - he walked me through how to troubleshoot it over the phone. Second time, we went to use our hot water and there was zero water coming out, he walked me through all of the things to check and directed me to shutoffs on the water heater. WHAT A GEM! Despite being at Baseball practice with his son, he helped me out.I will definitely be supporting them and will give them future business shall the occasion arise. -

We had an irrigation system put in our yard. We spoke with the landscapers and the town and got SO many different answers to how things had to be handled. Finally, we spoke to Ty and he led us in the right direction of exactly what we needed to do and what came first. He led us through filling out all of the paperwork to get the permit. He was so helpful! Then as soon as everything was installed, he came out quickly and took care of his part. Ty was definitely the only person that helped us navigate through the chaos. We would highly recommend Ty and his company for all of your plumbing needs. -

Our hot water heater started leaking Monday evening. With the help of a neighbor, the water and electrical access was turned off and the leaking stopped. So did our access to hot water. Due to its age, we anticipated needing it being replaced. Tuesday morning we discovered how difficult it is to find a reliable, licensed plumber who is willing and able to fit you into their tight schedule. Thank goodness we called C Z Griffith! Ty answered our call and arranged to see us later that morning to assess our situation. He was at our home in under 2 hours. Even better, he had a new replacement heater in our needed size in stock. He explained the cost (most reasonable) and said he would try to work us in later that day if possible - if not, he would be back the on Wednesday, the following morning. He was back that afternoon with an assistant and we had hot water within an hour of the installation being completed. 😃. Ty made sure everything was in working order, checked the faucets for air in the lines and removed any traces of the old heater. So glad we found C Z Griffith! We will most definitely be calling them for any/all of our future plumbing needs. -

They were both very professional, tidy, helpful, and knowledgeable, and explained in detail all the workings and instructions needed for the installed systems. Ty answered my call immediately. He was very accommodating to my schedule and showed up when he said he would. He quickly assessed the issues with my RO system. He was honest in saying it most likely just needed the membrane filter changed. He suggested that I change it and call him back if that didnt fix it. I changed the filter and it fixed the problem. If youre looking for a knowledgeable and honest professional for all of your plumbing needs, this is the company you should use. -

Tub install was not easy on our remodel and they formulated a plan and execution was flawless. Not to be out done by the Rockin showerhead install. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again in the future. BTW they even cleaned up as if it were their own house. -

I got down to Ocean Isle Beach Friday night with 6 adults and 2 babies to find out we had no hot water. I called at. 7pm and CZ Griffith answered immediately and helped me try to troubleshoot the problem for free. When that didn’t work, they came out first thing Saturday, assessed the problem, came back with the needed parts and fixed everything by lunch and for a fair price. Highly recommend! -
