Built our house with great quality, no problems of significance, ahead of schedule and under budget. Someone was there pretty much every day. No big waits for materials or subs. Well organized. A unique experience for me after building a number of homes and doing a big remodel. Highly recommend.

We are in our second year of our new home. We are loving it and could not be happier. We had zero issues with Mike and Brandon. They were a great team! They were both personally involved and responsive to all our needs and requests. We would do it all over again in a minute. Our home is a dream come true!

Ferrer Construction, under the management of Mike Ferrer and his son Brandon, constructed our new house in Woodfield Crossing earlier this year (completed July). They absolutely did a superb job! First, the expertise of the Ferrer team and sub-contractors coupled with their heart-felt pride in their work resulted in exceptional construction and finishes. Second, the Ferrer team expertly managed scheduling of sub-contractors. Each team worked efficiently and complemented one another without timing conflicts (e.g., no interference between painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters or floor installers). Third, communication and dialogue between the Ferrer team and my wife and I as well as with sub-contractors was excellent. We were aware of construction progress, costs and changes throughout the project. Fourth, the construction site was clean, well maintained and workers were considerate to our neighbors. Last, our house was completed ahead of schedule, a testament to Mike and Brandons management of supply chains. We could not have had a better experience. After purchasing our historic property, we understood the commitment it would take to renovate and restore an eighty-year old home. The patience and insight Mike and Brandon provided us with has been, and continues to be, invaluable. Whether new construction, additions or remodels, I have come to appreciate the honesty, detail orientation and forward thinking unique to the Ferrers. Focusing on quality more than quantity, their projects speak for themselves in many ways, including but not limited to the visual results throughout our community.

Absolutely loved our experience with Ferrer Construction. Our project was complicated involving a large porch addition on an old house with different elevations. Mike and Brandon came by nearly every day to check the work of their very talented and seasoned subs. Communication was great and we really had a wonderful experience. Nearly 2 years later, no construction issues at all.

Best selection we made for our new home wasn’t the appliances or cabinet color; it was hiring Ferrer. No exaggeration. I thought the most important thing about building our home was carefully picking out the finishes we wanted, and while that IS important, it’s not as critical as orchestrating the many moving parts, communicating effectively, relationships with quality subs; layer upon layer of quality BEFORE the lipstick goes on…Ferrer gets this done AND the lipstick.

We used Ferrer for a remodel of a garage apartment and master bathroom. When we started the project they were quick to get us a fair quote. When we started the project Brandon and Mike were on site each day at the beginning and end of the day to ensure quality work. We were kept in contact on all decisions to be made and when we could expect workers to be in our home (which was critical since we were living in the remodel.) Aside from the beautiful work they did, I recommend Ferrer because of their professionalism and communication.
