They were very careful to not nick the cabinets in such a small area to work with. They were very helpful and were very compassionate and understanding with all my needs. My new shower looks amazing... I am so thankful for Family Traditions for their dedication and perseverance as my rough-cut shower had a lot of bumps and bruises from original construction issues and I felt very overwhelmed at times during the process as a result, but they kept reassuring me and brainstorming ideas to make things work and very successfully at that. I now have a beautiful safe shower thanks to their faithful commitment to this project.

Jason and his wife Kelly have been fabulous to work with, unfortunately our cabinets came in wrong and our install had to be done in stages, each and every time they were flexible and got us on their schedule quickly. Jason does great work, cabinets came out great and he kept everything neat and clean. I would 100% recommend them over and over again!

How refreshing to find a home improvement company that is skilled, professional, conscientious and timely. Family Traditions was the perfect company to do the conversion of my tub to walk in shower. We had purchased a shower kit from a big box store, but a major component was not shipped by the manufacturer . David Coffey who was doing the install came up with an amazing but inexpensive solution which made the project look custom designed. The store reimbursed us and I couldn’t be happier with the finished job. I will use Family Traditions whenever I have any remodeling projects. Five STARS!!

I had a total kitchen redesigned and all new appliances. Dave did a great job with general contracting. Jeremy went above and beyond with the cabinet install. I am very happy and would highly recommend.. As to be expected a few minor hiccups but Dave worked very hard to make me happy .

Blessings, I just had my kitchen and two bathrooms done. First of all Cameron came to my house on the first day and gave me his personal number and told me that if I needed anything or had any problems to call him. When I did he handled my concerns immediately. The workers were courteous, clean, trustworthy and kind. So much so that I left the tile layer James in my home alone when I went to the gym, Dave and Jeremy were a pleasure to work with and they were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you guys so much.To say that I’m happy with the finish product is an understatement I feel so blessed and grateful that I get to live here. I would recommend family traditions to anyone who wants a remodel or a home built. Speaking with Stevie in the office was like talking to a kindred spirit who serves the same God that I do. She always made sure that the job got done. Thank you a thousand times family tradition may God bless you and shine upon you and give you peace and prosperity.

I bought a storm door for my front door and a new door and frame for my back door, plus installation, at Home Depot in Leesburg, FL. ABC contacted when they had received everything and were ready to install. James came out this morning and amazed me with his work. James was very professional, courteous and made sure not to let my hound dog out while doing all this. I highly recommend James and ABC.

Needed to replace my Refrigerator and new ones require a 36 inch width opening. I needed to have my Granite counter top moved 1 inch to the left. Camron from ABC Construction came in a moved it. He did a Fantastic job, no damage, looks great and except for some touch up painting to rightside wall, no one would ever know the cabinet was moved. Camron was very Professional and his workmanship (Quality) is out of this world. Highly Recommend and will use ABC again for my next project.

UPDATE:I am revising my rating because ABC has stood behind their installation and worked with us to provide satisfaction. This latest return corrected issues with cabinets pulling away from the ceiling and improper installation.Original Post:ABC was subcontracted by HD in Crystal River to install our new cabinets for our kitchen remodel job but we had no idea of the issues we would encounter ... we are now coming up on 4 months from the time the project started and we are still not complete ... granted the total time was not completely on ABC.The first problem was that the original installer did not level or shim the cabinets so that when Stoneworks brought the granite counter top in, they could not install it because the cabinets were so off level. At the time of the initial install, the installer also noted that one of the drawers did not have the requisite soft close drawer guides and that the toe kick trim for the cabinets had not been shipped so he was to create a punch list and get HD to reorder the correct items. Another issue with the initial install is that the installer failed to follow the install template such that the cabinets shifted with respect to the Microwave and Stove location since the cabinets were shimmed on the left rather than the right as the diagram called for. But by the time we discovered this discrepancy, the counter top measurements had been made and the counter top was being cut.A few weeks after the install, when I called ABC to see when I should expect the punch list items coming in and the install to be completed ... ABC was not aware of that there were any punch list items needed so I had to contact HD to get the items ordered.A week after the first attempt at a counter top install was aborted, an install supervisor came out and spent hours leveling and shimming the cabinets so that the counter top could be installed. At that time, he also adjusted the doors which should have been done at the time of the initial install.The latest deal is that after I picked up all the punch list items from HD, I called ABC to schedule the installation of the punch list items. It looks like that will be accomplished today ... 100 days after the project started!

Home Depot sent two guys from Family Traditions over to fix something another one of their contractors messed up. They were friendly, polite, and efficient. They fixed, in about 10 minutes, what the last guys tried to fix for over an hour.Anyway - I would recommend them based on my own experience

First I want to thank this team for being so patient with me. I had new tile floors put down in my kitchen and dining room! I was very nervous! Shannon met me and my husband at our house and took the measurements . She even took the time to make some suggestions for remodeling in the future. She helped choose the right color grout and prep for the big day. Tony laid the tile was wonderful. I look forward to working with them in the future.
