Went to check out the Shea Homes Models and they are staged beautifully. The homes also have very nice finishes compared to other builders. Semi custom homes in Central Florida. Well established community with miles of trails, dog parks, gym and many other amenities including a on site full service restaurant.

I was parked slightly on the grass trying to finish a few things up on my phone before driving. I was parked there for probably 10 min when Steven the gate card came up to me and very politely asked me to please move off the grass. I was so amazed at home kind and professional he was. I know it’s not easy to walk up to someone and ask them to move. Really impressed with the staff here.

Beautiful, well-built homes. Very welcoming community with a large variety of activities for the residents. They even have a lap pool which is separate from their other pool. I can definitely picture myself living here.

My husband and I are searching for our forever retirement home. We are from the Jacksonville area and want to get to an area that is away from the rat race! We stopped into Trilogy. What an exciting place! Penny, the sales representative was so knowledgeable and personable! She went that extra mile to show us everything. We will be back for a weekend to get the feel of our possible future home!

Im happy to post after a lot of research I found Trilogy the best place for me to relocate to Florida. Im from California Shea Homes was founded in Walnut California reputation for being a top quality builder. My brother worked for Shea Homes as a Medic when he got out of the Navy, 45 years ago. Outstanding staff great to meet everyone. Special Thank you to Olivia. I can not wait to move in my new houseGeorge

The course was in excellent condition. The fairway and greens were well manicured. This course is well suited to the golfer wanting to play a quick round using only the par 3 tees or a full round using all the tees. The only issue I have with the course is the lack of electric/gas carts. For the older golfer, the Golf Skate Caddies do not work. The skate caddies are well suited for the younger golfers, but for senior golfer they are difficult to maneuver and put a pretty good strain on ones back and legs. Any golfer with back issues will soon be hurting using the skate caddy. There is always the option of walking the course, but on a Florida 93 degree day with 90 percent humidity, this is not a good option. Traditional golf carts would make this course much more enjoyable.

I went to visit to do my videos for my real tor page, the community is absolutely beautiful, and their homes are gorgeous, the finishes are like no other.

Lives it so much we bought our home here!! Ask for Riva Wallace at the office, she was all we could ask for, and then some. The community is so nice and the people are ALWAYS happy and helpful.
