    I had an outstanding experience with Luis Alba from Titanium Plumbing. He came to fix a plumbing issue in my bathroom’s tub and sink, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Luis was not only highly skilled but also incredibly informative, taking the time to explain everything he was doing in a clear and friendly way. His professionalism and cordial approach made the entire experience stress-free. As an added bonus, he even performed a free water test to check the hardness and quality of our water, which was unexpected and much appreciated.     We called Titanium in an emergency due to a burst pipe. Ashley was very efficient and calming on the phone. . She informed us that within an hour someone would be here.The communication through text messages was very helpful in knowing who and when they were going to arrive.Rob was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. Within 2 hours our heat was back up and running. Mind you this was on December 23rd.We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

    I’m so happy to leave a 5 star review for Titanium Plumbing and Heating Repair. They went above and beyond to help me with my repairs. The day I called them I had someone at my house within an hour to provide me with an estimate and the next morning I had someone at my house at 8am to make the repairs. Ashley and Laura were very knowledgeable and helpful with coordinating with my home warranty company. Even after I was denied coverage they continued to advocate for me to get it done. My technician Luis was very professional and knowledgeable. He too went above and beyond. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He was very friendly and helpful.     Luis came out to fix a leak from our boiler on a Saturday. He was very thorough and walked me through how the entire system works. He also fixed a leaky shower head for us while here. Unfortunately, we ended up needing a new boiler. The owner came out himself and worked with us on options and quotes. Both Luis and Rob were professional and courteous. We ended up with a new system, much more compact than our last and gained some square footage back in our basement. Great service and people.

    Rob from Titanium is the best there is! I was having many issues with my Utica steam boiler. Often waking up in the morning to no heat. I called Titanium and the office staff was able to get me on the schedule immediately. Rob diagnosed the issue which turned out to be an electrical component within the boiler and an incompatible thermostat. The heating repairs were made quickly and efficiently. I will continue to use Titanium for all of my plumbing and heating needs.

    I never imagined, I would be leaving a 5 star review for a plumbing company. These guys are true professionals!!!! Our Tech was Luis Alba, Luis was very knowledgeable and precise!!!Titanium was hired by Leakbot for us to fix a spigot. I am beyond impressed as, I have hired plumbers before and they have not been as cautious or clean as Luis was. Luis treated my house, like it was his own, he didn’t leave a mess for me to clean up.They are now my go to plumbing company for myself, and I will be referring them to my clients.Thank you so much for your professionalism!!!

    We needed to change our water heater and I did research and found Titanium plumbing and heating company with good reviews. Plumber Bill and his team came for estimate on scheduled time and gave us quote that we accepted and the next day they came to install right on the scheduled time without any delay. All workers were very professional especially Bill who was very polite patient and answered all questions I had. He also changed mixing valve of my jacuzzi. The company registered my appliance online right away and emailed me a copy of the registration. When I called to the company they answered right away and were very polite and also they respond to email the same day which is very important for me because some companies have a problem with this.If I ever need plumbers, I will definitely use this company.

    This review is long overdue on my end! Titanium Plumbing & Heating helped me navigate our renovation project on a newly purchased home. The work consisted of a bathroom gut with all new fixtures (which included re-piping a portion of an old and decrepit sanitary lines, adding a shower in the basement with underslab piping, new basement fixtures, new laundry box and piping, rough-in for a water filtration system, and installing a new kitchen faucet and beverage faucet. I had an issue with permits and they were very responsive when we needed it most. They can do it all!Rob, the Owner, is a gentleman and has put together a great team. Bobby performed most of the work on our house and everything is running well since move-in (it’s been over a month now). They truly care about the work they do and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Will be calling them in the future if anything comes up!Can’t say enough good things about them. It’s rare to find a company that offers very reasonable pricing, transparent, easy to communicate and trustworthy!

    We needed a boiler replacement. I started the process of getting quotes. I found Titanium during a Google search. I made the call for a quote after business hours and was surprised get a live person. Rob came promptly the following day. Their quote was neither the highest or the lowest, but he made such a positive, professional impression the decision was made to go with Titanium.The day of the install the team showed up early and immediately went to work. Twelve hours later the job completed and we had heat. The work place was left cleaner than when they started the job.The quote included extra’s like replacing all the baseboard and radiator valves, follow up tasks after two weeks of boiler operation.Without any hesitation I would strongly recommend them without reservation.

    Rob and his team are always amazing! My boiler system went out unexpectedly and I reached out to Titanium. I had Bill at my place in 4 hours & had a new system installed in 2 days by Bill, Bobby & Rob! They even let me know about a program with PSE&G where I could finance the entire thing and it willed be rolled into my PSE&G bill monthly & at 0% interest.     Recently used Titanium for some plumbing work, drain cleaning, and a hot water heater replacement. Work was done very well and timely. They spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and talking through any of my initial concerns. At one point the owner himself came over and directly addressed some of my questions and concerns which speaks volumes as to what type of company this is. Great customer service and quality is their top priority and it shows. Human to human the owner genuinely seems like a good person which goes a long way. A company i will continue to use if needed in the future.

    My previous plumber made a big time mess with my water hear, which after one year broke down. Luckily I was referred to Titanium plumbing.Bill replaced the previous water heat with a new one.The installation looks like art.     Bill arrived as expected and worked diligently to unclog the sink drain. Despite his efforts, this was was not your average sink clog. The clog was a severe grease build up in the drain pipes out of the house. Bill was very thorough in his explanations. His assessment was spot on when he called in for more assistance to unclog drain pipes above the ceiling of our finished basement. Rob arrived promptly, and together they were able open up the drain line and clear out grease build ups. They were meticulous in their use of tarps and blankets, thus ensuring everything was as it was before they started. He even replaced the access panel used to access the drain pipe with a bigger and matching panel. Bill and Rob exceeded our expectations. Great job Titanium Plumbing! We highly recommend them!

    Replaced an older leaking water heater with Titanium. They responded promptly to our urgent call in the morning and completed the job the same day. Eric, the technician, was fantastic.     I am so pleased that Titanium Plumbing and Heating was highly recommended to me. My hot water heater went with water in the basement. Ashley was a pleasure to work with Rob , the owner got back to me very quickly and tried so hard to see if my hot water heater was still under warranty. After the worst experience I ever had with PSE&G, Eric from Titanium came out in less then two hours, evaluated everything, and came back this morning and removed and installed a new hot water.     Bill of titanium came to take a look at a sewage smell in one of our bathrooms that we rarely use. He was punctual, friendly and extremely informative about what he thought the best solutions to our problem were.     Highly recommend Titanium for all of your plumbing/heating needs. Upgraded from a traditional water heater to a tankless.     Based on their Google reviews, I placed a service call to Titanium Plumbing and Heating to repair a leak in the water line that connects to my water heater. I was provided with an arrival timeframe and the technicians name, Eric T. Prior to his arrival, Eric called to let me know that he was traveling to my house and when I should expect him to arrive. Upon arrival, he inspected the leaking pipe and explained why it was leaking and what was required to repair the leak.     We contacted Rob to get an estimate for replacing the water heater because the old one had started to leak. They quickly scheduled a visit so they could provide an estimate. Once they provided it, we decided to get an estimate as well on replacing some old galvanize pipes, which prompted another visit to review in detail what needed to be replaced. He provided a complete estimate a day or two after that. The whole process for the estimates was very smooth, he was clear on the scope and what it was included and patiently answered all the questions we had.Once we scheduled the work, Bill was assigned to do the work for us. He was very professional, easy going and accommodated any requests we had. He kept the place very clean and pick up all pipes or waste generated in the process.The water heater was replaced on the first day and the old pipes the next day. He tried to minimize the interruption of water supply and it barely affected us.After they left, I noticed a small leak from an old hose in the vicinity of one of the pipes they worked on. Next day, Rob came and replace it. That was very nice of him.

    HEATING ISSUE: No power on furnace.Called Titanium thru google search and dispatcher scheduled me on the same day between 12-2pm and was assigned to Rob P.Rob arrived at 12:15, and asked me what the issue was. I then explained that the furnace does not have any power.He then started troubleshooting and sifted thru the wires from the breaker to furnace. By 12:45, he found the root cause of the issue which was a tripped breaker along with wrong mapping of the switch. Actuated the thermostat to “call for heat” and furnace turned on as expected.     Honest work. My pull out hot/cold water control handle broke away from the mount on the wall of my shower. Luis was able fix the issue and used my original handle without needing the water to be shut off. The faucet plate wasnt even removed. Im sure there are companies out there that would have said YES you need the whole thing replaced. The bill including the service call was very reason.

    We had a service call from Titanium. We had a leak which ruined the ceiling of the floor below. We thought it was because we didn’t have a drainage set up. We had several plumbers come by to assess the situation but because the total cost was heavily determined by the contractor portion and little affected by the plumbing portion, they all neglected to look into the problem more accurately. It turned out there was a drainage established. No one else (contractors and plumbers), other than Titanium, even attempted to look into the possibility that drainage was there already. It leaked because we didn’t hook up the appliance to the correct hole. No need to put a whole drainage line. Thanks to Titanium!
