Lenny, the owner and operator of Dial-A-Sewer-Man came out to give my company, Bergen County Veterinary Center, an estimate, on Saturday 3/12/16. He diagnosed the problem and was out here today, 3/17/16 with our new toilets and had them installed within about a half hour. There was no mess to clean up after and everything is working just as they promised. In addition, they followed up the installation with additional diagnostics to make sure that what they said would work was working. It was comforting to know that the owner was on the job himself, supervising the work being done and ensuring that everything was being done as promised. His workers were courteous and friendly. We are a high volume animal hospital that can not afford to have toilets that dont function and are grateful to have found Dial-A-Sewer-Man. We will absolutely keep them on speed dial should we run into any problems in the future!
