Great service. Called in the morning and Mike arrived promptly in 30 minutes. He was able to service my heater and pointed out that there was a clog. He was able to clean out the clog and the heat was restored. Highly recommend

Their plumber did a great job repairing my hot water tank. Phone me before you tell me was on-route, 30 mins away, with parts in his truck. Arrived and evaluated the issue. Did the neccessary repairs, tested, check for leaks, settings, etc. I asked about service and replacing my old furnace (beside the hot water tank) He explained the servicing options and their value plans, and explained various styles of high efficiency furnaces. Would highly recommend this company; great information, very well explained, easy to understand, friendly & courteous professional service.

Sorry for the late review but these guys deserve it! I contacted Bayside Plumbing for my elderly mother who had an emergency around 8pm ish about 3 weeks ago. She had a water leak in her basement for a few days without her knowing; the situation caused her a lot of anxiety, which is not good for her high BP and other health conditions. John and his team handle the situation expeditiously and with great personal care. Not only did they identify and fix the major water break but they also deescalated my mothers worries and worked closely with the Insurance agent to make sure she would get the appropriate reimbursement. I would recommend Bayside Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work in the Queens area.

Really helpful and responsive. Matt cleared our main drain and the inspected it with his camera to show us how clean our main drain really is. Thank God we found them because we had a history of flooding in our basement from the main sewer drain and it seems Matt solved our rpblem where others couldnt and he proved it with the camera.
