We were very happy with the service provided by Jimmy at My Professional Plumber. He was knowledgeable, capable, and very thorough in not only his diagnosis, but also in how he completed each task. I was also appreciative of his honesty when he explained what he could not repair at the time because of a lack of the correct parts or equipment. Jimmy cleaned up well after each project he accomplished and was very a very pleasant person to have in our home to conduct repairs. I must admit I was surprised with the cost of some of the projects accomplished, but I will concede that I have not had plumbing work done in quite a while and costs of course are always going up. Even with the cost of the job, I would rate Jimmy at My Professional Plumber very highly and recommend you give him and his company an opportunity to give you an estimate for your project or repair.

Bill was on time, well prepared, and very easy going. The job was done efficiently with a well cleaned up work site when done. I am pleased with the professionalism and will have My Professional Plumber come back to take care of other maintenance items. I originally hired the company to work on a water leak on a weekend. They answered the phone, and had Bill come out in less than two hours. Again, they were here when they said they would be and fixed the issue on a weekend. Overall, I am impressed with their service.

He was early for my appointment and called to make sure it was ok that he come early (heck yea!!)Chris worked diligently and made sure that his repairwas fixed 100% before he left. He cleaned up after himself and gave me pointers for the future so I would not have any more problems. I HIGHLY recommend Chris and My Personal Plumber for your plumbing needs. Bill was super professional and awesome! I called My Plumber first thing this morning and the lady I spoke with was super nice-she advised me that I would receive a call when someone was on the way--quick service--Bill arrived and immediately advised me of the issue with my hot water tank and he also said a hello to my two dogs which I loved too! He gave me the time frame of work to be completed, estimate and even waited patiently for me to return home from leaving my home for a few hours--I would highly recommend Bill!! He is the best and super professional! Will definitely use My Plumber and Bill again!

I am so happy with My Professional Plumber! We called because our kitchen sink was clogged. April was great with getting us scheduled and sent us a confirmation text. Richard called and let us know when he was on his way. Richard did an excellent job from when he pulled into our driveway, put on shoe covers before entering, inspected our drain, and explained what the available options were. He unclogged our sink and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs! Thanks for the excellent and punctual service!

I had a great experience with this team from calling to schedule an appointment to helping me get in contact with the person best to help me with my next step in repairs. I really feel Brian went out of his way to make sure he could do everything thing he could to help correct and/or find my issue with my septic back flowing into the house. My wife and I were very impressed with Bill at My Professional Plumber! From the time I found MPP on line to the time he showed up to give me a quote was only two hours. Then, he gave us a fair price so we went ahead with the work of moving two water supply lines and a drain to accommodate a new bathroom vanity. The work was done efficiently and with great care. We couldnt be happier! He even helped us move in the new vanity and drilled holes in the back of it to accommodate the new water lines and drain which was above and beyond. We would HIGHLY recommend Bill and My professional Plumber.

Update: 11/2021 We had an issue of the hot water heater not producing hot water. Jimmy persistently worked to resolve the issue and ended up finding the problem and replacing the water heater. We really appreciated his willingness to ask questions about what we wanted, listen to our ideas, and then give his professional advice on the ideas. This couldn’t have been a better experience. First, I was greeted on my phone call, by the sweetest and friendliest voice ( Shannon ). She knew enough about her company and staff to quickly put my mind at ease as to when someone could come out. The same day!! When the technician arrived, he thoroughly inspected everything before making any kind of comment as to what may be wrong. He fixed not only the issue that was at hand, but also remedied a situation ( water pressure ) that I didn’t even know could have been fixed. We had our main drain backing up into the basement. Robert and Adam came out and did a great job. Since it was their first visit to our house they did an overall plumbing assessment as part of the service. Robert and Adam got the clog removed and used a camera to identify problem spots in the line and discussed options for a long term repair. They were both very pleasant and professional throughout the job. I appreciated that they gave us a 2 hour window when to expect them and kept us informed with texts and phone calls. Our hot water heater went out on Thanksgiving. Jamie (the owner) took my call on Friday when he was supposed to be off, and took several follow-up calls while we narrowed down the unit that would be installed. His installer, John, out first thing Saturday morning putting in a new tankless system. John was super friendly and professional. He had to come back and put in a recirculating line on Tuesday. Again, John showed up on time, was very friendly and respectful, and did an excellent job. They even replaced the cover on the unit without any fuss when it was accidentally dented during the initial install. These guys arent the cheapest in town, but this was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

I called 3 other plumbing services and could not get anyone to come and fix what we thought was a main sewer line blockage in our house. My Plumber was out to our house within 2 hours on a Saturday! Shows up on time, courteous and job was cleaned up well ofter digging up a bit of main line to replace the broken piece. Great Service and Chris and Jesse are awesome employees!

An annual inspection revealed that our water heater was leaking and had other problems as well. At 11 years old, I was ready to replace it. Chris quoted me a standard gas tank heater as well as a gas tankless water heater, and answered my questions patiently. I called on Monday morning to accept the quote. Chris and helper Zach were here by 10:00 AM and were completely finished and cleaned up by 2:00 PM. The crew was very professional. We look forward to enjoying unlimited hot water.

Oh by the way during the repipe I was never without running water. They made that possible through extra efforts and I was so appreciative of that personal touch. He gave us different options to remedy the problem and did not, in any way, use pressure to sell their service. I completely trust his diagnose and have no problem referring them to my friends.In the past, I’ve used the cheapest plumber and it shows by seeing how they cut corners, do a half”way” job or even kicked the plumbing can down the road. Do not do that! Use the most qualified plumber, like I did, with My Professional Plumber!

We had a grease clogged kitchen sink drain. Given the COVID-19 challenges, we were looking for someone who took the recommended precautions. Our plumber from My Professional Plumber, called ahead to let us know when he would arrive, confirmed he would wear a mask, boot covers and gloves. He arrived, was very professional, courteous, provided an estimate. He sent me a confirmation agreement via text, I electronically signed and he got straight to work. It took more than two hours, a jetter, and two different power snakes and voila....the kitchen sink is back in business. After storing his equipment, he returned to the house and wiped everything down with sanitizer. A second confirmation text from his iPad that I electronically signed by text documented the job was satisfactory. I provided him a debit card number for payment. I did have to touch his iPad to sign the receipt. Other than that, fully socially distant, and as safe as it could be. Better than I expected. Kudos to them!

Text messages are sent to keep you in-the-loop and to manage your expectation as it relates to the schedule. I wouldnt hesitate to work with them again. If youre looking for the cheapest solution, these arent your guys. However, if you want it done right, these guys are a great option!

Jason unclogged the drain in my laundry room floor that had been giving me problems for years. Theres a large rectangular hole in my laundry room floor with a drain in it. Its common in older oak ridge homes & has always been a Major pain to deal with. Jason arrived on time, fixed it & fixed it correctly & now my laundry room no longer floods!!☺ Ive not had any problems with the drain since he fixed it.He also did a free inspection on all the other plumbing in my house & let me know what was needed & how much it would cost for him to fix it, without any pressure for me to do so

This was an annual visit. The gentlemen asked if I wanted them to mask, which I did, and they were prompt to do so also. Fortunately I didn’t have anything wrong, but we discussed issues that might come up, and they showed me what they could do. They also asked to check the water shut off valve outside. Some how it had become buried in the lawn. They located it, dug it up and checked to make sure there was no leak from the outside to the house. In my opinion, they went the extra mile, and I was pleased.
