Chris provided top quality service and installed our AC unit. During installation there were missing parts which he ordered and came back to install and troubleshoot our whole system. He is ALWAYS A CALL away and response time is immediate. His prices were very reasonable and his installation time is quick. Climate care is reliable, dependable and customer service is impeccable. Definitely worth it to have someone like Climate Care as your service provider.

Chris is so reliable and a true lifesaver. He dropped what he was doing early this morning to help get my heat back on. This is the second time I’ve used his services. The first time was a few years ago when I need a condenser for my AC. He gave me the best price and the work was completed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend him for all heating and air conditioning services!

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Chris and his team. Chris has serviced my AC unit since I moved to Oak Ridge several years ago. He told me eventually I’d need to replace my unit, but he was buying me some time until it finally went July 4th weekend. I reached out to Chris and he came right over and gave me several options on replacement. He and his team came out the following week and had the new unit up and running in no time. I am incredibly grateful for his responsiveness and honesty! Highly recommend!!!!

Can’t thank Chris/Rich and their team enough. Our hot water heater died on a Wednesday unexpectedly. Their team came out that same day to diagnose the issue and had my hot water heater replaced within 24 hours. Having three small kids we feared we would go into the weekend with no hot water. Again, super thankful for the team and their prompt response. Very competitive pricing as well!
