My washing machine was only using hot water. I finally gave up trying to figure it out on my own and called Scotties. They had been recommended to me before by my real estate agent, Cary Anderson (Keller-Williams). They were able to schedule service within one week. The plumber was friendly, quick, and was able to fix the plugged filter, correctly label my piping (it was backward), and explained the problem to me clearly. It took less then a half an hour! Im very pleased at the speed and ease of service. Ill definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

We have had Scotties out on 2 occasions and on both they did an excellent job.I had a couple burst outside hose faucets/pipes (my fault) and they were careful to minimize dry wall cuts and ancillary damage and disruption. Very customer oriented and polite. I recommend them.

My water heater broke and flooded our basement. I called a few different companies and scotties was able to come out the fastest. Scottie himself came and he was great. He was friendly with my children and worked very quickly. I bought my own water heater at Lowes and figured I would have to open it and dispose of all the cardboard but when he was done he had cleaned everything up and loaded everything in his truck. SO EASY! Headache free! We then discussed nascar and racing and he was very personable and fun to talk to. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Im sad to be moving... Its always nice to have a plumber/handyman you can trust.

I had called several plumbers in the island and left messages, Scotties was the only one that called me back. My water heater wasn’t working correctly. They were able to book an appointment for me very soon after, they showed up on time and only took 40 minutes to complete the repair. Will be using them for future repair needs.

We desperately needed a plumber last Sunday. Asked around on Facebook for plumber recommendations to clear a main drain line on a weekend. A few friends suggested Scotties. We called Sunday morning and got an answer immediately. Told they would be out in a few hours and they were, even a little earlier. They called to confirm about an hour before they came. Did the roto-rooting and cleared the plugged drain in under an hour. Scotties was great. Prompt, polite and got the job done. We had them install a hot water heater and do some faucet repair probably 7 years ago at another house and they did a professional job at a fair price.

I am very satisfied with the dedication and work ethic Nathan brought to this job. After thorough investigation he found a fairly tricky leak and properly secured it. He gave insight and explained the plumbing situation in a manner most helpful. Id also like to note, this plumber was the first and only plumber in town to follow up for the job. They sent someone out the day after I called.Waiting for follow up for sheetrock repair at which point will upgrade to 5 stars!

A neighbor recommended Scotties Plumbing & Repair, and Im glad she did! Communication was great during scheduling and while on the job. I had been told by a handyman that the toilet repair job I needed would be a major (expensive!) deal that involved reworking the sewer pipe under the house. However, the folks at Scotties are experienced pros, and they knew how to properly fix the toilet without it being a major expense. Their service fees were fair and reasonable compared to other Island County plumbers I used for service calls in 2020. Scotties will be my go-to plumber from this point on.
