    Fantastic service replacing my main water feed line to my house. What Full Speed Plumbing quoted me 35,000 ******* dollars to fix they did for 8100. Francisco and Parker(I forgot the third guys name) were professionals at all times, even with a wrench thrown in with a weird water meter. Plus they said my truck was cool. Would recommend to anyone.

    Brandon and Jesus are fantastic! They completely replumbed our house in two days. They were thorough and very professional.Brandon kept us informed throughout the process and explained everything clearly and completely. CPI is standing by their original estimate, despite the fact that this job took four or five hours longer than anticipated.The process couldnt have been easier for us.     Brandon was a huge help today. He came out for first year maintenance on our hot water heater and provided training on how I could flush the heat exchanger myself if I want to next year. He gave us piece of mind about the state of our existing plumbing and got us a plan to replace some old-school stop valves before they fail on us.Very professional, very respectful of our home!

    Excellent service! Our electrician arrived within the scheduled window and worked diligently the entire time. He was very friendly and did an excellent job. We would definitely trust CPI for future electrical work (and already have them booked for a plumbing job).UPDATE:Weā€™ve now also used CPI for a plumbing job. Just as before, both techs were fast, friendly, and professional. One of the techs called in advance to confirm the arrival time, after which I received a text from the company with a pic of one of the new techs so I knew who to expect (as opposed to opening the door to stranger danger dressed as a plumber). Love that.

    Outstanding service both technicians are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They installed a new water heater (tankless) unit; the removal and installation of the heater was seamless. Work was done professionally. After the installation they insured area was cleaned and inspected the unit for the last time. They also explain the warranty and services available for me. Now thatā€™s professional. Highly recommended.

    Francisco and Chayne, were an awesome team. They were polite informative and friendly. They got our new toilet installed in less than an hour. On a second visit Francisco installed a new water heater.     After a number of estimates and much research, I chose CPI Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical to replace my 1980ā€™s electrical furnace. CPI presented a detailed estimate given by a professional and knowledgeable representative. My objective was heating for the upcoming winter, but at the most economical price to fit our retirement budget. Cooling was not needed. And, although efficiency is extremely important, the mini-split units were much too expensive. The CPI crew did the work yesterday; which included an electrical panel upgrade all within the estimate. All the technicians were efficient, professional and I felt comfortable having them work in our home. If you are in need, I recommend calling CPI for an estimate.

    We needed a new exhaust fan for our bathroom. I called about 6 places and CPI got back to me same day. They came out looked at what we needed and set up an appointment to replace the fan.     Sunday: one of our toilets became clogged beyond repair. Monday: called local (Oak Harbor) plumber ā€œitā€™ll be a WEEKā€! So called CPI out of Mt Vernon and the problem was fixed by Wednesday AM!CPI has a great ā€œcan doā€ attitude. They were able to take care of this issue; then they did some additional un-scheduled work which helps me tremendously on a bathroom refurbishing project - which saved me additional time and costs!Both plumbers were very conscientious, professional, and did excellent work; they even did a great job cleaning up and did a final ā€œno leakā€ inspection.I can certainly recommend CPI !!!BTW: Thanks to technicians Francisco and Jamie for doing such a wonderful job this morning!

They went above and beyond to make a diagnosis - ended up being a septic line problem which is beyond their scope.     Jon was absolutely excellent, kind, and efficient. The only reason Iā€™m not giving this 5 stars is because the receptionist called and said sheā€™d been trying to contact the homeowner to get approval to come do the service today and when asked said she hadnā€™t checked the notes section which stated that they had approval to move forward. Because of this oversight I ended up waiting three hours before she dispatched someone to come to the house, an hour after the original time frame that was given to me when I made the appointment weeks ago. I informed her that the homeowner is currently deployed to a boat so she wouldnā€™t be able to reach him. Super annoying holding up my day on account of someone not taking the time to check the file in their system but Jon was great once he got here!

    CPI sent Justin out so fast! Way cheaper than the plumber I used last time for a similar issue. I was really upset and emotional because the timing was so bad and I wasnā€™t sure I could afford the fix. You can tell he really cares and his clients arenā€™t just faceless numbers to him. If I ever have any future plumbing needs I will be requesting Justin!

The last install was awful and the tank was getting old when we bought the home 6years ago. CPI techs were fast, efficient, clean, professional, timely, and communicated openly. The electricians came in and do their jobs just the same. Our breaker was bad but Shane said heā€™d be available if I needed further service after I replaced it. Itā€™s been a few weeks and itā€™s been nice to not worry about the tank blowing out.

Expecting to be rescheduled to another day for installation we were pleasantly surprised that Oliver came prepared. He went right to work getting down in our crawl spaces without hesitation. I gave 5 stars because of his customer service and follow up.We decided to hold off on the CPI plumbing work because of the cost. We had a few local plumbers look at our plumbing issue and got much more cheaper pricing. With todayā€™s economy and high inflation, we just canā€™t afford $7K right now to fix a few pipes. Itā€™s a few days before Christmas as well. Additionally. As home owners, if you are handy and understand the basics you can fix your own plumbing for a lot less and save money.Again, not saying anything bad about CPI, and we understand they have to make money because itā€™s a business but we will be going with another company that will charge half of what CPI is charging and with a lifetime warranty as well.

After he made his recommendation to me, he followed up with me consistently to help guide us to what should happen next.     Vasilly could NOT have been more helpful, efficient, professional or pleasant!! There were two people, plus myself, here doing yard work. Vasilly conducted his work quickly and efficiently. He did not hinder the yard work that was being done in the same area he was working on. Plus he took back to CPI a lot of heavy cardboard to be discarded. He saw that we were struggling with cutting a huge amount of cardboard to make it manageable for us to even handle! Please send him to perform my annual checkup from now on!! He was great!!

    CPI sent Jon M. and Francisco to repair our leaking main shut off to the house. They arrived promptly in freezing cold temps with smiles on their faces.     Very friendly and came out and listened to what I had to say. Came out yesterday and thought it was fixed however a few hours after he left toilet was leaking again. Came out the next day and really investigated to find out what was the issue in the end. Worked with company to get out someone who could fix it today.Appreciate the follow up and detailed explanations.

    Brannigan and his team are great and communicative. Our hybrid water heater was shot and sprung multiple leaks. Which included a failing condenser. He gave multiple options after listening to our familyā€™s water needs based on location and usage. We are narrowing down options as of current and plan to schedule him back for the change out. His experience, understanding of our location and clear communication has made this decision much easier for us.
