This is such a magical place. They have anything you could possibly imagine for home organization. I usually come in with an idea of what Im looking for but it just sucks me in and Ill start wandering around coming up with new ideas. The staff is always helpful and doesnt mind me pacing around the store for hours. There is always someone within reach and available for any questions that you may have and are always willing to help. Theyll even offer to help carry your stuff out to your car!

What can I say, I have been obsessed with this store since it opened. Its one of my happy places. They have a nice variety of items in a good range of prices for closets, offices, kitchens, and more. Ive found some really interesting items sourced from around the world. Definitely join their POP loyalty program as they send coupons frequently. Their online order and pickup always works well, and make sure to check out the clearance section in the back of the store for good deals. Happy organizing!

Best experience in a store + customer service !The lady at the store was knowledgeable + allowed me to try out some packaging + helped me pick the right product + save money by suggesting I return the product that I purchased online that seemed to not fit my purpose.Customer service agent Julio M. was awesome and helped me out when my purchased items and their receipts were not showing up in my account....within a few mins and that too just over chat.

Clean, organized and well staffed store. Variety of items and most are high quality. I own several kitchen bins, food storage containers, waterproof totes and misc kitchen storage/cleaning items. My favorite are the waterproof trunks which I use to store my clothes that get switched out with the seasons. Plan to move soon and my most precious items will be stored and moved in those types of bins. Never had a issue with bugs or anything else for that matter being able to breach the container. Highly recommend for your storage and organizational needs!

The survey I responded to didnt give me the correct option as to how I ordered the 2 closets so Im doing that here. I called the store and Lara helped me by designing 2 closets for me based upon answers to the questions she asked. I love both closets!!!! Everything about the experience was easy and successful. Recommend using a design person to help with the process.

I think this store concept is amazing. Ive gotten so many things there, its great. Its (obviously) well organized. Its easy to buy, and return (we had one product that was broken when we bought it, reason for the 4 stars and not 5). The people have always been nice and easy to deal with - and they have just about everything you can think of for storage solutions.

Amazing store with amazing employees. I stopped in last week to see if they had any shelving units to organize my collection of fidget spinners, and by golly do they have everything here! I came in only looking for one thing and ended up leaving with a lot more than I even knew I needed! A nice young woman at the store named Kendra helped me find an assortment of sticky notes and planners that my wife Sharon just loved (it was her birthday yesterday, happy birthday Sharon). The staff was friendly and I will definitely be coming back soon.

We couldn’t be any happier with our experience at the Novi Container Store. We brought in some photos and dimensions when we first stopped in the store. Within minutes, Ashton had a great Elfa design to show us for our master closet. We went back home, fine tuned some dimensions and made decisions based on some preferences Ashton had asked us to think about. We decided to wait until May when the install would be free. Carrie followed up with us as we approached the time frame we needed. She and Ashton worked as a team and we could always contact either one of them when we needed to. Their enthusiasm for the product and the store made us feel confident that the results would be very satisfactory to us. We knew we could save by doing it ourselves but after seeing the amount of work & time it took Kurt and Brian to do the install, we were happy we put it in their hands. They were professional and very respectful of our wood floors and new carpeting and they took pride in us being satisfied with our new master closet too.We were more than satisfied! We are extremely pleased with the personnel, the products and the installation. Our only regret is that we waited so long to make this change. Our closet has never looked so good!

The prices are steep, but you get what you pay for, and you need a plan for organizing before going and purchasing products. After getting married last summer, I needed solutions for combining two households and living in a tiny apartment. The Container Store had everything I needed to devise a solution, and the products are still in great condition after daily use for a year.

Ask my wallet how much I love this place! Its row upon row of stuff you never knew you needed until you saw it. Or those things you always wanted, but never knew actually existed. Or 21st century upgrades to household items that are way older than your current house (and, yes, thats last century for some of us). Truth told, just browsing is a blast. But good luck getting out without buying something; its hard to contain yourself. Sorry, I had to.

Julie and Bob - consultants at the Novi, MI Container Store helped my wife and I TRANSFORM our pantry storage from disaster to a work of art! We more than quadrupled our storage capacity within the SAME AMOUNT OF SPACE. They spent a ton of time with us (no charge), answered every question, and helped us purchase great solutions. The Elfa products they recommended are fantastic. They are not rock-bottom cheap but theyre affordable. Ive tried Home Depot and Ikea stuff and the solutions the Container Store carries are much higher quality AND easier to install. I HIGHLY recommend the Container Store (look for Julie and Bob).

This place has a container or storage compartment for any and everything you are wanting or needing to contain, store or organize. This place is filled to the brim with any and every colored container you can think of. I found it to be quite overwhelming to be honest.This place will most likely have what you are looking for (or so it seems), but you may find that the pricing here is a bit steep compared to other places that sell similar items (especially online).The store is clean and well kept, and (despite having a massive inventory) pretty well organized. The staff is also friendly and professional. I would say shop around because of the pricing, but if youre in a pinch...I am betting you will be able to find what you need here.
