    I contacted Moore Mechanical because I lost a sentimental earring. It may have been in my lawn, but I had noticed it missing when I was in the shower. The service call included taking my shower drain apart and looking for the earring which, unfortunately, it was not found. Dylan represented Moore Mechanical in a very professional manner, and in addition, he was very supportive and concerned about the loss. He even made suggestions how to perhaps look for it outside on my lawn. I have worked with Moore Mechanical and number of times over the years and have always found their service to be wonderful. Dylan is the most recent success .

    We were without heat. Our furnace was not working. I called Moore who said they could make an emergency call or if someone was available before they would send them. Mat came early so it was not an emergency call. He was friendly and thorough. He diagnosed several problems and repaired all of them.

    Jeremy, our Service Technician for Moore Mechancial of Honor, diagnosed this issue with our toilet and gave us the choice of either repair or replace the toilet; due to its age we decided to replace the toilet and Jeremy had the replacement installed within the hour! Jeremy was very courteous and professional...we will use Moore Mechanical for future jobs!
