On the second day, I reached out to Ryan at Sage Tech, and he quickly arranged for a crew to come out the very next morning—within just 12 hours of my call. The team arrived promptly and wasted no time. They removed the old panel and installed the new one incredibly fast. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, speed, and quality of work. Ryan and his crew made a stressful situation much more manageable, and I can’t recommend Sage Tech enough for their outstanding service.

If you want incredible customer service, then go with Sage Tech. They came out same day they were called and fixed an issue that a different company said they had fixed, and charged a incredibly reasonable amount compared to the other company. We had an issue 2 days later and we received the same great service again. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and make sure you understand what they are doing and why. I highly recommend Sage Tech.

He even added on a last minute project for me that is going to make my life a ton easier. You won’t find a better company to deal with in the north country (and trust me I’ve been looking since we bought our house almost 2 years ago). He fixed the wiring in 2 rooms, installed a vanity in the bathroom and a new outlet, and installed a ceiling fan in my living room and I couldn’t be happier! I’ll be calling him soon to upgrade my electrical panel and put in a generator. Cannot recommend enough!

Sage provided a quick call-back to my message query asking for electrical troubleshooting. The power company had visited without finding problems in the main feed. But my home was experiencing voltage surges and dips, thereby potentially causing electrical hazards and wear and tear on delicate equipment. Sage performed inspection and analysis of the main power, breakers and circuits performance. Their professionalism and impressive expertise was notable. No obvious problems were found in the home, but even so, they swapped some circuits to more evenly balance the load on the panel. Sage then contacted National Grid and convinced them to re-visit and dig deeper into the problem (pun intended). Subsequently, a badly corroded connection block was located in an underground junction box and repaired.
