    Russell was recommended by the techs from Plumbing Solutions, when I wanted the latest smart learning thermostat installed for my main zone.He installed it quickly and also recommended and connected the C wire at my boiler for the other zone so it is now directly powered by the boiler.He gave me good advice on my older fuse box, fixed a bulging light switch.He even came back a hour or so after he left when I got an error msg on the app controlling my thermostat, which turned out to be a bogus warning that went away on its own.Very responsive and excellent service!

    Russ is a fantastic electrician. He shows up when expected and is very considerate of our schedules, and walks us through to explain the work being done.Recently, he completed the electrical work required for a finished basement and bathroom renovation, installing 30+ recessed lights on four separate circuits, as well as shop lights for an unfinished basement, updating 60 year-old wiring, and getting everything up to code. He even worked directly with the general contractor to improve the GCs plan. The end result was beautiful and was better than we dreamed possible.

    Russ Dorsey and his apprentice Chris did an ‘OUTSTANDING’ job installing 4 6” ultra thin LED dimmable ceiling lights linked to Wi-Fi compatible switches to enable VOICE ACTIVATION (on/off & dim). Pretty Cool 😉Russ also installed a TV receptacle for power and cable in the wall BEHIND the TV ….in the Master Bedroom… Yeah…. 👍😉No More Ugly exposed wires !!Russ & Chris are very professional…knowledgeable and Cleaned up every little piece of debris.My wife and I are VERY PLEASED with the work Russ Dorsey did in our home and would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND his services.Thanks Russ…(I promised my wife to get this work done for the past 5 years when we purchased our home ) 🙄We’re discussing the Next project for you 👍😉

    Russ and his team did a fantastic job installing some new outlets, circuits, smart switches, and dimmers in our home in Milton. He was easy to communicate with, transparent with his pricing, the most affordable compared to other local electricians, and took time to teach me something about electricity while he was working. Will 100% call Russ next time I need electrical work done.

Installed various outside lighting fixtures, fixed outside wiring issue, installed bathroom fan, repaired attic exhaust fan, installed new smoke detectors. All work was completed flawlessly.     We use Dorsey Electric for all our electrical needs. Russ Dorsey is a great guy and is very responsive, comes when we says he will, and always on time. Russ, a master electrician, goes the extra mile to complete the job. He and Chris recently updated all our hardwired fire and CO monitors, repaired an issue with our main load board and installed a light switch in our unfinished basement. No job is too small or too large for Dorsey Electric. Bottom line is we trust them.

    Russell and his apprentice Chris are very professional and great guys. They did a wonderful job in our kitchen.     We recently moved to Norwood and were looking for an electrician to do some projects around the house. I reached out to Russell and he was able to come out same-day to give us a quote. He completed all tasks extremely well, including hanging a 100lb chandelier in our foyer. He and his apprentice are very kind and honest; and cleaned up after they were done! We would highly recommend Dorsey Electric and will contact Russell for any future Electrical needs we have.

    Had recessed lights installed. Russ and Chris were punctual and arrived on the agreed upon time. Both were very professional and got the job done fairly quickly. Made good recommendations on the placements of the lights.. They cleaned up afterwards and didnt leave a mess. Very satisfied with the lightings and how it came out.
