    Once our water boiler was considered shot, the team at Jackson Comfort got everything rolling very fast. They were very professional, did a fantastic job installing our new Water boiler system, an answered every question I can think of. Not only is the new system efficient, they did a great job making it presentable as well. I would highly recommend this company to take care of your next heating and cooling issues or maintenance, because they not only do a great job, they back up their work. I know my family and I will be working with them in the future on any issues we have and maintenance needed.

    I want to thank Jackson Comfort Services and their service technician, McGuire Shaffer, for the amazing job they did and the service they provided. I cannot recommend them highly enough… 5 stars is not enough.Several months ago, we had a plumber install an automatic shut off valve for the water in our house. We had had a small water leak that went unnoticed for weeks and did extensive damage, we did not want it to happen again. The previous plumber put the water sensor shutoff valve, as you can see in the picture, in the splash wall of our basement kitchen, without discussing it with us. Then he said we should “creatively find a way to cover it up”… It could have easily been placed under the cabinet as you can see in the second picture.I continually tried to contact the original plumber to come and fix the mess he had made. He did not return calls and occasionally returned a few texts. Finally, he told me he could not come and do it.That’s when I called Jackson Comfort Services. The woman who answered the phone was very professional, accommodating, and provided excellent service. The service technician, McGuire Schaffer, was here that same afternoon to look at the job.Mr. Shaffer inspected the situation, offered solutions, addressed all of my concerns, gave me an estimate and said he would be back Monday morning to do the work.True to his word, I received a text from the company, alerting me of his arrival, and he arrived on time as promised.Mr Shaffer was very neat, courteous, and thorough in his work. As you can see from the pictures, he placed the valve that was above the counter, under the counter in the cabinet and far exceeded my expectations in service, excellence and professionalism in his work.I highly recommend Johnson Comfort Services and their service tech Mr. McGuire Shaffer to do any plumbing work you may need in your house or business.…. Now I just need to fix the drywall and paint….

    We needed a new furnace and air conditioner. We have been Jackson customers for over 20 years and appreciate their knowledge and experience. Keith came out and explained our options. He educated us on how the refrigerant is changing next year and AC units will be more expensive. We chose their better product (between good, better, best) and they gave us a nice discount if we scheduled soon. The installers came the next day and were professional and efficient. We had a positive experience, all the way around. 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Great experience from beginning to end with our new radiant heat system!It started with Keith’s thorough analysis of what would best fit our home, while patiently answering all our questions about various options. A week later, Cody and Brett arrived for the installation. They were professional, friendly, and diligent, even putting in a 13-hour day. We are very happy with the finished product.

    Jackson Comfort heating and air conditioning has been servicing my system since they installed it.Everything they do is beyond my expectations.Griffin who did my service today went above and beyond and answered questions that I had about the smart thermostat,and the general maintenance that I should be doing. He did the service and made me feel better about the choice I made from the start by using them to do my installation.Great job Griffin.

I was given 5 written options and estimates, including repair vs replace. They respected me and my prooerty. They made several safety, as well as, convenience recommendations. I was given several numbers by which to contact them. I trust that the product, install, and maintenance will be as promising.

    John Puskar professionally and technically took the time to explain the different options available for addressing our old boiler heating system. Additionally he showed interest in correcting some issues with our A/C piping issues and provided options for bringing them under control. John has a great sense of understanding what the customer is feeling when discussing spending money to fix issues fairly and efficiently. We were very satisfied with his visit and outcome.

    After trying to get my complicated plumbing issue resolved by several different companies over the past years I was losing hope.     I cannot over estimate how impressed I am with Jackson Comfort. I have a high tech furnace that is now 15 years old. Recurring trouble with it convinced me to by a new furnace. Chris Drabic, service advisor, I think, came out the same day I called to evaluate my situation. He had some very high tech tools to evaluate my heating needs and laid out 4 different proposals for me. But he suggested that before we replace it, we have a tech come out to service and evaluate it as replacement might not be necessary.Jim Hamed came out the next day. I could not believe how much he knew about my furnace - way more than the techs form the company who sold me the furnace and who have been servicing it for all these years. Last year it stopped running and they could not figure out why. Jim had a couple ideas and made several changes to the furnace and its sensors. His past experience taught him what to look for. He cleared error codes too that the previous firm had not. In the end, he recommended that we keep this furnace and give it a try this winter. I was so impressed with his knowledge and sophisticated tools that I signed a service contract with Jackson, even though I already had one with my old company. Hope I can get some of my money back!

    I had no heat, a dead furnace. Christopher Brooks with Jackson Comfort arrived on time and he didnt creep me out. And my dog approved of him too. Both are important. He diagnosed the problem. Lucky me, he had the right part in his service truck. He installed the new part but there was still an issue. He knew what to do, who to call and ultimately how to get the job done. All in all, I had a good experience with Christopher Brooks and Jackson Comfort. I cant really say that about other services that I have had in my home. Personable, professional and knowledgeable. And I have a warm home.I had another issue with my furnace, a starter issue. I McGivered it but I knew that was only a temporary fix. I called Jackson Comfort and they sent John Untisz to the rescue! What a nice guy. My dog also approved. He replaced my handiwork and did a tune-up. John is knowledgeable and efficient as well as friendly. Im two for two with Jackson Comfort!

    Thank you David and the staff from Jackson Comfort Services. I had a drain issue and randomly searched which popped up this company. I had questions which a LIVE person answered. I was able to set up an appointment for next day but unfortunately had to push out two days due to my schedule. He came out and was professional. He answered my questions and gave me honest next step/multiple ways to tackle my issue. I was comfortable with his response and work to my issues and questions. Highly recommend!

    Our furnace went out Christmas Eve at 6pm and Jackson Comfort was the first company we found that would come out that night. In fact, within 2.5 hours of realizing it was broken, they were here! We ended up buying a new furnace (ours was VERY old) and also had some significant plumbing work done a couple days later. Everyone was professional and seemed efficient. Special shoutout to Jharon and Zach who really worked hard to ensure everything with the plumbing issue was resolved. We called initially because of all their good reviews, but now theyve got a customer for life! Thanks!

    My experience with this company was magnificent! My first contact was with Jennifer who was thorough, efficient, and organized. Next, I received a text from Cody with a recent photo (not from high school or photo shopped) in uniform, showing the person that was coming and representing the company. Upon his timely arrival the van was washed, waxed, and organized. Cody took a couple of minutes to introduce himself and let me know what he was going to do. He inspected my unit and then proceeded to put down canvas drop cloths to protect the hardwood floors and carpet. He treated our home as if it was worth millions of dollars. He and Brett were here for 18 hours and did not take any extended breaks. They worked diligently. Always a positive attitude and respectful. After completion we were in awe. The final result was a marvel. Glistening copper pipes, wires in the ceiling perfectly aligned to the fuse box, parts clearly labeled to the zones in our home, and area was cleaned to a pristine condition. In my 65 years on this earth I’ve never seen a better work ethic, professionalism, knowledge base, respectfulness to us and the job Cody was doing. He was like family. The care and time he took to leave an imprint that will last for years to come is to the testament of Jackson Comfort Services, that they hire not only an outstanding technician, but a person with character. Satisfied cannot express the quality of my experience with this company. They may be a little more expensive than other companies, but well worth it for the quality of people, their expertise, and their sincere attention to detail. They are the real deal starting with Jennifer and ending with Cody and Brett.

    My furnace suddenly stopped working, and I called Jackson Comfort based on all of the positive reviews they had. What I thought was going to be a repair turned into a system replacement. From start to finish I could not have asked for better customer service. Keith did not pressure me into purchasing the most expensive and gave me several options. The financing was quick and easy and the furnace was installed the next day. TJ and Griffin did a fantastic job and were very courteous and professional and explained everything to me. When I had a clogged kitchen sink the Jackson sent Jake immediately, the very same day and Jake took care of the problem with great care. From now on Jackson comfort services is not only our plumber but also all my friends’ plumber as well.

    Jerry showed up just in the nick of time (9 at night-bonus!), as when I went make sure the area surrounding my furnace was clear to be serviced, I noticed the hot water tank was leaking. Jerry helped me shut it down, assuring me there wouldn’t be an issue and discussed options with me, while servicing my furnace efficiently and effectively. He then called Chris, who then came over to run me through the various specifics about 50/75g/tankless units. He had all the information to my email prior to leaving, and was prepared to do what was needed to get any of the options done the next day if I felt informed and comfortable moving forward. Happy to say that I did. Couldn’t have been a better customer service experience, quality that many lack today!!

    Ryan did a great job. He was prompt, thorough and pleasant. He resolved the issue and got our AC up and working. He is an excellent diagnostician. He analyzed another issue and came to a logical conclusion regarding the problem and what needed to be done to resolve it.Phil Long also did a very commendable service call. His was for the annual PM’s for the furnaces. He was pleasant, attentive to what was needed and made appropriate suggestions.

    Today, we had our 25 year old air conditioning system replaced by Jackson Heating and Cooling. The technicians Jordan and Josh did an amazing job. Our unit is in the attic because we have a boiler system. They worked in 90 degree conditions and made sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. They did an amazing job and I would recommend them if you want a job done right. We really appreciated their professionalism and expertise on the job. Thank you Jordan and Josh!

    Awesome service. I’ve used many different HVAC companies over almost 40 years. Jackson Comfort is by far the best service that I have experienced. You may pay just a little bit more, but the staff that services your equipment is top notch…..truly worth the extra pennies. Andy Schwartz was my technician last Saturday. He took the time out to make sure every thing was thoroughly done and ensured I was thoroughly educated on my HVAC system. The guy was salt of the earth..true gentleman with excellent mechanical skills. From the superb organization of this company to the skilled personnel, I can’t say enough about this top of the line company….always impressed.

    Our system went out on Wednesday. We found out when we got home from work. Thursday a tech was out, Thursday night our salesman, Keith, was there until past 11:30 PM to make sure all of our questions were answered and we were getting the best deal. Saturday we had Cody and TJ working quietly and quickly to get the new system in place. When one of the parts wasnt working right, they came back on Monday to get it fixed... Not just the part of a part, but that entire assembly! Just to make sure. The whole team has been wonderful. Everyone is polite, kind, and maintains a sense of humor. You feel like you are part of the family! Jackson Comfort Service took an emergency in our house and made it a pleasant experience. Thank you so much!!

    Jeffrey from Jackson Comfort Services came to my home and inspected my furnace very thoroughly and informed me of what was causing it to malfunction and fixed the issue. He also took the time to check other possible issues and let me know that with the furnace being a much older furnace that there may be future issues.     Was sent an email to notify me the technician Jeffrey would be showing up within the hour. He arrived promptly within that time.I explained the issue I was having with the heater, he began his process of the inspection and explained everything in detail as he went. Answering all my questions.Also explained the pricing before beginning.Found the problem in the first 10 minutes, turned out it was a piece of notebook paper that had fallen into the vent system from my sons room. And was flapping against the internal fan. Like a playing card against the the spokes on a bicycle.I then asked to have a general maintenance inspection done since the system hadnt had one since it had been installed back in 2007.Very satisfied with Jeffreys professionalism and friendliness. And overall price.

    Booked a very convenient evening appt. with short notice (with no after hours fees!!!). Jerry arrived within the appt. window and diagnosed the issue with the Humidification System quickly and was able to perform the repair on the spot (had parts on hand). Jerry made sure I understood the repair and the whole system was operating as expected, not just the part requiring replacement (some signal fluctuations needed some wiring attention). Jerry also went over any other questions I had with the air handling systems as a whole and provided valuable feedback.

    I went with Jackson Comfort Services to replace an old gas furnace in my 106 year old Cleveland Heights home. It was a tricky job because of multiple iterations of gas and electric lines and, well, Cleveland Heights basements being Cleveland Heights basements. The fabricators and installation technicians were highly skilled and wonderful to work with - all staff were amazing. They provided a furnace and duct system that fit the uniqueness of my basement and that made the heating in my house much more consistent and comfortable. I highly recommend them.Jared, Josh, Jordan, Michael, and Will were extremely knowledgeable and very professional in all their dealings with me .

    Jackson Comfort is amazing!!! I called Jackson expressing concern with another companys recommendation to replacement my furnace. The other company claimed my furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and the exchange was bad. Needless to say, I was taken back by this as the furnace was not that old. I reached out to Jackson just to get a second opinion and a possible 2nd quote. I am so grateful that I did. The technician came to my home very professional. Explaining what he was going to do and really listen to the concern I was told from the prior company - at each step he explained his findings that were contrary to what was originally told to me. In the end, the technician not only confirm with me that there was no issue - He went above and beyond by performing some general maintenance services. Just to say, this is perfectly fine for the upcoming winter season. I cannot say enough how much a relief this was for me!     My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with our service from Jackson Comfort Services to replace a water heater on short notice! From the initial call I placed with customer rep Emily to the overall service from our tech Brandon, the experience was A+. We were informed up front and throughout our service, every detail, including a professional phone call & real time tracker to alert us of our estimated arrival of our technician. My husband spent time with Brandon for the duration of his install and said not only how nice & conversational he was, but how particular he was about re-piping new connections with the upmost care & detail. Trusting companies for home repair can been challenging, but dealing with Jackson Comfort Service was an exceptional experience for us and we will be using them for any future needs.

My AC went out and I was sweating terribly, Jackson Comfort sent someone within an hour of me calling. It was Jeff! Hes awesome and Im glad that I chose Jackson Comfort for my cooling needs.Update to add: service visit from Ryan Dean and his trainee on my furnace went very well. They explained everything they would do before doing it, completed the work and e planned everything they did for the furnace (with photos) and told me what preventative steps I may want to take for the future health of my furnace.     I called Jackson Comfort Services to get an estimate on a furnace conversion from gas to propane for my woodshop.Chris arrived when he said he would and we had a great discussion about my needs for the shop.After going through several options, including adding another mini split, he suggested adding additional insulation to the shop.He was able to show me through an app he had, how adding additional insulation would lower the energy my current mini split was using and increase the temperature to an acceptable level during the winter months, without the addition of another mini split.Although I didnt purchase anything at that time, I plan to have Jackson service my furnace in the next month.     I recently had issues with my A/C and needed to call for service. I was able to get someone to come out rather quickly. The first technician that I worked with was Jeff. He was knowledgeable, and gave me options on what to do. Unfortunately, after he left my problem continued (no fault to Jeff). When I called back another tech was sent out to take another look. I was never given a hard time when calling to report that the problem was not fixed and someone was sent back over quickly. John ended up finding a secondary problem that was sadly the end of my 30 some year old system. I ended up replacing my a/c and furnace. They did a great job with the install. Ive been very happy with my new system so far. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

The plumber on call was able to help me determine the leak wasnt active and to call back on Monday to avoid the $250 after hours fee(I always appreciate when people are willing to save me money even if it would benefit them). Monday afternoon, a plumber was able to stop by and diagnose my problem(an worn out tank seal). They walked me through all my options with price estimates and I opted to just replace the toilet due to age. From Brianna & Kaitlin in the office, to Bill in sales, and Robert A, Zack R, and Steve P in installation, this business is filled with true professionals.We had a brand new AC/furnace installed, and lets face it...thats a long-term investment. You want to be confident the job is completed with quality and care.     Jackson Comfort andMatt H. were really great. Matt was professional and listened to my concerns about my furnace. I informed Matt that I had a previous company that came out and indicated that I needed a new furnace due to age and some cracks with the heat exchanger. I explained to Matt i was looking for a 2nd opinion to make sure i was really in need of replacing. Matt thouroughly inspected my furnace. Informed me of areas that needed attention. Took pictures of weak spots and cracks. Matt communicated with his team members and provided a 2nd opinion on the overall health of my furnace. It would probably be a better option in value and cost in replacing then repairing our furnace based on age. Not to mention added costs with other internal parts that may fail at some point. Other plumbing companies thought the pipe was broken in our slab home and would have to spend thousands of dollars to jackhammer. Jharon snaked it and got through where others couldnt. Plus, he hydra jetted the grease sludge out, and now we have a perfect drain!     I called Jackson Comfort Services because I have had to have a plumber come out about twice a year to unblock my kitchen sink. I thought there might be something else going on with my sink and I should get another opinion. Jharon came out to my home and I told him my story and he suggested that instead of using a plumbers snake like in the past, he would use a jet system that would open up the whole pipe. So the extra cost was well worth having my pipe jetted. He did a great job, he was knowledgeable and he was on time. I would definitely recommend Jackson Comfort for your plumbing needs.
