    I cannot say enough good things about these guys. We had extensive water damage in an upstairs bathroom, behind the shower walls and under the floor tiles. These guys came on and handled the demo and mold remediation, and two of their plumbers came out to put caps on the leaking pipes until the remodel happens. They were so efficient and did an incredible job. They got it done in 2 days and it passed inspection on the 3rd day. Everything was taped off perfectly. We had a fantastic experience with these guys. Highly recommend!!

    We experienced a terrible water leak while we were on vacation this past year. Our home was completely destroyed. Thistle DKI was hired to help put our home back together. From day one we were met with professional, compassionate, and kind employees that helped us with the entire process. We will be forever grateful for Landon Nelson and his team. Here are just some of the before and after pictures. They do remarkable work!

    We had a huge leak from a pipe bursting in our master bathroom with water coming through the walls and ceiling into the kitchen downstairs. Thistle DKI managed the entire drying, clean up and repair of all affected rooms. The first team responded quickly to dry all areas, identify and clean any mold, and open the walls where necessary.Then the project manager Robert Harper, who oversaw all of the repairs, worked with us to make sure we both agreed with all repairs that needed to be done. The work was pretty extensive and included dry wall repair, painting, a new kitchen counter, backsplash, cabinets, replacement of the carpet going upstairs, the upstairs bathroom tile floor, vanity, etc.Robert and his team did a great job! He was in communication with us frequently since we were not staying in the house much of the time (our choice).Our goal was that the kitchen would look as nice as prior to the leak, but due to the fresh paint and other repairs, it looked even better! We were very pleased with the staff at DKI and Robert, and would highly recommend them- not only for the water remediation but also for the repairs.

    We had water damage in our laundry room. Our insurance company send us a company (which was very unreliable) and we fired them after 2 days. Then Thistle took over and what a difference! The owner Ryan was extremely helpful when I had questions about the paperwork and changed things to my satisfaction, thank you.Sergio who fixed the drywall and repainted the room was incredible. He even stayed late to finish the work.Thistle is a company I would recommend and use again!

    Unfortunately our new home was met with water damage and mold but my neighbor recommended this company and I am so thankful they did. Their communication was above par, rates are great, and each group of people I’ve met from this company is so kind and helpful. The mold removal happened today and the mitigation team, Alfred and Joshua went above and beyond. Letting me know the steps along the way, very professional, and kind people. I had no problem trusting them to complete the removal while I was inside tending to my job. Cannot say more about this company. I hope to never need to use them again for this but knock on wood if I do, they will be my only call.

    We used our home owners insurance to have drywall and paint repairs done upstairs and it looks perfect! Thistle was quick to come out and evaluate, worked easily with our insurance and the entire process was done in just a few weeks from the moment I reached out to them!     Joe and his team took care of everything we needed from start to finish. We had some extra things we wanted to do while our bathroom and kitchen were torn down, new countertops and a new custom shower, and the team really made our ideas come to life.     I have been working with Thistle for the last few months after a flood happened from my washing machine. They refurbished all the kitchen cabinets to remove mold damage, removed and patched drywall (also from mold damage), new floors, vanities, countertops, and helped fixed some plumbing issues from a trees roots cracking a pipe. Everyone that I have worked with at the company are friendly, professional, patient, and super helpful. They’re work is beautiful and I am beyond happy with the results.

    Joe and his crew did a superb job on my vintage 1955 mid-century modern ranch house in Las Vegas. They were faced with many challenges and came up with the best solutions. Joe is a straight forward guy. When he says things will be done correctly they are. He stays ahead of the job and when you call him with a question he always takes your call immediately to provide a status. He always has your back. I give him a 10 on a scale 10 and highly recommend him. I was fortunate to have him on my job. We had Joe and Kaydin do a lot of extra work.     I sustained water damage to my kitchen island from a dishwater leak. Thistle DKI was recommended by my home owners insurance to mange all aspects of our clean up and build out. Customer service was excellent and I cannot say enough about the amazing work they did on my build out!! Josh, our Project Manager explained how the process would work and all that was promised happened!! The construction crew for cabinets and painting was completed by Luis and Juan. They both were very professional, they were very attentive to details and they welcomed input regarding my expectations. Our plumbers Ura and Sam installed my disposal and new dishwasher. They were both very professional, their communication was excellent and they welcomed my input to make sure my expectations were met as well.     Our water heater busted on 04/03/2024. It caused damage within the home. We had to submit claims with both our home warranty and homeowners insurance. We had a restoration company come out for the mitigation and they were wonderful, but then we had a secondary come out who was going to do the build back. Not so wonderful! I called my homeowners insurance, and they could not recommend anyone but were able to give me a few numbers and did mention that Thistle DKI was in network for our insurance as well. I called Thistle on 04/22/2024, had the estimator here on 04/24/2024, project manager was here on 04/29/2024. The work started on 04/30/2024 and they finished 05/01/2024. Everyone I spoke to was professional and so nice and helpful. I was never greeted with feeling like I was an inconvenience, or they were too busy for me. Landon came out to do our estimate and he was very helpful, listened to what I had to say and what I was requested, was willing to work with me on things and constantly kept me in the loop with what was happening next. Edwin was the project manager that came out on the 29th and he was great to work with. He could have easily only shown his face that one day, but he came back with his worker both days to check in and make sure everything was smooth and that we were taken care of. Osley was the worker (I am sorry, I dont know his official title) and he was awesome. He worked fast, did a great job and was very friendly. All in all, it was less than 2 weeks from start to finish with them, no run around, it wasnt me contacting them first for everything after the initial first phone call. I would highly recommend Thistle DKI.

    This morning they came to tarp our roof for water leakage. And to top it off it was raining too. Alfred and Noel came promptly at 8 am on a Sunday. That’s amazing on a Sunday. Both Alfred and Noel were very polite and explained in detail what they were going to do. Both were friendly and amicable. Would recommend over and over again with service like that makes us feel at ease. They show us pictures of the work completed and again explain the process to me. As an HVAC tech being explained what’s going on feels great. How I treat my customers and explain what I did on their unit so they know and not just do my job and leave.     We had a pretty massive toilet leak that flooded the space between floors in my house. I called my insurance and they got me set up with Thistle DKI. The very next day they were out to do an initial assessment and we found the extent of the damage. Within about a week they had everything sent and approved by insurance and were back to start the demolition. Alfred, Alex, Eriberto, Noel, and Josh did an amazing job at my house. They came to work every day at the exact time they said they would. They answered any and all questions I had and kept me informed throughout the 3 days of work. They showed the utmost professionalism and courtesy to my family and even my dogs.

    Casey Scott, Project Manager was excellent in handling my interior repair of my ceiling, after the mediation of my bedroom and having my roof repaired from experiencing a leak in my ceiling resulting from a historically heavy rainfall in my area!The painter on this job repaired my ceiling so professionally that the area of that was repaired didnt look like nothing happened at all!Casey is very good at explaining and making at arrangements and addressing any of my concerns and issues.Casey also leads by example in being hands on in completing the project by personally replacing the insulation above the repaired area of my bedroom ceiling with NEW insulation, in order to help me stay efficient with my gas usage keeping my heating costs low.Thank you Casey Scott and DKI!

    Team Noel & Alex w/THISTLE DKI Restoring Property, we’re both approachable, knowledgeable, & professional. When they arrived, they laid down floor covering from the front door to the room that needs the reconstruction.     We had the fill line burst on our master bedroom toilet while nobody was home. Our insurance provided Thistle for the flood remediation. Thistle was very reliable for this and we decided to use them for the restoration and remolding as well. I am so glad we did.Our project manager Landon became our best friend!The job was pretty big and included carpet in multiple rooms where the water had made it under the walls, the replacement of the shower as the water seeped into those barriers and all repainting the whole area.Kaydin helped us pick from their commercial grade flooring and shower option in their design center. Its not a huge design center, but it is well appointed and the products are the finest quality.Our home looks amazing!!! Its like a new home. Thistle took care of the headaches and was very responsive to our schedules and prompt to get work done on schedule. Paige in the office deserves a mention as she is super friendly and responsive to administrative needs.One of the important things to me was Thistle met our needs with great energy and professionalism. We were afraid going into this project and thanks to Thistle we are living the lux life now.

    There is a reason why this team is highly rated - because they’re great! I received MANY estimates to repair my kitchen but Thistle was the timeliest and most professional. The structure of their business most definitely put my mind at ease throughout the process. I was assigned a project manager (Ashley) who was SUPER responsive and communicated well. I was always kept in the loop with every step that was happening throughout the repair. I NEVER once felt I was left in the dark and when I had any concerns, they were always addressed. I was first nervous because they couldnt start on my house immediately but that was an indicator of how high in demand they are - because they’re good!! They took their time completing the job and like I said, did not rush to complete it until I was happy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this group!

    This company was the third one we got an estimate from. Their price was much lower then the other two. They were a pleasure to deal with. The Oscars that did the job were great guys.     This company saved me a lot of money compared to other quotes on a restoration over the Summer. Recently they installed two new sinks in my bathrooms. This might be the best company I have ever done business with. That 4.9 rating you see is from about 280 reviews. I have never seen one that high and they deserve that high of a rating. From the workers to the people answering the phone. All I have ever received was help and care. I have to think the people who run this company have excellent morals. They wont hustle you. My highest praise ever.

    I had a sulfer odor issue in my office. I could not find a plumber who handles odor issues. Mike and his crew were very prompt on the appointment day. They were very thorough with their work and respectful of the place. Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves. That is something that you dont see very much nowadays.     In speaking with my home insurance representative, they offered to have one of their contractors come to my home to mitigate water damage from a ceiling leak and I was shocked when I was told not only could Thistle DKI come out today, but they’d be over within 2 hours!! That is incredible. Service tech, Reynaldo, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He came prepared and completed the mitigation setup in less than an hour. He answered all my questions and discussed next steps with me. I have dealt with a ceiling leak before and it was a stressful, unnecessarily lengthy and drawn out process to get everything fixed. But not this time. I feel much more confident and reassured that my house will be good as new in a timely manner thanks to Thistle DKI.     The folks at Thistle DKI were great. From the moment I detected leaks in two of my bathroom toilets leaking into the sub-floors and ceilings underneath, they responded quickly and worked with me the whole way. The office team was on it from the moment they got the call. Marco and his team did excellent remediation work in adverse conditions. They were quick, efficient, and helped to explain the whole process. Bobby and his team did the repairs. The repair team was polite and understood that I wanted to get things repaired and back to normal as quickly as possible. The repairs looked great perhaps even better than the original state!     Our water heater broke, and it was upstairs. We entrusted our house with Thistle DKI. They did an amazing job, they were able to dry out all the water in our ceiling and the part that wouldnt dry they took out. They patched up the hole and you would never know there was a hole. Their workmanship on the dry wall was miraculous. They were extremely attentive and came by periodically to check on the dryers. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs work on their house. All of the staff was nice, well mannered, and courteous of our home.

    We had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom and needed a trustworthy repair company. Thistle DKI came out quickly and we were immediately impressed by their professionalism. Our technician Robert was very thorough and knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to check for hidden damage, mold, and water build up. He explained everything as he went along and I learned quite a few things from him. I know that they are busy, but I was was impressed that he took the extra time to make sure that we understood every step of the process.We had been thinking about updating the bathroom and felt so good about Thistle DKI that we decided to go with them for the remodel (since we were already doing repairs.) Im glad we did. We stripped the bathroom all the way down to the framing and updated the plumbing, fixtures, lighting, and installed a new high tech shower system. It was a big job. The job supervisor Boston Joe McGonagle was a delight and he stayed right on top of the job throughout the process. Even though we tore out everything, they always put down plastic sheeting and hung barriers so things stayed surprisingly clean. Every subcontractor that came out for Thistle was also excellent: the plumber, electrician, framers- a strong team.In the end the work was beautiful, the cost was reasonable, and we were happy. The only problem is that I cant get the kids out of the new bathroom. Great job!!!

    We live in the bay area and own a condo in Henderson Nevada which we use as a getaway place. On one of our visits, we noticed that the kitchen was flooded because the sink overflowed. They were able to take care of the problem and fix the damages while we were back to the bay area. No supervision needed and they did a great job. A few months later, our water heater broke and Thistle DKI to the rescue. They dried up the place, replaced the water heater and repaired and painted the walls while we were in the bay area. They are so reliable and trustworthy. Im giving them an A+

    I was very pleased with the response time when I called on the weekend when I had flood damage in my home. They quickly responded and assessed rhe damage right away and brought equipment in to dry the affected area out & sealed the area off.     We had a supply toilet line leak in our home while we were on vacation and it flooded the entire one story house. The house was essentially gutted to detect and prevent black mold. Thistle DKI replaced the drywall, insulation, kitchen cabinets, bathroom tiling showers etc. Essentially redid the whole house and they did a spectacular job making the house better than it was before.The only reason this company isnt getting 5 stars is because my original project manager seemed disinterested in the project and he ended up leaving the company just as things were about to get started. That caused a delay in the restoration.That being said, the project manager who replaced the original person, Tyler Mecham, was extremely professional, responsive, polite and all around very accommodating. Issues with the house would arise during the restoration and he took the time to find the best solution and price to solve these problems. He answered all my ignorant house questions with grace, knowing that I did not have as much knowledge as professionals on the intricacies of how a house works. If the review was just about his performance, then it would be 5 stars.I highly recommend using Thistle DKI and Tyler Mecham for your home restoration needs.

    If the ordeal of a house fire was not enough, our first dealings with a Fire/Restoration company - not Thistle DKI - was an absolute nightmare. We felt we had been swindled into a deal in the midst of one of our family’s worst experiences ever.In came Tyler and the crew over at Thistle DKI to our rescue! They totally delivered about as awesome an experience you can have recovering from a garage fire. The work was done in as timely a manner as possible and all of our communication with Tyler was prompt and courteous. I never felt like the fee was their ultimate goal - I truly felt like the proper completion of the job was more important, and that meant a lot during a time that was otherwise pretty stressful.While I don’t wish a fire or any other accident on anybody out there, if you do have an issue arise like ours, don’t hesitate to contact Thistle DKI.
