    We had an issue with our hall bath and shower. Checked the reviews and called Dignity Plumbing. So glad we did! Rocky came out assessed the issue, did a temp fix, because it woul require more time than I thought to fix the issue. He ordered the parts, and came back out and did an AMAZING job. We LOVE IT!! Would definitely call them again if the need arises. Rocky was kind, professional, dedicated. They earned the 5 stars.

    Dignity has over 800 reviews, almost entirely five stars. Let me add to the pile. They ROCK!! Antonio was so awesome: very punctual, tolerated lots of questions, and didnt blink when I asked him to disassemble the whole hot water heater, because I forgot to clean underneath. His apprentice, Deacon, was really nice, too. I like the black PVC Antonio chose for the p-trap under the sink. Cool-looking! Top - to - bottom , I had an absolutely awesome experience with this wonderful company. And above all: Antonio was really nice to my dogs. Ha! Thanks, Dignity!

    Drew made this project happen at the highest level. His professionalism and customer service was extremely above and beyond what was expected!!He made working with the insurance easy. He made sure the customer came first.Drew was able to truly get all that was needed for the project covered by insurance.     Scott at Dignity Plumbing Rocks!!I’ve had several good experiences with Dignity Plumbing. I love that they’re trades folk and not pushy salesmen. This is the second service call assigned to Scott at my address and I’m so grateful. Both times he’s come out, he’s been very professional and taken care of the issue/s quickly and efficiently.I also appreciate that Scott took his time to explain what the problems were and wrote out an estimate for repairs. He made sure I understood and patiently answered my questions. Definitely highly recommend if you’ve got some stuff that needs handled with your plumbing!

    Great customer service and knowledgeable plumbers. My only complaint would be that I was not given an estimate or even a ballpark estimate prior to the guys s showing up. I would have liked to have been given a heads up that it was going to be as much as it was. I’ll know better next time.

    Scott with Dignity Plumbing nailed it. I wasnt sure if my water heater could be fixed or needed to be replaced, so I called the van I saw on the road to work. He came out the next day, diagnosed the issue and gave me my options. The next day, I had a brand new tankless. Not only that, he showed me that I didnt need a new shower valve. All I needed was to adjust it. Worth every penny. Going to be my go to for all plumbing needs from here on out.

    With no warning we had no water to our house and of course it did not happen until after 9 pm. We contacted Dignity Plumbing and although we were not able to get an emergency night dispatch, Antonio V. was at our home at 8 am and had the issue fixed within the hour! We were super impressed with Antonio. He was professional and very knowledgable. We will definitely call Dignity and Antonio next time we need a Plumber!

    Okay the boys at Dignity plumbing (Scott and Rocky) have been to two on my properties in the last several days for different issues a slab leak and others. They were honest, hard working, detailed in their work and communication. They were quick responders. The receptionist was just as professional.     Rocky did a great job for me; replaced my leaking Kohler toilet flapper; flushed my water heater and replaced anode rod. This is the only company who has ever mentioned possibly replacing the anode rod which can extend the life of the water heater. Very impressed. Rocky was professional and neat. Even washed down the driveway after water heater was flushed. Very pleased and would recommend Dignity Plumbing.

    1. I came home to water all over my kitchen floor.2. I Panicked and called my insurance company to see how to proceed. They recommended a Restoration Company.3. Restoration Company came out and literally wanted to tear out cabinets right then to diagnose. I said no. They recommended a plumber. I needed to think.(Luckily, I was able to shut off the water to just the affected area and dry up the mess with towels)4. I called thatPlumbing company and they sent out someone who definitely was not a plumber, had no clue as to where plumbing was run from, but did give a Free Estimate. I needed a Second Opinion!5. My insurance company recommended Dignity Plumbing. I called. A human being answered without me having to push any buttons and they sent out a Technician. It wasnt free, but the $ would go towards the repairs. (Courtney?) on the phone was both professional and seemed to genuinely care about my issue and got me scheduled.They sent out Scott, a very seasoned professional and he explained what would be done. It took me a day to figure out if I wanted to just have them try to fix without all the other removal and re-install, and in the end, I called Dignity back and they had Scott here within 24 hours.Without removing anything, Scott cut the drywall inside my under sink cabinet and found the issue... A 1/2 crack in the cold water line. My issue was taken care of and at a very reasonable price!In this day and age of lax customer service and employees who really either dont CARE about what they are doing, or dont KNOW what theyre doing, it was so nice dealing with Dignity Plumbing! They are absolutely my new go to Plumbing service!I am giving a 5 star rating as there isnt anything higher to give! Thanks again Scott, you rock!UPDATE!!!Now moving into a new house, I wanted to have the Tankless water heater serviced. I called Dignity, and they made me an appointment.Antonio was the tech that they sent out. He was within the time window and explained everything that would be done. He was professional and courteous and the work was done in a timely fashion.Whenever you need plumbing work, call these guys!

    Absolutely amazing! Weve been dealing with lack of heat since November, the warranty company assigned us a plumbing company that replaced our water heater but did it incorrectly and refused to come back to fix it because they swore up and down that they did it the right way. We went through a couple more plumbing companies (some assigned by our warranty company) and they all gave us estimates for very expensive and very unnecessary work (like tearing out drywall).I interacted with Jason, Amanda, and Andrew and they were all AMAZING! I called Andrew an angel because after 15-20 minutes, he figured out our issue, fixed it, and we have heat again! This story is MUCH longer but Dignity Plumbing ended our nightmare, thank you!

    Once I placed my initial call requesting services, Rocky, our plumber was at our front door within ten minutes of me calling. He was very professional and attentive to my request. He replaced our Water Heater in about an hour after having to go pick it up from their warehouse. Overall it took about 2 1/2 hours from start to finish.     I have used Dignity Plumbing twice and am currently enrolled in their yearly maintenance service. Scott Morris was the plumber who came out for both of my service calls. He is personable and very thorough in explaining any questions I had. I hired Dignity Plumbing to complete a plumbing inspection of my home purchase as advised by my home inspector ( Clear Inspections another great company). They were able to meet my short notice requirements, very professional, timely. I used them again after home purchase to complete repairs that had been recommended. And now in the process of using them to complete some renovation work. If you want your plumbing done right the first time and fair and transparent pricing for QUALITY WORK, hire Dignity Plumbing!

    Scott was great! Fast, on-time, helpful, courteous. I would recommend them to anyone needing same-day plumbing service in Las Vegas valley.     Earlier today my husband tried to turn off the valve to the cold water supply under the sink and the handle broke off. It had been a lot of years since they had been turned on or off.I did a quick Google search and saw the high rating that was given to Dignity Plumbing. I called and Cortney answered the phone. I explained my problem to her, she gave me a quote over the phone and we set up an appointment for a tech to come to my home today.Antonio was at my house probably an hour after I first spoke to Cortney. I explained the problem, he looked at it and gave me a very reasonable quote which was within the estimate of what Cortney told me.Antonio did an amazing, thorough, fantastic and wonderful job.He was also respectful of my home and my property.It is a gamble to find a decent company just by doing a Google search but I feel like I hit the jackpot in dealing with Dignity Plumbing.Should I ever need plumbing repairs done in the future, Dignity will most certainly get my business and I hope that Antonio will be my tech.

    Jonathan did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue that I have with my shower drain. He quickly noticed that it was more of a worn-out gasket that caused the leaks from my shower drain leading to water drops from a small section of my ceiling downstairs. It only took like 30 minutes to diagnose and fix the whole thing. Not only a professional, but Jonathan is really friendly and knowledgeable. If you end up needing a plumber, he’s your guy!

    I had a leak in my water main under the front yard. Antonio and Matt came out the same day I called and were very helpful and communicative. The main office was also very quick to respond to any questions I had and kept me informed along the way. I had to be out of town the day they came to finish the work and I felt very comfortable knowing they were there even when I was gone. I’ll definitely use them again if the need ever arises!

    Fast and thorough. Dignity replaced main line to house that was leaking, 14 year old water heater nearing its life span and leaking water manifold. They emailed description of service with cost that you need to ok before service. Sterling put covers on his shoes while in my home. He explained the process and went to work. He kept me informed as he completed each repair. The caulking in the shower was a little sketchy, but much better than I could do. He explained the warranty available prior to leaving.     I called at 1130. An appointment was scheduled between 1 and 5. They let me know when Scott was coming. He arrived at 2:15, assessed the toilet, gave me the cost, and completed it quickly. Was done by 2:30.I am happy to have my toilet back.Had second visit. Both toilets clogged. Scott was here at 1, cleared them both. May need to replace them both. He was very professional, did not charge for revisit.10/21, toilet replaced. Very quickly done.2nd toilet will be Monday 10/24.

    Antonio was on time, personable,Highly professional.We have an unusual toilet set-up, where the tank part of the toilet is built under a ledge, and the chain from the toilet handle had come undone. I, of course, attempted to fix it and had -0- Luck. I called Dignify (From Google search) they answered right away, scheduled me as soon as they were able.Antonio our service rep was FABULOUS, and literally had the handle repaired in minutes! He was awesome, and had all the parts he thought he may need with him, just in case (I loved the “pro-active” thinking).     I had initially called around five other plumbing places and decided to go with dignity plumbing. The prices were reasonable and the front desk was really responsive and caring to my concerns.     I called at 8am after I saw my water heater had flooded my garage. The receptionist over the phone was extremely nice and pleasant and told me that the earliest appointment they could get for me that same day was an 11-1PM window, but that they would do everything they could to get someone out ASAP. Turns out the technician pulled up at 10 AM, told me that I needed a new water heater because clearly there was a leak and had the old one out and the new one installed within two hours. Scott was our tech and he got the job done. It’s been working great ever since.More importantly to me, was the office manager Liz’s professionalism. I tried to make a claim with my insurance to see if they would help me pay for this unexpected expense, and my insurance company needed more info regarding diagnostics. Liz called them personally and spoke about the problem with my water heater and did everything she said she would do to help me make that claim. She truly went above and beyond, and that’s why I’m taking the time to write this review. I now see why they have 5 stars. Everyone was timely and kept their word. I won’t be calling anyone else for our plumbing needs, it’s hard to find good business with good ethics these days, and I’m glad I found them!!!

    Dignity Plumbing is awesome. I contacted them through Yelp and continued by email and pictures of the work that I needed to be completed. Mr. Thomason scheduled an estimate appointment with Scott the next day as I was busy that same day. Scott arrived early for the appointment and gave myself and a neighbor an honest quote plus military discount. We ended up scheduling an appointment to complete the job, once again Scott was early and did a very professional job and quickly.     I did some research on locating a plumber beforehand and decided to go with Dignity Plumbing after reading the reviews etc. I requested an appointment online and I was contacted immediately and had it booked in no time flat. I received frequent updates as to the status of my appointment as well as the technicians name and arrival time. The technician Brian was on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them from now on as my plumbing service after this experience. They are courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. My work was completed in a timely manner and I wasnt pressured or up sold on things I did not need. I was also provided with an estimate of future work that I may need at some point in the future. Ive been in my house for over 20 years so I know I will be needing more work in the future as things eventually need servicing and/or replacement at some point.     This is the second time we have been able to use Dignity Plumbing in the last few months! First time, my husband and I decided to put a hole into our main line when putting up our wood shelving in the garage. That was fun!     Firstly, I’m impressed by the technicians arriving 1/2 hour early. I commend Scott and Jesse for their professionalism, courtesy and honesty.     First off have to give credit where credit is due 5 stars 10 if it were possible to Chris the plumbing professional youngest member of their team time and time again he would make the repair and a leak was detected frustration was mounting as you can imagine spent all day on this job went the extra mile to please his customer amazed at the perseverance, turned out the rings were too old had to make two trips to the store, but thought I would get a discount being that the leak was already detected and I had already dug the hole!     What can I say... I put out a panicked Facebook post to see if anyone knew a plumber and was referred to Dignity Plumbing. My soft water machine valve blew and I had lost all water to my bathrooms. This was at 7pm and I have a party in the morning for a graduation. I call up the Jason and I was able to FaceTime him because my ability to explain it was not there... he said give me five minutes and literally within 5 minutes he dispatched a tech. The tech showed up and was amazing. He talked me through his fix and told me what each valve did. I have never called a plumber before and frankly was nervous because my husband had just deployed and I had no idea if I was going to pay top dollar or not or even if I would know if it was fixed right... but this company changed my mind. They were so professional, friendly, and showed up for me! I am thankful for this company and will refer and use them in the future!

    Jon was fabulous! He was the 5th plumber to come out and the one that I decided to hire. His was the plumber that actually located my leaks w/his specialized machine as opposed to guessing. The other plumbers and the water company itself suspected the source to be other than what it actually was, but those other plumbers were prepared to fix a line that was perfectly operational at over double the cost and I would have still had my leaks. Jon gave an appropriate estimate for the job and completed it in a timely manner. He showed me each step as he went, and then showed me through my city water meter that the leaks were in fact repaired, as I do understand and recognize what to look for. He also took his customer service a step further and referred me to a drywall specialist to complete the project.The office staff, namely Brianna is a gem! She wasted no time in making sure I was scheduled promptly.I advise to give this company a call for detection as well as estimates before making a decision to proceed w/another company. I am SO GLAD I FOLLOWED MY INSTINCTS AND DIDI!

Everyone else wanted to completely replumb our house when we just wanted to install a softener! Ryan Fitzgerald was our tech and bent over backwards to get our water softener installed.     Scott arrived on time and was very professional. He got my pilot light to finally start. After i tried for two hours to light the pilot light on the water heater. Scott walked me thought the process of how to work on the heater myself. Next time Thank you scott. I will deffently keep this company in my list of people to call.     Last Thursday Dignity Plumbing technician Antonio Villagrana came to my home on time at 8am. He unclogged my sewer drain and got home back in order in 1hr of work, which the same job was taking All-State plumbing 4 days to do. Antonio was polite, nice and told me he was gonna do whatever he had to do to make sure my water was running and my sewer was unclogged. He told me that he had children like me and wanted to do everything he could to help. Ladies and Gentleman that’s customer service and he was only 24 yrs old. I was confident in the work he performed and it’s been a full week and I haven’t had a problem since. Thank you Dignity Pluming and most of all thank you Mr. Antonio Villagrana.

    Antonio came out and assessed an issue with a low flow toilet. He was professional and honest and there was no charge for the service call. He suggested that we purchase a new toilet ourselves and he would come back to install it. His suggestion not only solved the problem but saved us money.     My kitchen faucet was leaking and I decided to replace it. I did not know who to call to install my new faucet and had called several places that were at least 4-5 days out. I called Dignity Plumbing late Thursday night and they sent someone out Saturday morning. Antonio V. called and came early. He was very professional and got my new faucet installed in no time. He even cleaned up the mess from the prior plumber that installed the original one. I will be sure to call Dignity for future services.

    Had a 2007 water heater bust out this morning 7amish...Dignity sent Jonathan out by 11,so within a couple of hours,Installed a new 40gallon heater, & brought all connections up to date adding a sediment valve for the gas line which my old system didnt have.     Came home after a night in the emergency room with my daughter only to find that our water heater had leaked all over our garage. Called Ken at Dignity Plumbing and they were out the next day and replaced the water heater for a fair price and did amazing work.     We received a letter from the water company regarding a potential leak.Jonathan discovered there was a water main leak.He was so professional and meticulous completing the job.He and his crew did an amazing job installing all new pipes, they dug the trench with care not to disturb our landscape.     Jonathan from Dignity plumbing came out and gave us a quote for a slab leak. I really liked Jonathan because of his caring nature. He quickly accessed the situation and explained the work that he would recommend for us to do. Im not able to do the work at this time due to financial reasons with the previous plumber who didn’t do the job correctly. However, Jonathan came up with a short term solution to hold us over until I’m able to have the work done at a less expensive cost. Needless to say we now have hot water again thanks to Jonathan’s caring spirit and quick thinking. None of the other plumbers that gave us quotes thought of this temporary solution. Myself and family are so grateful to Jonathan and Dignity Plumbing for all they have done for us and giving us our hot water again. As soon as I can I will call them to finish the work that they recommended and I will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing jobs.

    Jason Delgado and his associate were EXCELLENT!!! So kind and friendly! We just moved into our home, and sewage had started backing up in the bathtub, toilet and shower, but Jason was able to unclog the drain! He found that the previous contractors who fixed the house had flushed non-biodegradable towels down the toilet! And both men helped shop-vac the sewage that had started spilling towards the hallway.And he found that instead of the previous contractors repairing a fractured sewer access pipe that lead to the sewer drain pipe, they had just placed a plastic bag in the hole and a fake lid over it...which meant dirt and rocks were getting into the pipe which further clogged the pipe. So Jason and his associate dug out the fractured iron pipe, cut it out and replaced it with new PVC pipe. My family and I are so thankful!!! The drains are no longer clogged!Also, the price of the repairs were great, especially with all the hard work they did in the hot Las Vegas sun. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

    ***Update***Awesome as always. I needed some hot water plumbed to a new washing machine in my office. They came and did an amazing job. Called multiple times to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it and even came when we didnt have patients. They killed it again!!I have used Dignity multiple times at my dental office and my house. Anything from replacing toilets, hot water heater, garbage disposal, etc They are always on time and what impressed me the most is he put on a new pair of booties over his shoes each and every time he left the house.     I was impressed immediately with my phone conversation with John. He was the only plumbing person I called that would give me an approximation of cost to fix my garbage disposal. Answered all my questions, and I had many.Jesse the technician just left, said there was no problem with the disposal, probably just had something stuck, but it worked its way through.     I DIG Dignity Plumbing! This company was new to several companies Ive had come out over the years. Want to talk about quick, accurate, knowledgable and professional, think DIGNITY. I dont gain anything from this review besides referring someone who was fabulous for me.     Scott with Dignity plumbing was great. DIY turned bad when I bent a copper pipe on the hose bib. Flooding my front yard, I sent out a quote on Yelp to 10 businesses and Dignity was the first to reply in about 30 seconds and provided a quote off the pictures I attached. Scott was at my house in 30 min and began to work. He ran into a little trouble and the scope of work got bigger. True to his word, he kept the same quoted price where I think most places would have up charged for what now needed to be done. Friendly, professional and got me back to normal in no time at all.     I had a strong sewer smell in a downstair bathroom any time I ran my upstairs water. After multiple attempts of trying to locate the smell I finally decided to call a plumber. I read hundreds of reviews and decided to call Dignity Plumbing. I am so glad I did. Jonathan from Dignity Plumbing arrived at the scheduled time ( even received a text when he was on his way). Jonathan started checking all the plumbing and figured out that the smell was coming from the wall behind the toilet. After pulling the toilet and removing some of the drywall it was determined that the cast-iron drain from upstairs was cracked. He cut out the 1 foot section of cracked pipe and replaced it. Thank goodness the smell is gone and for Dignity Plumbing. If you need a plumber you would be foolish to use anyone else.
