On Wed. 8/21/24 @ 10:50 AM, Resolution Plumbing Owner & Tech, Alex Renteria came with his Flex Shaft machine to descale & clean the sewer line that starts from our master bathroom toilet drain up to almost 30 ft. beyond to the next bathroom that is closer to the street. He used his sewer line camera to show me on a screen how the sewer line has been cleaned off all the black scaling it had before. Thank God that our sewer line problem (that caused our master bathroom toilet not to flush well, then not flush at all) was not as serious due to possibly part of our sewer pipe sagging down & creating what they call a belly as another plumber said. Next, Alex quickly & efficiently assembled & installed the new higher & more water-saving toilet we bought way back in June, then wipe off the toilet floor with the Chlorox disinfecting wipes I handed to him. Alex was also nice enough to take our old toilet to dispose! He was all done in 40 minutes! Thanks a lot Alex & Liz for your great, prompt, honest, & kind plumbing services! Ive already recommended you to my daughter who owns a house in the Providence neighborhood and has lots of friends who are homeowners. Adrian is a great journeyman, the city inspector even commented on how good the work was at our inspection. We replaced all our copper pipes by rerouting them in the ceiling due to a leak in our slab. This was a big job and we wanted the best so we wouldn’t be dealing with issues down the road. Another company actually charged me $75 for just an estimate and I wish I never went with anyone else. Carlos is very professional and isnt here to upsell me on unnecessary work. Dave came out to give an estimate to dig down and replace my back water valve that was no longer working. His estimate was competently priced and he took enough time to answer all of my questions. Since he was leaving on vacation and couldnt complete my job, without having me wait until he returned, he worked it out with the office to have the owner and another plumber do the job while he was gone. Alex (owner) and Gio arrived at my house to do the the job as promised and the work was completed within a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and put my landscaping back as best as possible. I hope I dont need a plumber again but if I do, I will definitely contact this company again.

Resolution plumbing offered us the best estimate for replacing our main service line. They were prompt in ensuring we were able to get our water back on to our home as soon as possible. We tried other companies and they were either unable to get to us for a month or more, or had estimates far higher than Resolution plumbing. Adrian was our main technician that we dealt with and he was very professional, and efficient at replacing our main line, and was flexible when we changed a few details of the job. We had a leak under a slab that was connected to the hot water heater. We had a leak detector come out and to diagnose and we’re planning on fixing it with that company. But they weren’t able to do the repair until September 10th. That meant no hot water and an ongoing leak! So I called these guys the receptionist was very sympathetic and said “that’s way too long to wait for a leak! So they came within 3 hours, gave a fair bid and had it repaired by 11:30 am the next day! Great response rate for customers, professional and friendly, I give this company five stars!

Charged me $500 for the Services I wanted and got it done.I had Air Squad Heating & AC LLC cone out previous and wanted to charge me $20k to re-pipe the whole house???? $20k vs $500. After Covid, I feel that customer service is rare. Adrian was very professional and even put on booties before entering my home. I wasnt charge for him to come and investigate the problem. It turned out that it was something I could fix myself and he didnt take offense to it. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I would call Resolution Plumbing. Shoutout to Marco for doing an excellent job repairing my main water line. The water line from the street meter onto my property (the first 2 feet) was damaged and outdated. Alex went through everything to make sure we would have no issues.Second ReviewResolution Plumbing came out to replace a shower mixing valve that was not working correctly. As usal they completed in a timely and clean fashion.Third ReviewI had Resolution Plumbing come out to rebuild two of my three toilets. They rebuilt one when we first moved in a year ago. Alex and I discussed replacing with new vs rebuilding, and we decided rebuilding was the most cost-efficient plan.While rebuilding one they came across a wax seal leaking and replaced it. I had them also do the annual flush of our tankless water heater.I always call Resolution for my plumbing needs as they are responsive, and a family-run local base business.Fourth review post 08/10/2024I had Resolution Plumbing come out to change out my Kind Water System filters and UV light. I purchased the system online a year ago and Alex installed it for me when we moved into the home.He did an outstanding job, my neighbor had him install the same system at their home.I had Alex do the first replacements to learn from him the proper way to do it myself a year from now.I call Resolution Plumbing for all my plumbing needs; they are a small family-run business that’s local here in the northwest area.I highly recommend them because they are honest and thorough in their efforts to resolve your plumbing concerns. I received quotes from several companies with 5-Star ratings on Yelp. This was the best. Adrian came out and prepared an estimate and asked when I wanted to get started. I said,”Today.” That was at 3 pm. By 6 pm he had installed two new bathroom faucets and new supply lines, unclogged the sink drains, removed all of the “guts” of the toilet tank, put in new gaskets, new bolts, & new guts, and removed a malfunctioning water pressure restrictor and replaced it. No more leaks, the drains run smoothly, and the water pressure is strong and consistent.He was kind, courteous, quick and clean (as in didn’t leave a mess).. I couldn’t be happier.

I had a faucet at the side of my house dripping constantly which probably caused my water bill to jack up. Wrote to several plumbing services but chose Resolution Plumbing because of all 5* reviews. They sent a technician, Marco, I believe was his name. Very cordial, arrived a little before expected time which is ok. Fixed that faucet in just a few minutes. Clean, efficient job! I actually messaged them a few months ago because of the leak under my sink but they were fully booked on that week that I needed the service. Ended up with a company that I believe over charged me but I had no choice since it was emergent.Before Marco left, he kindly asked if there was anything else he could do; so nice & professional. The charge was not too bad. Overall, very good service. If I need any plumbing service in the future, I definitely would get their service again & nobody else.

I have only positive things to say about this company ... I called to schedule a non-emergency but needed repair. The main shut off valve to my house needed replacing and I had a leaking hose bib replaced.They answered their phone, came out to provide a free estimate of the repair needed *as scheduled*. They also told me they may need to break the concrete to complete the repair and if that was required, there would be an additional cost. Told me the odds of that happening and emailed the two quotes in a *timely manner*. Once I accepted the quote, they arrived, *on time* as *originally scheduled* and completed the repair quicker than we all expected. I am on shared well and the water had to be shut off for all houses so planning ahead and timeliness were huge!I called several plumbing companies all taken from yelp reviews (seriously, at least five other companies). Those companies either didnt answer and then didnt call back after I left a message or they wanted a hefty fee to come out just to provide an estimate. I prefer not to do that as it discourages homeowners that want to receive multiple estimates for large-ish repairs. I did receive another quote that was less than this quote but the plumber was extremely flaky. I dont want to work with a slow response company ever, but especially in this scenario since it affected all of my neighbors.I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family that need a plumber and I would definitely use them again. I an so glad I found this place, my main water line broke, I called more than 5 different companies, a few from Google and a few from the Big commercial companies, they came and gave me estimates, they verify the main line then told me that I should get the whole house repipe.(Which would have been an extra $10 to $20,000) everybody except Gio M. from resolution plumbing... He gave me an estimate for the main line and an estimate for the house, and told me after the main line was finished I may not need to do the house, he even gave me a great price on doing the house. Jackie from their office gave me a great finance plan. In a few days they came, dug, a trench, lay the line, had it inspected, and put my yard back exactly like it was. Then gave me the good news that I didnt have to do the house.I cant express how relieved I was knowing how much money I saved. Wow, Im really saying thanks for being fair and honest! Alex is AMAZING!! We had a major water leak. 3 other plumbers said it was our main water line to the house. We were a day away from digging up our entire yard or even jack hammering the driveway. Alex used his knowledge to find out it was the pool and the automatic shut off! No other person even asked if we had a pool. I went through Yelp as I was traveling and calling isn’t always the easiest the to do. We contacted them thinking I may have a leak behind a wall. They said they would come out and do a free estimate that day. They asked if they could also give my info to the restoration company they use so they could also come give a quote should it be needed. The restoration company came first, found no water signs behind the wall and we were good to go. Appreciated the quick response from both teams and that Restoration Plumbing was able to coordinate just in case. They are our neighborhood go to plumber whenever something goes wrong and I’m happy to keep referring them to my real estate clients when they need someone. Give them a call you won’t be disappointed.

Finding good help these days is hard to find, you need to vet contractors especially here in Las Vegas so youre not taken for a ride or to have no-shows.After searching for plumbers here in Las Vegas on Google, stumbled upon Resolution Plumbing. There good reviews were very encouraging so I had to try them for myself when I discovered that one of my attic vents were disconnected.Upon calling for an appointment I got a live person on the phone, so important these days! Marco arrived just as scheduled. He was very professional and gave me a quote for the vent connection as well as replacing some r/o water filters which I opted to have the vents connected only due to cost concerns. The quote I was given for connecting the attic vent was reasonable.Marco did an excellent job in connecting the attic vents and securely fastened them, he was also able to take photos for me so I can see the scope of the completed work. I would recommend Resolution Plumbing if youre looking for a reliable plumber in Las Vegas.

(November, 2022) Adrian and his apprentice did an excellent job replacing my faulty toilet after they first checked to see if a clogged sewer pipe might have been the problem. They were able to come out the day after I called to make an appointment. Adrian answered all the questions I had to my satisfaction and I found the cost of the job to be very reasonable, even less than what I thought it was going to be. We now have a new plumber.UPDATE (7/30/24): Adrian came out to find out why our toilet had a slow flush. He first checked to see if the drain was clogged and then checked the components in the tank. He came to the conclusion that the slow flush was due to a mineral buildup in the siphon jet and the rim jets. I was happy to learn I didnt need a new toilet, which is what I was expecting to hear. The next day I put muriatic acid in the overflow pipe and the toilet bowl, waited about 3 hours, occasionally brushing, and then added baking soda to neutralize the acid before flushing. The toilet flushed like it was brand new and even the stains in the bottom of the toilet were gone. Adrian saved us a lot of money, since it turned out that all the toilet needed was a good cleaning.

This was our first experience with Resolution Plumbing. We had a leaking PRV between the wall and the water softener. Jason S. arrived on time (company texts and emails you that worker is on the way). He evaluated the situation, made a suggestion to get rid of another adjacent corroding part as well. He had to install new pieces of pipe to replace that one, cleaned and drained the trap part drain thing and then he installed the new PRV. Seemed to pay attention to doing a quality job and not just a fast one, which we appreciated. He used some sort of brush attachment to make the fittings look nice too, which probably was more cosmetic than functional, but means he took the time to make it nice for us, the customer. He stayed and watched for any leaks. He was friendly and didnt mind us trying to learn about what he was doing. We would not hesitate to use Resolution Plumbing again based on this experience. Noticed I had a very high water bill and knew something was wrong. After some self troubleshooting I knew it was a main line leak and would need a plumber. Did some hunting and came across Resolution Plumbing. They showed up exactly on time and the owner (Alex) confirmed my findings and patiently explained what he would need to do to repair it. We discussed pricing and he offered a military discount without me even having to ask.The dig crew came out the next day and dug a trench in record time and cleaned up behind themselves. Alex came back out and installed a brand new main line and shutoff valve just as he explained. My water was only off for about two hours at most.Alex took care of all the permits being pulled, inspector scheduling and had the trench filled back in before I even thought he would be able to. My yard appears as if it was never even touched.This is a family business that is super kind and professional. I have found my Las Vegas plumber and will have them return if ever needed. The contractor that first American Home Warranty sent to fix my water heater appeared to be incompetent. So, I took a buyout and looked for my own plumber.Resolution Plumbing and another contractor came to my house right away to give me a quotes. Resolution gave me a lower quote, and clearly explained my options. They seemed quite competent and offered to install a new water heater the next day. A friend of mine highly recommended Resolution Plumbing.Resolution Plumbing came the next day at the time promised and finished the installation of a 75 gallon water heater and a new water circulation pump within a couple of hours. All the plumbing connections looked professional. They did not leave any mess or water stains. Within a few hours, we had hot water again.A city inspector came few days later and approved their work.So, we were quite pleased with the staff at Resolution Plumbing and the work they did.

We used Resolution Plumbing earlier in the year to repair a leak in our main water line that was not covered by our home warranty. We were extremely happy with the work and service we received so when we noticed our curb valve box at the street had filled up with water, we called them right away. They came out the very next morning and Gio replaced a gasket that had corroded away. It took maybe an hour and he put everything back together the way it was. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the work was covered under the 2 year warranty we received from having our main water line fixed by them. We have worked with a few plumbers sent to our house by our warranty company and its always a nightmare. Resolution Plumbing beats every one in pricing and customer service. I had a big leak in my front yard. I called several plumbing companies. We are so glad we went with Resolution Plumbing. Not only were they fair in the cost of the repair but from the first call, everyone I spoke to was very professional & the response was quick. Gio (plumber) showed up the same day and after assessing the situation, provided a fair estimation. Because my home is older, Gio recommended to add a (PRV) pressure reducing valve, he also cut out & replaced 2 copper gate valves that went bad & repaired PVC & copper lines. Gio worked diligently, is very knowledgeable & provided excellent service. He took the time to explain how he was going to repair the leak & why he recommended the installation of the PRV. Daniel Diaz did a thorough investigation.It turned out to not be a plumbing issue , but rather an issue with water entering the house through the wall after a rainstorm. Came out and fixed our Garbage Disposal along with a leak with our irrigation pipe attached to the house. Not only did he fix these issues, he educated us on our Water Softening System as we have never had one before. He suggested that we have our Hot Water Tank serviced at least once a year and we will be contacting him in a few weeks to schedule it. Called on a Friday morning, and Alex came out Friday afternoon-very responsive! He fixed a toilet that I had just found out was running continuously and wasting thousands of gallons of water, not to mention tripling my water bill! While he was here, I asked him to take a look at our dripping faucet, and he came back the next morning and fixed that too! When LV water authority reported a leak on my property, I submitted a request for a plumber through Yelp. Gio from Resolution came by, checked around then asked if I had a reverse osmosis. I do, he checked and identified that was the issue. He turned the system off, and recommended I contact the company that installed it since still under contract. I had a second company come by for a second opinion. On checking, the plumber advised he didn’t detect a leak. At that point, I advised him another plumber had come by earlier and identified the problem with the RO and turned off the system. He checked the reverse osmosis and concurred with the diagnosis. He said it was the last thing he’d think about and said the earlier plumber is a good one. I couldn’t agree more. He was professional, courteous and helpful. All my interactions with Resolution Plumbing were personable and pleasant. This is the company I will call if ever in need of future plumbing services.

PLEASE READ. I don’t leave reviews and half the time don’t believe the reviews that are left. This will only be my third review in 50 years. When you get service like I got from Resolution Plumbing, you want to tell everyone. Had them install a water heater over a year ago. I noticed cold was hot and hot was hot. Could barely take a shower. Felt like the entire house was running only hot water. Alex came to the house. Replaced a valve and two shower valves. Reset the tankless water heater. I should have called them 6 months ago. Then to top off my experience, Alex charged me nothing. Who does that and where do you get service like this today. When our water main started leaking, we called a few companies. When Resolution Plumbing answered the phone, an actual human being picked up. They understood the urgency. They got us a same day service call. The plumber came over within hours to diagnose the issue and write an estimate, which ended up being way more fair than the other guys. They got their digging crew out the same day, and they were careful not to damage any of the buried irrigation lines. Inspection was completed within 48 hours. They took extra measures to prevent the issue from happening again.Overall, were very satisfied and will be calling them again for any future jobs!

Very impressed with this company!! Adrian my technician came early both days of the job. He was very informative every step of the way during the whole job process. He was very clean and tidy with the work he did at our home. We have white carpet so he wore shoe booties and took them on and off over and over again while having to go back and forth outside and in. He came out to do the initial estimate, and was prompt to the scheduled time and even helped us fix something free of charge. When we tried to schedule, even though it was busy Spring Break, they were able to come out a few days later and install it quickly and efficiently! They were polite, courteous, and helpful the entire time, answering my many questions. After installation of my beautiful kitchen sink I noticed some water and I Called Alex later that night. He told me what to check and offered to come out first thing the next day (the Saturday before Easter!). This way all the components could be reached without totally disassembling the toilet . We had the mainline drain back up. I called Resolution Plumbing late Wed afternoon and before noon on Thursday we had a service tech at our home. I am very impressed by the promptness they were able to accommodate me. The technician worked to clear the blockage with a drain snake but the clog wouldnt budge. They referred me to another company that was able to clear the clog with a high power hydro jetter.
