Hershel was awesome! Came in and diagnosed the problem with our furnace but unfortunately the unit was really old and appeared to have been run very hard. Due to this the estimate to fix was too high. Luckily, we had planned to replace the furnace anyway and so he called and helped us get an appointment the same day. He definitely knew his craft and was concerned about our safety.

Mark did a GREAT job!!!! Our tank had a lot of sediment - which made it difficult for him to get it out-- but he did, and did it without complaining!-- 10/10 recommend Mark and Blind and Sons for any water heater issues!!!
