Very easy to deal with. They have a small town business attitude in that they seem to know their customers. My parents recommended them. They actually remarked about my father with very specific info demonstrating that they did know him as a person not just a customer. Their installation team did a great job and I get annual maintenance visits with little to do on my part. The generator works great. I would recommend Power Watch if you are looking for a home generator.

After Power Watch Systems got our house back up and running after losing power last Friday, as promised, they were back first thing Monday morning, in the snow, with all the parts needed to fix the fried electric panel attached to the generator. They installed multiple new parts, including an automatic transfer switch, to get us back up and running the next time we lose power. Both Joe and Mike were consummate professionals who were personable, efficient, and did what was promised. Given I was feeling like consumerism was dead prior to interacting with Power Watch, I now feel a hopeful surge (no pun intended) that indeed it is not - at least when it comes to this company. Without any reservation, I completely recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve been a customer for 13 years. From estimate to install to yearly maintenance all have been excellent. We tested after the install with the installer present and turned on all heavy use appliances. Work was clean and efficient. Courteous. Taught me how to override and test. Very helpful training. Maintenance is easy peasy and I pay the five year plan which gives me a big discount. I don’t need to be around so they just email me the report and any actions. The ladies in the office are the best. I’ve recommend them to neighbors and will continue to do so. I continue to be a customer.

Power Wash was very quick to respond with our request for an estimate for a new generator. They were very thorough in evaluating our load needs. Prices are reasonable and customer service is great. They handle all the necessary permits and contact with propane supplier. Great company to work with.

Making a commitment to buy a generator is not something you do on a whim. Only 1 month into our new home and we lost power for 8 hours. Researching the best company took some time but are we glad that we went with Power Watch Systems. From the first phone call to make an appointment to Mike who came to our house and answered every one of my husbands questions and then some we were impressed with the professionalism and honesty of everyone we came in contact with. Of course I wanted to know how much and how were we going to pay for it and along comes Sharon who painstakingly answered all my questions at least 4 times, found the right financing and got us scheduled. They did all the work; the permits, the electrical, the placement of the unit and they left the house cleaner than when they arrived, what a great team we had. Thank you isn’t enough.

Buyer be-Wow! After believing an electrician could do my install, I had issues with my generator. I reached out to this company and was met with compassionate, kind and quick responses from the office staff. They got me set up on a maintenance plan and a service call for a technician to come check the installation and quickly discovered that there were errors made. I wish I would have had this company do the install instead. The technicians were prompt and polite and explained everything to me very clearly despite me not being very tech savvy!I was able to have a working generator for the multitude of storms we had and I couldnt be happier or more thankful to Sharon and her awesome team. Glad to say that I will be working with them for many years to come!

This is an installation on our new home. Sharon persisted with the township to gain a permit, and the entire team was professional and courteous. Im not sure how you could have a problem with these guys, and we are quite pleased. Awesome job!

Power Watch Systems installed a great Generac generator at our home. It is connected to the entire house through a transfer switch and all circuits are activated when the power goes out automatically. The generator self-tests itself weekly and is very reliable. Other than the yearly service there have been no maintenance issues required. The unit was sold and installed by the Power Watch Systems. I highly recommend them. Very honest!

We have been customers of Power Watch for over 15 years. We have the same whole-house generator installed back then, and it has been extremely reliable. It is important to keep up with the annual maintenance to make sure the spark plugs and oil are changed (and whatever magic they do to keep it running!). The $325 fee surely beats replacing two refrigerators worth of food! Last year, we had the battery replaced for the first time in 15 years. It tests itself weekly on Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. Having a generator gives us peace of mind especially with the crazy weather patterns we have been experiencing! You will not regret the purchase OR the company who sells and services the generators. Thank you to the Power Watch staff!

Jeff, Danielle and the entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with! I was under a tight deadline to get my 240v line installed for my new Tesla Model S and they came through with flying colors. Even in a nasty snowstorm, they showed up on time and installed my line with absolute professionalism. From Drop-cloths, to shoe-booties, they were respectful of my house, my request and my wishes. I couldnt have asked for a better company to do the job. I would highly recommend Power Watch for anyones electrical needs... especially if you are getting an electric car charging line installed!

As an authorized Generac dealer, they installed a backup generator at our home. The job was completed in 1 day by 4 tradesmen who completed all electrical and plumbing work. Final inspection was completed the following week by the United Inspection Agency who found no issues with any of the work.
