I’ve hired Josh a few times in the past 4 years for multiple jobs. He has been a true consultant on any of the jobs I’ve had him quote. He takes the time to review the scope and goals and takes into account the different ways the job could be done before sharing his professional opinion of how to move forward. His prices have always been competitive, as I have had other contractors quote on some of the jobs. Josh is super responsive and most importantly he shows up on time! I’ve referred him to multiple other friends who have come back to me and shared their rave reviews for the work he’s done in their homes. If you’re looking for a fair contractor, Josh is the guy!
