We had A Plus Electric come out to repair our boat lift. Leo was able to come early, which was good because not only was he able to determine the problem with the lift, he was also able to diagnose and then fix multiple other electrical issues we were having. Everything is now fixed, surge protectors installed to prevent future problems and old breakers replaced with new. I have found our permanent electrical company!

1:00am Christmas morning half the power went out in the house. We called A-Plus Electric emergency number, they answered the and took our information. Because it was Christmas, we didn’t expect to hear back…but at 7:00am Leo called us back and was out to the house before 11:00! Turns out we had moisture damage in the circuit box causing the main circuit to blow. Leo had the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed us the damage that had been done. We would definitely use them again! They saved our Christmas!

A plus did a great job. Had to have them come back twice because ComEd had not completed their portion of the installation. Had to have a new cable installed from the pedestal to out power meter on the house. A plus was competitively prices and they were very easy and responsive in scheduling. Overall would highly recommend them for their service, responsiveness and knowledge

When I was sent through nico through their electronic protection insurance policy they sent an electrician that was 20 years old and didnt even know what he was doing, he blew out 3 of the electric in my rooms. Because I have an older house because he didd not know what he was doing just a simple 3 way switch outlet replacement. And when confronted with his fault, called the supervisor and said that it was my fault and left my home in disrepair. So I got on google and just happened to cross these wonderful excellent electricians and company. They sent me Stan and Max they were absolutely wonderful. Stan and Max had over 25 year experience. They were sensitive to the fact that I had an older home and knew exactly what to do and what the other electrician did. Mistakes the other only 3 years experience were and fixed right away.. I was impressed. With their professionalism and knowledge. When I end up putting an addition on to my home in the summer. I told them that im definitely going to have them back and to redo the more extensive work. Theyre beyond 5 stars and a plus..

I own a dental practice and about 2 months ago they really saved me when half the office had no power. Electrician was here about 30 minutes after I called them. He was very professional and fixed the problem fairly quickly. I was very happy with their service, and I wouldve expected to pay a lot more than they charged me.I used them a couple of times since and they been great every time. I already recommended them to a few of my friends.

In a panic on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. A plus was the first electrican to respond. Personable and friendly he said he could come out and fix our problem. I got to my mothers house and found out it was a tripped circuit. I reset it and had to call off the service call.A plus was not upset about the cancelation. In todays world that was amazing. Next electrical issue I will not hesitate to call them direct!

After a scary experience with outside outlet I called A-Plus Electric. They returned my call within minutes. Then, within an hour,Leo was out. Also installed a backup surge protection as area is prone to them especially with new homes construction in the area. Fixed the issues quickly. I called A Plus because I was having issues with replacing a bathroom 2 switch/outlet that was a combo light switch, fan switch, and power outlet. The A-Plus call center put me in touch with Leo and Steve and they came out on time and worked quickly.Our house is older and cables were not marked and had been improperly spliced etc. I found their work to be efficient and fairly priced. They made recommendations based on electrical safety codes and concerns. The price quotes were fair.Yes, they work quickly, and no, they are not the cheapest. But the work is done right. People with bad reviews based on price are not pricing it fairly. These gentlemen are master electricians. Electrical work is risky and understanding its nuances well can take years. Just because you can do it cheaply it does not mean it is safe. Ive done several switches and light fixtures before but this one was truly a challenge. Getting our breaker box up to code helps with passing inspection in case we decide to sell our home. All in all, I give them an A Plus, pun intended.
