    I have used Swanson for years and I have never been disappointed. On New Year’s Eve John came out to fix an issue with an electrical issue on my furnace. It was not an easy fix! John was great and kept me informed during the entire process .Actually all of the Swanson employees who have done repairs at my home were always great. They are also very direct and honest regarding the repairs which I really appreciate

    We really were happy with this business. The first guys that came out let us know what would be a waste of money, and what wouldnt. When the next guy came out to do the actual job, he was good-natured, friendly with us (and our dogs!) and got it all done quickly with a minimum of fuss. It was a very easy, positive experience.     I can’t say enough good things. Ryan was at my neighbors house for a scheduled appointment and was kind enough to assess the issues I was having as well. Turns out I had leaks in my very new AC unit (JR Swanson did not install the unit). Ryan set up an appointment for me to have it fixed just a week and a half later. Very friendly gentleman were thorough and the price was fair. Now I am too cold, but very happy about it. 10/10 would recommend.

    On 12/15/23 I needed service to fix a leaky sink. Ive always heard of JR Swanson so I tried them out. I was actually surprised by what needed to be fixed after my attempt of fixing it. I tightened up a loose knob on a pipe but learned it wasnt the only problem. Charlie and Jordan showed up and told me what was going on with sink. They were very clear , communicated well, and got to it right away. Only minor problem was that they didnt tell me the estimate but hey I needed it fixed. Please give Charlie and Joe a merit raise.

    I had jr swanson just leave my house after putting in new gas lines to my new stove and possibly gas dryer later down the road. I called and 2 hours after call jeff showed up mapped out plan and gave me a quote. I excepted and was immediately offered a monday morning appointment (wow) like 3 days after estimate. I had to make it for Thursday due to conflicts. Jeff and Parker arrived and professionally did the job exactly like it was planned. Cant say enough good things about their professionalism and explanations about what they were doing and after job was completed. I would not hesitate to bring them and this company back into my home.     Called JR Swanson for leaking hot water faucet and low pressure in the tub faucets. They came in less than an hour. Jeff and Cody had it fixed in under a half hour and everything was clean when they left. I highly, highly recommend them.

    Jeff and Cody were the techs that came and cleared a difficult blockage in the trap in our main line to the road. It was built up sediment and took a lot of hard work to break it up & clear it out. They were very professional & polite, explained everything they were doing, and cleaned up everything afterwards. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

    Today was a great day for me Peter and AJ showed up at my house to fix my flooding in my basement and I have had many plumbers but not like these 2 they were very patient and informative about my problems they not only told me the problem but showed me the problem they really took there time to fix it very professional I just love GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!     Thank you JEFF!Our water lines burst at one of our apartment complexes during a blizzard & travel ban. I called every plumber on google nearby. They were the ONLY ones willing to come.     Just closed on my house yesterday and discovered the heat did not work. Called and they sent someone out the very next morning (I didn’t want to pay for an emergency call since I was not staying the night). My tech was amazing. We had a snow storm so the warehouses were closed. My tech called another place to see if they had the blower motor and the place was unsure. My tech drove to the place to see. He returned and was able to make it work. The professionalism, quality, and overall experience with my tech was great! I always call JR Swanson for help and they have never disappointed. Thank you.

His work was thorough and efficient and he cleaned up beautifully, being careful to test to make sure everything was working properly.     Since I bought my new house in 2020, JR Swanson has been out to help me with an emergency overflow system for my sump pump, a leak that came up under the main bathroom and a few different issues with my tankless water heater. They have been PHENOMENAL for every service call they’ve had. Helpful, informative, on time and professional. JR Swanson is my go-to from here on out. Highly recommend. They explain what they’re going to do or what service they think they need to perform, they walk you through the problem and they even follow up to make sure that things are operating smoothly. They’re the only business card I have on my fridge, so that should speak volumes. Keep up the great work!

    I had a issue with my plumbing. The first floor toilet would gurgle when the second floor toilet was flushed.I called JR Swanson and made an appointment. The appointment was scheduled between 11am & 2 pm. I received a phone call from Swanson that the plumber would be out in a half hour, this was about 11:20am, sure enough, within that half hour, the plumber, Tom, arrived. Tom quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue, which Im going to spare you the gross details, and used a machine to snake the main drain out all the way to the street. Needless to say, the issue is fixed and the drains are running great again.Tom was super friendly, knowledgeable, informative and explained everything that he was doing. He cleaned up and did a great job. If you need a plumber, call JR Swanson and ask for Tom. Of course all the plumbers from JR Swanson will give you amazing service.

    My wife and I had JR Swanson install air conditioning in the second floor of hour house. Ryan Harden provided a competitive price. Joe and Carl performed the install and were very careful to run ductwork on the perimeter of the attic, so that we can finish it later if we choose to.     Kudos to JR Swanson Plumbing. I called yesterday afternoon at 4:15 p.m. and Nick was at my house at 8 a.m. today with everything he needed to accomplish not only the original 2 things I asked for, but also the third issue that needed fixed that I remembered after Id called. He had it all done in a half hour with excellence. Easy peasy!This great customer service started from the time I called the office to the time that Nick called to say he was coming to the time he left (and everywhere in between).I highly recommend them!

    Carl and Joe came out early in the morning when I had a gas leak the night before. They both were able to find the leaks and repair them in a timely manner. I have a young puppy in the house and they were so kind to her and made sure they did not let her downstairs or outside while they were bringing in their tools. Would highly recommend this plumbing company for repairs and would highly highly recommend Carl and Joe for your technicians.

    I am the night supervisor for 3 buildings with 53 tenants. Our regular maintenance person got injured almost a year ago so I’ve been doing what I can.     Hi, would highly recommend these guys if you have plumbing needs. I have an old house that needed extensive work but they came in , identified the issue, scheduled the work and sent JT who is very familiar with older homes, how they were built and what plumbing was put in them during that time frame.     These guys are THE BEST!!!THOMAS & JEFF just left my house....a job anyone else would have looked at and turned around to run! These gentlemen stuck with me for hours!!     Use this company they are very very good!I had them install 2 tankless hot water heaters for my main residence.The installation is just a work of art.The plumbing perfectly straight.the attention to detail flawless.They had tons of pride.The skill was 2nd to none and these guys are real plumbing installers.I own a business and took notice of there setup of tools and prepared install parts.flawless and ready for any curve ball.Organized.A month after they installed my tankless heaters I called Ryan and said I am an existing customer and can you help me get 2 ductless air conditioners at my lake house the heats unbearable.He said let me come look and see.He called with brand recommendations and btu sizes .I said just go ahead and do it.Knowing I would have liked them done right away they had them installed by Thursday this week and completed and cooling in less then 6 hrs.Professional crew.Awesome polite guys that I wouldn’t hesitate to hire ever.Do yourself a favor and call these guys.Step back and enjoy what you pay for because they give it.I can’t say that for many who have worked on my house

    Have used them many times and have been more than pleased with the work they do and the price paid. Jeff N. came to replace our old shower plumbing back on 4/26 and he did an amazing job and we are so happy not to have a leaky shower! Also the lady answering the phone (sorry I didnt get her name) but she is so knowledgeable and efficient and very caring and thorough! This company has great employees and they do great work! They have cleaned our furnace ducts, replaced our broken water heater, and replaced toilets in mine and my mothers home as well as solving our outside drainage issues! TOP NOTCH!

    Although they werent able to come for my emergency call, the person I spoke with kept checking on me to make sure I was ok. In all fairness, the whole area had water issues & plumbing companies were inundated with emergency calls. I would call them again if I had a need and my regular plumber couldnt come.

    I needed to have my sewer line replaced from my house to the street in my front yard. Swansons was fair in pricing, was prompt in getting the job done, and cleaned everything before they left. I have previously used them for smaller jobs, like snaking my drains and re-routing my sump pump line, and will continue to use them for any of my plumbing needs in the future.     I have to gush about JT! Our 90 year old house has been a plumbing nightmare from the start and we have had several plumbers here since we bought this money pit.     Last week, our furnace’s temperature did not rise and smelled strong. We called this company to make an appointment for repairs. Technician Gary came on time.
