Weve used Bryk for multiple electrical and plumbing upgrades and repairs since we closed on our home in Lewiston. They are always readily available (unlike the big plumbing company in the area that books six weeks out and then cancels on you). They do good, quality work and their costs are reasonable. We will be sticking with Bryk for all our plumbing, electrical and HVAC needs going forward.

This morning I called H.W.Bryk with a plumbing issues—the sewer line was backing up into my laundry tub and the chain of the flapper of the toilet had disconnected. I called at 11:40 AM and the plumbing technician was at my home at 12:10PM. The young man was very knowledgeable and helpful and took care of both issues in a very timely manner therefore I’m giving them 5 stars and recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing help.

Michael Fay from H.W. Bryk came out to our house and diagnosed our heating problem immediately. We have a unique setup with a pair of teamed furnaces and a damper system with a controller. Michael was great to work with and very competent. He took the time to explain the exact problem, how he fixed it, and he gave me a few tips to increase my efficiency. As a 25 year technician myself, I HIGHLY recommend him.

They were at my house twice this month for two different reasons. First of all when you call Tom Warren is absolutely wonderful. He listens and understands what you need. He worked well with a home improvement company. I had doing work at my house. Employee Joe had to come to my house and do extensive plumbing work. He was wonderful Did a lot of work for what I feel was a very fair price. Had a different issue today and Brian came, and he was every bit as good as Joe. Again, Tom was wonderful to me on the phone. I highly recommend this company to anyone for plumbing needs. I can’t say how much I appreciated them and was very thankful for their professional work.

Ive long been using Bryk and Sons for my Plumbing and HVAC needs. I happily give them 5-Stars because their quality of work has been superb, and their turn-around times have been equally impressive. Long story short, Ive seen their fleet of trucks in Niagara County continuously grow over the years, and trust thats due to very good company management, thats been providing the quality of service Im speaking of here 😀.

We moved into a new home and the kitchen sink was not draining. I called HW Bryk and Sons and they had two plumbers out within 1/2 and hour and got right to work. They fixed the problem and cleaned up within an hour. Excellent job. Would be happy to use them again if needed.

I had a very good experience with their technician. After having a tech from different big name company who told me the whole boiler system is no good and has to be replaced which was a big expense for me, I called H.W. Bryk who came and check the broiler and was honest and fixed it and has been working fine without being replaced, that a big reliefMy only critique, is charging for the technician travel time

The technician arrived within an hour after I called with a fully stocked truck ready to do the job. This was an emergency and it was Friday. If he had not come we would have been without any plumbing for the weekend. He identified the problem quickly (everything in the house was backing up because the main drain pipe was blocked by roots), and he had the heavy equipment necessary to fix it. The price was more than reasonable considering the time spent. I highly recommend H.W. Bryk and Sons and the technician who solved our problem.

Called for after hours service on a Sunday evening. Our call was handled in a timely manner and the plumber took time to educate me while he was fixing the issue. I have always had solid service from HW Bryk and for this call Karl was awesome. This is why Bryk is my go to.

I am absolutely thrilled with the immediate response we got from Bryk. My mom needed a second estimate for HEAP. They came immediately, their price was over $1000 less than a popular Buffalo heating company and they were able to fix it within 3 hours of us calling . Polite, and professional and family owned and operated!

Dont listen to the bad reviews as they dont know what they are talking about. Yes, this company is pricey, but they do a great job! Ill list what they have done at my house.Air intakes and plumbing redone in my kitchen and bathroom. I dont have a air stack for plumbing in my house.They recently installed an air stack through the secondary story and re did the plumbing to the toilet and shower. They also installed a new shower for me.I have also had a fan in my outside AC replaced, and my furnace looked at. They do a great job because of the experience the workers have. I have had them order parts and they come back as soon as the part comes in. I even had an old AC unit and the guy had to get a new fan and chop a piece off for it to fit. Looks like it was meant for the AC and its still working great over a year later.They are worth the high price. Dont complain about their service if you werent expecting to pay money. I recommended them 100%!!
