We have been using Colonial Exterminating for years for annual termite inspection and quarterly service. The techs who come out are friendly and professional. Steve Beals came out recently, and he did a great job and is very thorough. They are a company that can be trusted.

They replaced the moisture barrier under the house, built a new access door for the crawl, and eliminated access into my attic. James and Jay did an excellent and conscientious job on all of these services. I really appreciated their professional service and conscientious approach to the work. They also got me a price for some additional work, and I hope they are assigned to do it!! This includes a treatment under the house for insects, and replacement vents for the crawl.

Aj was very knowledgeable, on time, very professional, and is really nice to work with.
