    Everyone was great to work with! Our heater was blowing cold air and the house was 63°. When I called someone promptly answered and had a tech out within an hour or so. Kevin was our tech and was fantastic. He went through our system thoroughly and had it back up and running in short order. He was very careful to answer all our questions. I would give him a 10 star review if we could.

    We had a no-heat call and called Paschal (we are legacy customers for Patriot). We were relieved to hear that the original Patriot techs have stayed with Paschal. Kevin was prompt, professional, diagnosed and resolved our no-heat situation within the first few minutes of his arrival. We appreciate the excellent customer service and Kevin!

    I want to begin with we LOVE our tech Tanner. Every time get him out and are extremely happy with his work. He is the reason we are staying with this company. It’s getting harder and harder to find not only people who do a great job but are efficient and knowledgeable at solving the issue at hand. I hope this company realize what a gem that got! I know recently the original company got bought and this was our first service with the new company. It was disappointing spending 10 minutes trying to call back to confirm, yes I was home and ready for them to come by for my appointment, after the missed call. But everyone has growing pains and hopefully they will improve this part of it. Everything else was good.

    Caleb was professional and prompt to answer any of our questions, the office people were great and transferred me right away to Mary Ann. The 3 gentlemen they sent out WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Super nice were always quick to answer any silly questions I had. They cleaned everything up. We can barely see they were even here! We made them lunch and offered drinks. They were here so long today, I never seen them stop for long breaks ( I wish they had ) we sent them home with dinner! GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS!!! THANK YOU! WERE CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE

    Kevin was great, he explained the overall issues in an easily understood manner and gave a couple of different options for solutions. He wasn’t able to fully fix the issues due to my air conditioners being non-standard, but he explained how to best proceed for fixes.

    Patriot now Paschal’s have always given us great service and I’ve have in the past and still recommend them to anyone needing quality HVAC service. Now that they do plumbing I’ll be calling them in the early spring to fix some other issues I have with an outdoor water faucet for my dogs.Kevin went above and beyond today to make sure everything was ready for winter at our house. As a family of 7, I appreciate that!

    We woke up after an overnight cold front and our house was below the set temperature. I called Paschal first thing and Kevin was here within an hour and a half.He quickly found the problem and corrected it. A gas valve had been turned off during our seasonal inspection, to test the pressure in the system. Since it has been 70°+ in OK since our service, our heater has not been called on by the thermostat.Kevin was great and very personable. I look forward to working with him on service calls in the future.

    We ended up having a problem with our heater about the same time a major cold front hit our area. Paschal to the rescue! They sent out our favorite technician, Kevin, who addressed the problem straightaway.     Paschal heat and air have always been great but with sudden freezing temps and a non-working heater they saw me same day, quickly diagnosed problem, and have gotten me set up to replace a system thats needed to be for years... At a very competitive price and great payment plan... I couldnt have asked for more .. technician was very friendly, thorough and just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
