Steve came out on one of the hottest days this summer. He worked on our pool/spa. Hes an extremely nice man, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time, located the problem when no one else could. There were several others who were unable to find the problem. We were about to give up when someone recommended Advanced Leak Detection.We were very satisfied with his service, highly recommend him and also very pleased with what he charged!! Do not hesitate to call Advanced Leak Detection!!

Glad Steve was our first call to find a leak somewhere on 2.5 acres. The water bill went up and no obvious signs of a leak where showing. After following Steve’s suggestion to put in a valve or two for isolation, which would cut the task in half regarding time and money, he found the leak rather quickly! Steve is incredibly easy to get along with, he is kind, professional, passionate about his work, and skilled at what he does. I love his willingness to share his knowledge and he taught me plumbing tricks that I will continue to use for the rest of my life. If you have a leak, call Steve, you won’t be disappointed! His service is outstanding!

When we first found out that we had a leak I googled leak detection services in our area. Advance Leak Detection popped up and I called and I will never use anyone else! Most places you have to wait for someone to answer or you leave a voicemail. Not with Steve. I called he answered right away told me he would call me back later that evening- and he did! He came out to our house and we have a long pipeline between our meter and house- we knew it wasn’t going to be an easy task. Steve came to our house and was not able to detect it the first time but did not give up! He came back out and he ended up finding it!! Steve was awesome. Super nice, friendly, honest and doesn’t give up. If he can’t find your leak right away, don’t panic. He will! Overall, Steve was very affordable and I would recommend him to anyone that has a leak! We have been fighting a leak issue on our south facing wall on our two story house for years. It only happens when we have a heavy rain with high wind conditions. No one has been able to truly find the leak or offer any kind of resolution to this problem. The window replacement experts blamed the house wrap, the construction experts blamed the window manufacturer, the insurance people blamed the stucco paint while other so called experts said the roof leaks. No one could offer any credible evidence of where the leak was coming from. Until Steve from Advanced Leak Detection did his analysis. With his many years of experience, his relentless persistence and creative ingenuity he was able to finally determine exactly how the rain and wind caused our leak issue. We can’t thank Steve enough! I highly recommend Steve and Advanced Leak Detection Services. My pool was leaking 1/2 inch a day and I couldnt find anyone that could come out for over three weeks. My pool cleaner recommended Steve. He was willing to come all the way out to the Napa area and came out right away. He found the leak, and helped us figure out how to plug the pipes until the repairs could be made. He came back the following week and did the repair. Steve and Paul are great guys. They were on time, polite, hard working, funny, and nice.

I couldnt have been more pleased with this company. My water bill skyrocketed last month with no warning. I had no idea what was going on. Steve came out and explained everything to me. He found the leak to be feeding one of my sprinkler valves. He put a flag in the grass marking the location of the leak. I noticed my sprinklers were watering way too much. He took the time and even adjusted my sprinklers for me. I really appreciated him taking extra time with me and answering all of my questions. Steve knows what he is doing. You will be in good hands!
