Mark and his team are truly professionals who do fantastic, professional work with home audio. We wanted speakers installed throughout our home (3 zones) and the team who showed up did it all in 6 hours. They were cleaned as they went, covered all of our furniture in plastic and were very professional. I would highly recommend Defined A/V for any home audio needs and will be using them again in the future.

I have used Define A/V for about 23 years. Technology has changed over the years. I have relied on them for so many different services...internet, outdoor speaker and sound systems, multiple television set ups in the various rooms we have and also universal remote systems to make this all so easy for us to use. They are always quick and helpful when something needs upgrading. I continue to use them today and with new devices, music, entertainment, etc. They are my indoor and outdoor place to go.

Defined A/V- I have used before and clients were very happy with a large AV Set Up... So I contacted Defined once again for a new TV & Sound Bar at my home, they were and are very professional and dependable and knoledgeable about products and can design a system that meets or exceeds your expectations .. Install crew were nice and explained all questions as needed , they protected the wood floors and were always keeping things clean and orgainized....I am very happy with service and price and would recommend Defined A/V.... Mark and the whole team from Defined Entertainment, just completed setting up all the AV in our Beverly Hills Surgical specialty office.I had 0 (ZERO) problems dealing with the team. They work very neatly and quietly which is critical in a surgical office..The choice of TVs and their set up was perfect and appropriate for our needs.They recommended ways to make the process simple and less costly in equipment and work hours.The team was on time, friendly and also covid conscious.I strongly strongly recommend using this company for your AV needs at home and professionally. They are not the cheapest on the market and you dont want to go the cheap route. Their prices are reasonable and well worth it. Highly highly recommended.

Mark and his team provide great support and customer service. Their team is very knowledgeable and very professional. I have been working with them for several years. They replaced our complicated Crestron system with Control 4 and we absolutely love it. From our first phone call to the end of the installation process everyone from Defined A/V was very helpful and professional. The installation went great (65 Frame TV and Sonos Sound Bar) and was even done under budget. We couldnt be happier with our choice of using Defined A/V. We recently had the team install a TV in our office with a Geochron Atlas digital world clock which they also integrated with our Ring camera system. We love it!

First of all, these guys are great; they are knowledgeable, competent, and personable. I wanted a 75 TV mounted at eye-level over an existing fireplace. They explained that the installation would require lowering and hence reducing the size of my present fireplace and ducting the heat near the ceiling. The fascia would be stacked stone and the equipment would be hidden in the wall! Peter came to our house twice, the second time accompanied by Eric from Brookside Properties. Eric would perform the installation. Peter prepared a comprehensive estimate and, during his visit, Eric described changes that I never would have thought of. Consider this review as a shout-out to Peter and Eric and Defined A/V.

I was happy to find this place. They mounted a television on the wall in my work studio. The team that did it was very professional and knowledgeable. They even gave me a great tip on quiet fan units to buy for cooling my computers. I would certainly feel confident to call them again for home theater installation.

Extremely responsive with a can do attitude! Mark set it up and John executed setting my new tv up and safely wrapped the old tv up and put my other tv in my car for return. John ran out for extra things that I didnt have to set up the new tv. He also loaned me moving blankets to wrap the old tv in, and carried the tv down to my car! Not your typical job. I am very grateful for their expertise and help. Thanks guys!
