Heart moving understood the assignment!!I just used this amazing team over the weekend, during a peak moving day in NYC, but they made sure it all went smooth and I was relaxed during it all. I couldnt be happier with the experience! From start to finish, their service was exceptional.Ana, Luiz, Mika and Mookie are the dream team! Ana, the move consultant, was professional, kind and super attentive to my needs and budget. She gave me a reasonable quote, checked in until the last minute and connected me with the moving team. Luiz, Mika and Mookie were just excellent and such delightful humans to work with. They came right on time. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my belongings were safely transported, and they even helped me with last minute tasks. I was truly humbled by their efficiency and care through out the day. They carefully wrapped and protected my plants ( even the delicate ones that I didn’t think will make it through this move). The entire move was completed faster than I expected, and everything arrived in perfect condition.The entire team was very kind, approachable and responsive. A+ customer service. Special shout out to Ana and Luiz for your work ethics, your friendly approach, your care and smooth execution of this move. This whole process felt like I was working with my own family. They truly put their Heart in to it!

Heart Moving did a great job for us on a local move. The move was from two locations (in Brooklyn and Manhattan) to another location in Manhattan. They carried everything up four narrow flights of stairs to a fifth floor apartment. The movers were on time, polite, cheerful, efficient, and careful. Jane at their office was very polite and patient. They told us a flat rate in advance, and there were no surprises. The price was was excellent. I am very impressed! I plan to use them for our next move.

Heart Moving staff are the best. The management also and the logistic team are one of the kindest people I dealt with. My experience was smooth, fast, and very satisfying. The movers took great care of my stuff, and never complained about anything. They also would help you with anything and suggest solutions if you ask. Ana, the representative who arranged my moving, was incredible. They kept checking on my move before, during, and after to make sure that everything was going smoothly. I contacted Heart Moving, for my daughters move, from East Harlem to Extra Space Storage, in Brooklyn (shes taking some time to evaluate what shell be doing, since her sister/roommate moved to London).Heart Moving did an exceptional job, arriving at the agreed upon time, wrapping and boxing all necessary larger items. They took great care in the actual move and even helped organize the items into the storage space. I moved last week with Heart Moving. Everyone was professional and kind, especially, Ana, the woman who helped me set up the move. I didn`t know if I was going to get the approval for my new apartment in time for the moving day. Ana reassured me that I could move my stuff to their storage facility if needed. This helped me a lot with the anxiety. The Friday night before the move at 6:00 pm I got the email approval for the apartment. The movers were hard working and considerate with my belongings. It was a long carry for them and I appreciated all their effort. It was not easy. Ana was particularly helpful with my arrangements and packing suggestions. She supported me with her advice and reassurance. It meant a whole lot. Moving is the hardest for me. I strongly recommend Heart Moving if you are looking to move. Perfect company to work with. We had an urgent situation and these guys helped us a lot! We need to bring the piano to the Janes Carousel in Dumbo, and it was not an easy job to do. Our client wanted to pop the question there and he needs a piano to play his song. Most of the moving company canceled on us. But Heart Moving was amazing. I usually dont leave reviews,but i am really happy i made a decision to chose Heart moving for my move.It was a local move but handled very well.Crew did a really good job with Jay making the move so much painless and easy going.I was afraid it will be such a mess like my last move was 7 years ago but i am satisfied it wasnt so.They took really good care of my stuff.They used blankets to cover my large dining table and chine cabinet was totally covered in blankets and shrink.5+ for this company and the crew who did an amazing job.

Today was my second time using Heart Moving. I first hired Mike and his team on a friend’s recommendation when they moved me into my old apartment 8 years ago and it was truly the easiest, most seamless experience ever. Of course, when it was time to leave that apartment, there was only one team to call. They made my move INCREDIBLE. It was a bit complex : more boxes than expected, an extra stop…they were beyond accommodating and kind and kept going until everything was done. I cannot recommend them enough.

A friend referred Heart moving and we weren’t disappointed!2 bedroom intracity move completed over 2 days (4hours/day). 4 guys came each day and were SUPER efficient.We were worried that the speed might come at a cost of quality (and breakages). We have unpacked most of our kitchen stuff and no breakages so far! The only downside was the environmental impact of using so much paper to wrap it…The packers conducted themselves extremely professionally. Unfortunately I didn’t catch their names. They showed up on time each day. Even stuff we didn’t know we needed overnight they deliberately left it unpacked knowing we would need it. They also changed her move date several times, without complaint. I managed to get a thorough inventory just from photos and with many questions asked via email for an amazing quote. Ana was super on-top of the situation from the initial call, day before confirmation call, day of call, and reaching out after the move. Moving from one landmark office building to another, they were very patient and professional in handling the necessary freight elevator reservations, COIs, and Tenement Contractor Agreements mandated by building management.The arrival was scheduled to be 8:30-9:30AM, and they rang the bell at 8:31. I really cant say enough good things about Heart Moving company. They handled my recent move from NYC to Bethlehem, PA with the utmost professionalism and care, and their price was far more competitive than any of the others I checked. Great experience with Heart for my interstate move involving two stops in NYC and a final stop in Massachussetts. Deana is super communicative and easy to be in contact with, the two movers were on top of things, quick, and easy to work with. My experience with Heart Moving was just incredible from the beginning of my moving journey. I was skeptical with moving companies with all the horror stories I heard about some of them being shady. (Hiking prices last minute/holding items hostage/damages etc..) This idea of needing to hire a legit company that wouldn’t screw me over or add last minute charges had made me extremely nervous. That was until I contacted Heart Moving. Ana guided me through the preliminary estimate process with patience and grace. She answered all my questions and did everything she could to ease my nerves and work to get me a fair quote. I rec’d all kinds of quotes for my move from FL to NY, ranging from $1500 to $9000. I ultimately went with Heart Moving because of how comfortable I felt with Ana and the company. As moving day came I was still anxious and any last minute shenanigans occurring but none of that happened. Ana coordinated with me the entire time and then handed me off to our mover Max who was as equally amazing. They arrived close to when they said, packed the truck with our items carefully and quickly. Max was very polite and efficient. They arrived in NY when they said they would and again Max was just as great. BTW, during the whole move Ana continuously reached out to check on me and how the move was going. My fears/nerves on hiring a mover have been disproven thanks to Ana, Max and Heart moving. If I ever have to move again I will for sure be calling them.
