Simply perfect. From the way they treat you by email: fast, available and kind. And then Gio, the guy who built my flex room was amazing, quick and effective. He talked me through what he was doing because it was the first time I used this kind of service and he was above attentive and even helped me decide how to use the space in a better way. He answered all my questions (which were a lot) in the most polite way possible!!! The job was perfect! Left everything clean and exactly how I wanted it!If you contract wall2wall definitely ask for GIO to complete the work!!I’m beyond happy, over what I was expecting!!

We’ve had an excellent experience with Wall2Wall over the past two years. They originally installed a temporary wall for us two years ago, and Lana was incredibly helpful and great to work with during that process.Recently, we needed to have the wall taken down, and once again, their team delivered exceptional service. Paul was fantastic in helping us plan the removal and discuss next steps for installing a wall in our new place. He was personable, kind, and clearly explained everything, making the process seamless.Luis handled the removal of the wall and did a wonderful job. A wall has been installed to divide my room into my personal space and my office space. The work was completed on time and professionally. The installers handled my requests with efficiency. The work was completed in a timely manner. Additionally, installers cleaned up after themselves and covered the work area so that no floor damage occurred.Furthermore, the communication was excellent. The company handled all communication channels well - email, text, and phone.Definitely recommended!

Must use!!! I recommend Wall2Wall to anyone I know who needs their services. Wall2Wall installed my flex room wall. They did a very beautiful job. The finishes were perfect. Every person that comes into my apartment is shocked when I tell them it is a fake wall! Seriously even my super was impressed! I am so happy I used wall 2 wall because they not only provide high quality work but are also extremely nice, professional, timely and helpful. Specifically, Josh was amazing to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions in a patient and helpful manner. This company is truly wonderful. They help reduce the many stresses of moving in NYC.

We hired Wall 2 Wall to install a temporary wall to create another bedroom in our apartment and we are very happy with the results. The wall (with the door and 12 inches of plexi up top to let the light in) looks fantastic. Edison who did the entire installation by himself is incredibly skilled, professional and so nice! The job did not even take the whole day and looked beautiful when it was all done. I would recommend Wall 2 Wall, especially Edison, very highly.

Wall 2 Wall installed a full wall with pocket french doors to my apartment. Scheduling the job was incredibly easy - Paul was flexible with me as to timing and dates, as well as giving me what I needed to get building approval. They promptly arrived (actually early) and did the majority of the work while I was at work. I was so pleasantly surprised when I came home from work - after only a few hours, my wall was almost done and everything completely cleaned up - no dust, debris or damage to the furniture. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

WALL2WALL installed 2 doors and a wall to transform an open den that was similar to living in a fishbowl to an actual soundproof and light-proof bedroom.The transformation was done at 1 Lincoln Plaza from my home in Miami via email, text and iphone . All I had to do was contact WALL2WALL and Josh did the rest. They were fair, affordable and efficient. They were able to finish in 1 day, but only had to return to fix a minor glitch that was quickly resolved. Josh was not only on time with the scheduled day of work - within a week after my initial contact, but kindly offered recommendations. He was spot on and a pleasure to work with. He never hesitated to get back to me in a very timely fashion to answer all and any questions.

They are very accommodating. When the wall was installed a year ago they were quick and flexible. A year later its time to take the wall down. I did not give them thirty days notice and per their clearly written instructions, I had to pay a quick removal fee so I did. They were very accommodating, even though they were extremely busy, and agreed to come and remove teh wall on short notice. I would recommend Wall2Wall to anyone looking for their services. Wall 2 Wall has a lot of supporting staff and they are quick to responding to all your questions. I spoke to Eddie multiple times because I had to change my original plan on the walls I was building and he was willing to give me an excellent deal for the things I wanted and the walls look great. His quote was 20% lower than another company I called and he is very understanding when you talk to him. Christine works under him and she shows a lot of patience and really on point with things and will respond to you in an efficient manner. I would recommend Wall 2 Wall to anyone looking to build walls in their new apartment.

I recently had an experience with wall 2 wall and I would like to say that their professionalism, courtesy to their customers, and work ethic are unrivaled. After initially contacting the office, I received a quote the very next day and it was beyond fair. Before commencing the work, the owner Eddie took the time to come up and evaluate the work to be done, take meticulous measurements, and explain to me his ideas to ensure longevity of their work. On the day of the scheduled work, the carpenters were here nearly 45 minutes early and ready to get going. Even with a hiccup (my doing) with the buildings management, they were patient and completely empathetic. My experiences with them have been nothing short of a pleasure and I intend to be using this company for all dealings of this kind.
