Was in a bind with no hot water starting on a Saturday holiday weekend and an out of warranty water heater. Googled a possible fix replacement part. Got that on Monday - didnt fix it. ::sad face:: Called the plumbers that installed it 8yrs ago to get an estimate for possible repair. They sent someone over. Next day, never heard back about the status (and still havent ::another sad face::). Called another plumber Ive worked with before and they were backed up (no pun intended) but recommended Saia. Called Saia and was offered the possibility to get it done same day!Called me back to confirm they could do it that day! Now I have a new water heater with a much better warranty. The guys that came out were very nice, professional and got the work done. There was one special need for a slightly smaller pan due to the space being a little snug near a washer/dryer, but they made it happen! We called for an appointment around 9:00 a.m. and they (Sal Saia & helper) came out by 11:00a.m. They reseated the toilet and performed the work quickly, and full cleaned up. I find their prices reasonable ( especially for the quality of the work performed). They performed some major work on my Daughters home, and Mike Saia gave her the Dads attention and piece of mind. I appreciated that attention.

We called them about a washing machine drain clog which had been attempted to be repaired twice, but could not be resolved. We called in on a Thursday afternoon, after another plumber left, and they came by 8:20 on Friday morning. The 2 men that came were great and it looks like it is fixed. They had equipment which reached further down the drain than what had been used before. We intend to call them in the future. Very polite and professional.

We recently discovered we had a broken drainpipe outside of our home. We contacted Saia Plumbing, and they came out the very next day to perform a video inspection. Within 2 days the problem was completely fixed. They did have to dig up the existing pipe and replace it, but this was done very quickly and the existing shrubbery was put back exactly as it was before the repair. Couldnt have asked for better service. Recommended!!!

Mike came out the next day after a gas leak was detected by Atmos and scheduled the job. Another problem presented itself on site, a water pipe leak in an area that was very hard to reach. I would have never known about it until it entirely burst. They went ahead and fixed that before the replacing the gas lines. All work was done in a timely manner by a professional crew.

Mike Saia is my neighbor. My water heater needed re-lighting after Ida because the pilot went out. Worked for awhile but went out again after a week or so. Tried re-lighting, but didnt work. Took cold showers for a week. Saw Mike this a.m. while walking the dog, told him about the water heater & next thing I know hes at the house installing my new water heater. All I have to say is call and see if you’re yourself he fix my pipes in less than a half hour. Price was great.
