My cousin found Ju from a google search today for an emergency plumbing issue. While he was servicing her home, she mentioned he was there. He came to my house right after he finished her job. He cleared a reoccurring clog that had been fixed by another company a week ago. He was professional and his price was reasonable.

Ju is a fantastic plumber! He fixed a toilet that another plumber had written off as unfixable. Not only does he show up on time, but the quality of his work is top-notch. He also helped us with our water heater—he anticipated an issue with the controller and advised us to order the part ahead of time. Sure enough, when it finally broke, we had the part ready, and Ju installed it without a hitch. I would recommend Ju to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled plumber.

Ju responded to a text message on a Saturday in less than an hour. Since it wasn’t an emergency, I arranged to have him come on Monday. He arrived at the designated time and was polite and knowledgeable. We had to replace our cheap garbage disposal that couldn’t be fixed. He went out and bought a replacement and installed it in no time. Reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

Ju saved my family’s Christmas Day! My electric water heater had been out for a couple days and my landlord was unable to find someone to help me. I called Ju and he talked me through how to reset the water heater. A few minutes later we had hot water. Cannot thank him enough!!

Very good experience. Called Ju in the late morning and he was able to squeeze me in a couple hours later. His work only took about 30 minutes. Very reasonable price and he’s very nice. Mr. Ju was amazing his service is totally outstanding,. I called him on Tuesday evening I informed him I had a toilet leak he immediately gave me an appointment for first thing the following morning, at 9:00 am. He called and informed me he was in route he was on time he arrived at 9:00am, he found and repaired my toilet leak along with fixing other issues in some of my other bathrooms. I cannot stress how he exhibit professionalism, organization and explained all issues that he found to me. His attitude was great !!! I called Ju at 10am & he came all the way to Delacroix to fix our RV toilet that was beyond clogged that afternoon.He worked in the rain until he got the lines cleared-never once complaining about horrid conditions.
