Mr. Broussard’s plumbing company has been my trusted plumber for a few years now. He and his staff are courteous, professional and communicate well when I have questions or need an issue resolved in a timely manner. He takes the time to provide photos and videos when applicable, thus showing the work performed.

This company is the best. Their service tech Shawn Latino came out like a one man army with no help and ran into every problem but handled it professionally and was precise. I would definitely recommend this service tech and company to any of your plumbing needs. Id give him and them 6 stars but it stops at 5.

Jimmy and his team were amazing: highly professional, reliable, and thoughtful. I have hired with several other plumbers and Jimmy definitely stands out for the quality of his work but also for his care and straightforward approach in trying to do what is best for the customer. This kind of professionalism, I find, is quite rare. I will definitely continue to hire them for my plumbing needs!

Since moving to the area, these are the only guys I call when I have any issues. they are friendly, professional, and always deliver incredible customer service. Hands down the best at what they do. Special thanks to everyone at Broussards, beyond the services they provide they deliver relief of anxiety that normally comes from plumbing issues and piece of mind that the only thing you have to do as a customer is give them a call and rest easy that it will be resolved shortly. cant recommend them enough. theyre the best, dont think twice, call them and theyll get it done, every single time.

Professionalism and doing what they say will get done. Without a doubt the most knowledgeable and patient staff. There is no other plumbing company I would use on my own personal house nor any of my many remodel jobs. As a contractor, I have to trust the people I hire to be great with customers, know the job will be completed without issue and the pricing to fair and as stated. A plumbing company that can provide all of this is difficult to find but trust that the is that ONE. I strongly recommend them for any and all plumbing work. Thanks for always making me look good!

We had a kitchen plumbing issue where our sink didn’t drain properly. I tried to fix it myself with no luck. We called Broussard Plumbing and the next day they came out. The guys were super courteous and professional. They showed us exactly what the issue was. They fixed it quickly. They cleaned up and were on their way. I would call them back in a second for any plumbing issue in the future. They were AMAZING!!!

I highly recommend Broussard’s Plumbing! Jimmi came to my house and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He issued me a quote and the price was very reasonable for the job that needed to be done. In one day, they replaced a gas line under my house, dug a trench, replaced underground pipes, and fixed a leak in my garage. They showed up on time, worked diligently throughout the day and made sure to clean up after. The employees were knowledgeable and the company was very easy to work with.

Had a foul smell in my bathroom by my shower in my built in hamper. Figured it was the shower. Called TWO plumbers who found nothing and second one charged me. I called Broussards plumbing and talked to James and he knew on the phone what he thought for sure what was the problem-he said the toilet. Im like ok not sure of what he was saying because toilet isnt by shower. Mike came over (plumber from Broussards plumbing) and changed out wax ring on toilet. Wax ring was gone on my toilet so that needed to be replaced. We all need a plumber who can think outside the box of plumbing problems and find the solution which James did. Mike switched out the ring and the smell is leaving my bathroom finally! Thank you sooo much!! I will definitely use Broussards plumbing again.
