Id start with the fact that NTC did solve the problem that I had with my A/C but when it came to the billing they really were dishonest. First they quated me $212 for the service call and replacing the control board plus $89 to replace a capacitor that was about to go bad acourding to the tech. I told them to go a head and do the job and a few days later after the part arrived and was installed the bill was higher then qouted, the capacitor was $113 and the board and installation were $294.35. When I talked to the office they told me that was the price and there is nothing they can do about it. The capacitor cost them about $3 and board about $40. I think they could afford to be honest and stick to the original price qouted and still make good profit while keeping me a happy costumer.*Im. Changing my review from 2 starts to 4 because the office did a great job in reaching out to me and correcting the problem with the billing. Also when the AC stopped working that same evening after the tech fixed it they sent a tech out to fix the problem, so they do stand behind their work.

Before the installation, Dameon explained my different choices of thermostat and each price. He also explained clearly other services available, such as surge protection and a whole house air cleaning solution to combat allergies.Very satisfied and hope to see them again in future.

AccuTemps technicians are A+ in all aspects of the services they provide. We had an incident with the emergency shut off valve on one of our toilets. I made contact with AccuTemp and they dispatched a plumber the following morning. The plumber was Daniel Herrarte. Daniel came prepared having been made aware of the problem by the receptionist at AccuTemp. He quickly and efficiently removed the faulty shut off valve and dove into the heart of the matter which was worn bolts that secured the commode to the floor. While he was taking care of this I mentioned our concern about our 17 year old water heaters in the attic. He and I went up and he showed me the corrosion on the top and sides of the two tanks. In his expert opinion both were soon going to start leaking and potentially cause damage to the ceilings in my home. After discussing options we decided to have those old water heaters replaced. Daniel arranged to have that done the same day. He made calls and had the tanks delivered and in the mean time he completed the repairs to our guest room toilet. Its like brand new! Getting help from Kenneth, (not the electrician) another AccuTemp employee, he drained and removed the old tanks and installed two commercial grade 50 gallon water heaters. All completed the same day. From the start and through out this project Daniel remained professional, respectful, and very efficient. During a short break, my wife and I got to know a little about his background and found him to be very likable as well as an expert in his field.AccuTemp obviously does a good job of vetting their employees because not only are they good at their jobs but good people as well. The type youd feel comfortable allowing into your home. We wholeheartedly recommend AccuTemp to all who are in need of HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical work in and around their homes.

Mr. Theodess Perow exceeded my expectations. First, he was prompt in responding to my call. He listened as I provided details about my plumbing problem. He then began to consider potential solutions to the problem. Mr. Perow obviously has years of experience doing exactly the kind of work that needed to be done. He also had all the right tools. He wasnt in a hurry but he was very efficient. When his work was complete Mr. Perow performed tests and asked me to perform some tasks to ensure the job was done well. I would say his service was A plus.

Though AccuTemp installed only one of four HVAC systems in my house, the company’s service has always been exemplary. For several reasons, however, I recently contemplated finding another HVAC service.Local ownership is important to me, and Accutemps is apparently no longer locally owned (though I can’t write with any authority about the composition of the company’s current ownership or whether its (local) founders/owners remain involved). I was also troubled by the addition of plumbing and electrical services to the company’s core HVAC business, as well as extensive advertising on the company’s part.For a couple of reasons, I have--for now, anyway--reconsidered my plans. First was news of AccuTemp’s plans to open an HVAC tech training center. This suggests the company is serious about developing and maintaining a staff of qualified, HVAC technicians. If it was a private equity firm or another company that purchased/invested in AccuTemp, perhaps it plans to bring new resources and to make long term investments in the company that local owners could not or would not. I hope so; time will tell.The second reason was service tech Jacob Hadley, who recently repaired two central air units. Jacob was not only professional, but just a stand-up, quality person I enjoyed meeting. Jacob’s description of his time at AccuTemp and working conditions there in general made a highly positive impact on me.AccuTemps new management would do well to do what it takes to keep him and find others of his ilk, for it was Jacob, not the new training center, who kept me an AccuTemp customer.
